• Susann (9/5): - Sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig. Ausstattung sehr gut, sogar Gewürze, Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs vorrätig. Kommunikation vorab shr vorbildlich, alle Fragen wurden gut beantwortet. In der Küche wären kleine Schüsseln für Obst, Jogurth wünschenswert. Bitte beachten bei später Anreise, zahlt man einen Aufschlag, etwas schade bei dem Mietpreis, da wir die Flugzeiten nicht beeinflussen konnten.

• Nataliia (10/5): Great place, highly recommend - The terrace is definitely the highlight of the property, it is gorgeous! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, light and has everything you need. It’s located in a quiet place, just 15-20 minutes walking to all the main attractions, but you can also use a bus, the stop is next to the house. We spent a wonderful week in Florence, enjoyed very warm weather for November and not too crowded city. I wish we could stay longer :).
• Timothy (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay above the rooftops. - Great views from the large deck. Airy and spacious rooms with multiple doors accessing the deck. Comfortable beds. Well equipped for a multi-day stay. Nicely decorated. Convenient location. Small thing: a bad smell lingered for the first night of our stay, but then disappeared.
• Mei (10/5): 10 out of 10 for family - 3rd time in Florence, I was looking for a place that's continent, easy access to tourists areas, and quite. This apartment is amazing. I travel with 2 toddlers, despite the stairs that we had to carry our luggage and strollers, the apartment still is a great add on to the experiences. It has everything you need for a daily life, cafe in 2 mins walk has amazing pastry ( very Italian and local food), walkable to the Dumo Plaza, the view from the living room, amazing. We enjoyed our breakfast in both sunning days and raining days. The host clearly want to make the apartment the best experience to the guests. Another thing worth mentioning is that the apartment locates in a residential area, I feel very safe with my young children. Please know that there are some stairs before access to the lift, because all the buildings are old in Florence, I think this building already done the best it can.
• O'Neal (6/5): - We loved the terrace and that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the apartment. The beds were pretty hard. There was a serious mosquito problem. The windows were open when we arrived which we promptly closed, but it was too late as many many mosquitoes were in the apartment. My 4 year old was bit multiple times. The host was not very responsive. I inquired about how to work the heaters as we are not accustomed to that specific heater type and I never received a response. Also there are a lot of steps to go up before reaching the elevator which made carrying up luggage a bit difficult.
• Mihai (10/5): Amazing apartment with big terrace in a nice location - + location was great + apartment in good condition, big and spacious + clean, including bathrooms + great terrace - elevator is very slow, so we'd better just walk the stairs, but it helps for the luggage - the host was a bit slow to respond and with the details about checkin/checkout, but I still 100% recommend the apartment because it was very nice

The windows ..love, love. Could use one more comfy chair in the sitting area. The one comfy chair sits a little low for someone with bad knees.

• Bruce (7/5): Good apartment in a convenient location. - Really good apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to everything in Florence but out of the main tourist chaos. Plenty of space in the apartment and a great terrace. We had problems with the air conditioning which was not working properly. In 35 degree temperatures, this was a big issue given the apartment gets a lot of sun. The host was communicative and eventually the problem was resolved after a few days.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Great location near the Arno, about 1,5 km to the Duomo and the Uffizi. If you arrive by car you could park at Porta al Prato, 1,3 km away. The penthouse is very comfortable for up to four people, spacious and flooded with light. The furnishing is great. The terrace is big indeed and one has a fantastic view. In short walking distance you have a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Think of the stairs because the elevator is not great. It starts at the second floor and works in slow motion.There is no wardrobe at the entrance of the apartment. The apartment was totally cold upon arrival. There was black mold over the shower of the second bathroom. There it was even colder and you could hear street noise that you couldn't hear in the rest of the apartment. There seems to be a construction defect. In the first night it was almost too cold to shower. We had to keep the bathroom door shut to get the apartment warm. One drain was clogged and I had to fix that.

• Candice (9/5): Superb - The space is great. It's big and modern and the terraces surrounding are fantastic. We were there over NYE and were able to see fireworks from all directions of the city. The location is easy enough to walk to the center and touristy areas. Our only complaint was the lack of water pressure which made showering almost impossible. I'm sure this is a building problem not the apartment's problem. However, with no water pressure, the overhead shower nozzle wouldn't work, and using the handheld sprayer, the water was cold more than it was hot.
• Oceana (10/5): Wow. Stay. Amazing. - Exceptional stay. View is unbelievable. Host and welcome orientation is best in class. Clean and comfortable and Netflix and kitchen and classy… privileged to stay. Unit below (or two leveled below) is being renovated so the construction noise starts around 8am. We weren’t prepared for it. No other negatives.

Access to good nearby restaurants and supermarkets excellent. The addition of a clothes airer would be useful. The use if the tumble dryer isn't always ideal.

• Dena (9/5): Great stay and location. I would stay here again. - The place was beautiful and clean. The view of the city was great and the wrap around deck was perfect. There were 4 of us and each couple had their own bathroom. Lorenzo met us there and gave us some great suggestions for the city through whats app. There was an elevator and air conditioning. You just had to walk up about a flight or so of stairs to reach it; not a big deal. You could walk to the city easily from this location. Building was secure and we felt safe. After our check in, we had an issue with the air conditioning in the living area, there was not enough coffee pods for all of us for 4 days and the wine opener was broke (can't have that in Italy, lol). Contacted Lorenzo, he answered me a day later stating he was only there for check in only. So I then needed to contact via email booking.com to relay the info. I need to send them further info and then they sent me an email 2 days later asking if the air was better? I do not believe they sent anyone out and it felt the same. No more coffee pods or a new wine opener. It would have been better to have an actual person to have near to call.

• Heli (3/5): The host is unreliable. This host not meet the criteria for a 4-star host. - The host is unreliable. This host does not meet the criteria for a 4-star host. When we arrived, the apartment was completely uncleaned from the previous guests. The receiving person was not aware of the situation and couldn't even say when the apartment would be cleaned or if it would be cleaned at all. The cleaner only arrived in the evening, but the apartment was therefore not properly cleaned. We had to clean up ourselves, including dirty spots in the kitchen. The apartment was booked for five people, but there were only dishes for four. The apartment was advertised for up to six people. We filed a complaint immediately on-site. The host responded quickly, saying they would get back to us. I sent two follow-up inquiries asking when they would address the complaint, but received no response. We made a complaint about 5-6 weeks later to Booking.com, who replied: 'The host stated that they have resolved the issue with you, and they are not offering compensation in this case.' This is not true. The host is truly unreliable. We have traveled extensively in different countries, and this is the first time we have encountered such substandard service in this price range.
• Maria (7/5): It was a great house in a very convenient location. Great view . The check in process could be easier. - Great location and great view . It was important that there were 2 bathrooms , since we were 4 people The check in process (I prefer individual check in) and we were delayed by more than 30 minutes to check in although we had informed about our arrival. Also in the bathrooms there was just a shower gel. For 300€ per night one could offer a shampoo or conditioner etc. no toiletries at all . It was the first time someone charged me deposit for damages for almost 500€

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Nice location- we walked everywhere from there. The key in the front door is difficult to turn.

No clothes dryer 2. Air conditioning units are not working 100% 3. No plug in the kitchen sink 4. String lights outside don’t work 5. Only one set of keys given 6. Freezer frozen up 7. One of the freezer draws was broken

• Richard (9/5): Very nice; met our expectations; the location is convenient to the city by bus or foot. - The view from the terrace was not quite as impressive as the listing made it appear to be, but I did not expect it to match the description. The terrace served its purpose by providing an outdoor environment that expands the perception of space. We kept the doors and windows closed to ward off mosquitoes, but this was not successful. There were a lot of them inside. At dawn and dusk, Florence is full of swallows eating as many as they can. What we needed was a pet swallow in the apartment. ;-)

• Tak (10/5): penthouse with magnificent view and perfect location - magnificent view of the city from the terrace, perfect location which is quiet enough from the touristy dumo and uffizi area but still walking distance to all must visit spots in Florence, we managed to walk to train station with our luggage within 10 mins for our 7am train. The apartment is also spacious and newly furnished and fully equipped with all essential amenities, it's also baby friendly with high chair and cot. overall we are enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend others to stay here we needed to climb a floor before reaching the lift

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic, well equipped apartment in central location. Amazing views from the terrace over Florence. Great for a family. A few steps before you got to the elevator which was tricky with all our luggage but otherwise hard to fault.
