- Carolyn (8/5): - The first apartment we stayed in was lovely. Lots of room, clean and air conditioning as requested. The second apartment was not clean and had no A/C on the hottest day of the summer. Office offered to bring an extra fan, but it did not arrive.

It’s the perfect location if you want to be central to dining out or clubs or historical buildings/sites. Would definitely stay here again in the future:)

- Kim (8/5): Central and cosy apartment - Good location. Extremely central. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. The customer service at Adrez was super friendly. They should switch out that sofa bed though, it was very worn and needs a replacement, it was stainy and there was cigarette burns. But apart from that, I would come back here. Nice cosy italian restaurant in the back yard.

Balcon non individuel mais en enfilade commun. Par contre très propre, fonctionnel, il ne manque rien et interlocuteur par mail ou téléphone très très réactif !

- Wenchin (8/5): - I love our 2-bedroom apartment. Very spacious and clean. It is nice to have separate bathroom and toilet; however, the toilet is tight. There is no staff on site. I have no problem to self checking in and check out, but communication can be better. Access to building and to our room is with a code which was supposed to be provided 24-hour in advance, but I didn’t receive it and had to email them in the morning of our arrival. Somehow none of the radiator type of heaters is working. I emailed to office but did not receive any response. Overall, I like this property a lot. Would have given it 5-star if not for the communication issues.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Gerne wieder - Große moderne Wohnung mit top Ausstattung in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig. Es gab wirklich nur wenig zu bemängel. Wir waren als 5köpfige Familie dort, daher wurde das Sofa zum Bett umgebaut, wodurch es an bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten mangelte. Der Aufzug ist eigentlich zu klein für einen Kinderwagen, der Wagen musste aber mit in die Wohnung, da es sonst keine Abstellmöglichkeit gab.

Como punto negativo, deberían dejar más vajilla, éramos 4 personas y había únicamente la vajilla justa para 4, por lo que tendrías que estar fregando continuamente o poner lavavajillas cada vez que usas algo sin llenarlo ni nada.

- Tracey (10/5): - This apartment was fabulous and in a great location. It is off a courtyard in Wenceslas Square but sound was not an issue. We could walk everywhere and anything you needed was close by! The 2 bedrooms were large and the all in one kitchen, dining and living room was large and spacious. There was a balcony off the dining room, but we didn't use it. Parking was nearby on the street. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

- Ales (2/5): - I filled out all the forms this company asked but on the day of Check in I did not receive an entry code for check in. I had to call a local number 10 times before somebody picked up and told me that I need to provide a passport even though I provided my drivers license that was on their list acceptable ID’s. The only thing they didn’t ask for was a blood sample but there’s always next year. When arrived at the property and after taking the elevator to the highest floor, we had to take another set of stairs to an attic apartments with skylights only and absolutely nothing to see accept to stare into the sun. When we arrived the apartment was 40C with everything turned off. The unit had five individual air-conditioning units which are operated with individual remote controls. Three out of the five units did not work. We spend two hours trying to figure out this “air conditioning” until we give up. Therefore we fell asleep at 1am in a toasty 30C So if you are looking for a place hot like hell, thinking of starting your apprenticeship in cooling and heating or want stare into a sun through eight skylights because there is nothing else to see then this place is for you.
- Sarah (8/5): - Apartment was very clean and safe, above a restaurant, so was slightly noisy at night until 11pm. Really well situated just of Wenceslas Square and a short walk up to the old town. Only had hand towels and no bedding for the sofa bed, messaged twice but just went to nearby Primark and bought a couple of big towels so wasn't a big deal.

Kitchen is lovely. I recommend adding some carpeting in the hallway to dampen the noise. And check out in the web says 11 am while email from the company states 10 am check out . When I sent a request for 11 am check out , there was no response back. But I would stay here again and would definitely recommend the place to others . It is a very nice place and my family was very comfortable

When telling the property manager they sent the cleaners who were very rude and blamed us for it (none of us have black hair). However the place was in a great location and well appointed. There is a lot of stairs so if you can’t use stairs I wouldn’t recommend.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartment - Beautiful apartment. Brand new. The location is great. The only issue was the parking. The hotel doesn’t have available parking spot. We had to park in a near by garage, which it was expense compared to a hotel rates. If you want to book a hotel for a family group do not hesitate to book this one.
- Bridgid Ann (10/5): Fantastic apartment in excellent location. - We stayed in a wonderful one bed apartment. It was clean, and modern with good facilities, kitchen area with microwave, kettle and fridge. Bathroom had shower gel/shampoo, hand wash and plenty of toilet roll. We were emailed a code the day before arrival and had no issues getting into the apartment. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main sights. We followed the 'honest guides' you tube video showing how to get from airport using public transport, it brought us to just below our apartment, just had to walk a little up the road. So easy and cheap. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Took us a bit to find it at first, and would have been even better if it had a washing machine, but the apartment was in fabulous condition and we would still highly recommend.

Our flight was delayed and they were kind enough to extend our check out by a few hours on our last day. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

- Simon (6/5): - Appartment nice. Communication poor. Had no check in instructions so chased, was told would be within 24 hours. Chased again when not received - nothing. On morning of arrival tried ringing number 8 times and kept foaling off after hold. Had to go to central reception, 20 mins away from hotel and then cart suitcases accross town. Lift also broke while we were there so had to carry pram up/down 3 (tall) flights of stairs!

- Juliette (10/5): - The apartment was set in a block within a courtyard away from the main hustle and bustle of Wenceslas Square. A real oasis of calm! The aircon units were welcome as it was mid-30oC outside. We found it a really comfortable and well set out apartment. Would recommend. We walked everywhere from the apartment; the Castle, the riverside, the old town, the national museum etc.

- Ernest (10/5): - Great apartment, clean, well-maintained and well-situated, right in the heart of the city, off Wenceslas Square and also near the station, metro and trams.
- Susan (8/5): - For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this location. What was not disclosed is that the apartment is on the fifth floor for us Americans, there is an elevator that goes to the fourth floor, and a set of steep stairs that go to the apartment after that. It’s difficult to get luggage up those stairs. Then when you get in the apartment, half of the apartment is on the sixth floor, accessible only by a steep spiral staircase. The only shower in the apartment is up that spiral staircase. On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms & a bath near the door -has a toilet/tiny sink, the main bath is large, but has only a tub with a sprayer. The upstairs bath has an actual shower. The apt is full of exposed beams and skylights. there is a microwave and an oven, there’s a tea kettle and coffee maker. The air conditioning works well. There is a security guard in the first floor of the building which is nice although I never felt unsafe anywhere we went in Prague. The apt is next-door to a pizza place in the same courtyard. We didn’t try it but it was there. After 9 PM or so they close this huge door that covers up the driveway/road to the courtyard and then a walk door opens in that big garage door type thing. Beware because it does not open all the way to the ground but is cut out of the big door, a trip hazard in the dark. Lots of restaurants and a time massage within a short walk on the main street. The train station is just a few blocks away. Old town is less than a mile easy walk
- Verified traveler (10/5): 10/10 in all categories - Situated in the center of action and yet very quiet. Brand new facility with comfortable mattress, bedding and comforter. Everything seems to be brand new. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Great water pressure in the shower. Separate toilet room makes morning and evening routine that much more manageable. Just a great place to stay .

- Tim (10/5): Perfect accommodation - Absolutely perfect accommodation - central, walkable to metro/tram, restaurants, cafes and shops. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well presented. Check-in super easy. Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone heading to Prague.
- Vamini (10/5): - My family and I were very happy with our stay here. The only regret is not staying longer in Prague to really enjoy the city. The property is walking distance to all the tourist locations and there are countless dining options nearby. The place is very clean and safe. It is a furnished apartment and it was suitable for our needs. We had enough space for a party of 6 without feeling cramped. My kids enjoyed the bedrooms in the loft while my parents stayed in the main floor bedroom. The check in process is relatively simple. It is all done virtually. You will have to submit your passport information and names of all the other guests. Once that is finished, the property manager sends a code to enter the building and the apartment along with instructions for Wifi, etc.
- Nathan (10/5): Convenient Comfort in the Heart of the City - Property was an excellent value and fantastic condition. Quiet and comfortable right off of one of the Wenceslas Plaza. Written instructions on check in and property entry were very convenient and I appreciated having a 24x7 reception available if needed. We asked them to arrange a taxi to the airport for us and that was very helpful for our early early departure.
