- Swarnadip (8/5): Very new apart hotels in West Lake area - Great modern apart hotel with all amenities you need for a short trip. Location is a bit off - specially if you’re tourist as most activities take place around the Old Quarter are which is 30mins by cab. Though sauna and steam rooms are small, they are open 24/7. Mart is located just across the street and there is a nice local market just 5mins walk away. Rooms are very spacious and well cleaned. The room service and housekeeping staff are really nice. Overall we had a great stay.

- MASATOSHI (10/5): - It was a very good hotel. All the staff were kind and provided the best service. The automatic lock on the room was a little difficult to get through at times, but it was not an issue. It would be great if there was a supermarket within walking distance.

- Takashi (10/5): - 過去1年間で4回利用しました。直近は2024年6月に1ヵ月間滞在しました。スタッフの接客が良く、心地よく過ごせます。フロント、部屋清掃、セキュリティの方々がとても良い笑顔。 設備もきれいで、部屋からの眺めも良いです。 道を挟んでハノイ最大の公園もあり、週末まったりできます。 Winmart（コンビニ）、BIDV（銀行ATM）が徒歩1分以内と近いのが便利。 朝食も美味しいです。注文して作ってもらうフォーも美味しいので、食べてみてください。 冷蔵庫も大きく、室内に洗濯乾燥機があるのがとても良いです。1FにあるGymに行った後、すぐに洗濯できます。 Linh Lang までGrab carで15分, 70k dong（金額は時間帯に依存します）ぐらいです。 旧市街まで30分ぐらいです。 今後の改善のお願いですが、shoehorn が部屋にあれば最高です。

Nearer to airport than central city. 20 minutes from the hotel to Hanoi town centre by taxi. Nearby have new Lotte World shopping mall. Less than 10 minutes by taxi. Many restaurants and shops. Very nice place.
