• Mária (3/5): Nagyszerű helyen van a hotel, de a szolgáltatás hiányosságai mindenképpen csalódást jelentettek. - A hotel közvetlen a Piazza San Marco mellett áll. Tökéletesen tiszta, sűrű takarítás, törülköző és ágyneműcsere . Rendkívül kedvesek, segítőkészek a Recepción. Jótanácsok a programtervezésben, étkezéshez. Több ígért szolgáltatás nem volt: Nem volt a szobában WIFI, hűtőszekrény, asztal, a "ruhásszekrény" használhatatlan volt. A hotelt a reptéri transzfer-szolgáltatás miatt választottam, de ez csak azt jelentette, hogy tájékoztattak az utazási lehetőségekről. A 131 cm széles ágy (egyébként nagyon jó ágy lenne) éppen befért a pici szobába, még maradt is körülötte 40-40 cm hely. A beígért papucs meg nem baj, hogy nem volt, úgysem tartottunk volna igényt rá. Azért 1-1 pohár jó lett volna. Ez egy egyszemélyes szoba!

• Chen (10/5): It was a very interesting room and very close to everything: perfect introduction to Venice ! - It was everything we expected and more: close to the crowd (actually, close to San Marco which was a pleasant surprise), awesome balcony with perfect view of San Marco, and very friendly staff who were most helpful! The rooftop balcony was perfect! A great view of Venice and brought us close to the birds. We loved hearing the bustling crowd and bell rings late into the night! The room was a bit small, with only one space for opening luggages; however, there were many drawers for us to store our stuff! There is no elevator either so it's not for those with too many luggages or whom cannot carry large luggages up 4 stories.

Η σκάλα και ο χώρος υποδοχής είναι τραγικοί. Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ και το ανέβασμα της σκάλας, ειδικά για μας που μέναμε στον τρίτο όροφο ήταν καθημερινό μαρτύριο. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζοταν καθημερινά αλλά ήταν τόσο μικρό που δεν υπήρχε χώρος ούτε για να ανοίξεις την βαλίτσα σου. Η καρέκλα του δωματίου σπασμένη, η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας επίσης και η βάση του σεσουάρ διαλυμένη. Η βαθμολογία στο booking σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται εκτός και αν αφορά αποκλειστικά την τοποθεσία όποτε συμφωνούμε

• Paul (1/5): AVOID! - Property sub standard, location not bad close to St Marks square Minute I arrived they took payment, when I saw the room where my family and I were staying I immediately asked for a different room, that wasn’t possible so I asked for a refund. Room felt damp and had a bad odour , holes and cracks in masonry and some light fittings not operational in bedroom. NOT suitable for a family, I requested a refund but the hotel refused, even a 50% discount! I was so disappointed in their position, no doubt they resold the room and doubled their money

The overall experience was really enjoyable, and the hospitality made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The location and ambiance were excellent, and the staff were always helpful and kind. The only downsides were that the balcony shown in the photos does not actually exist, which was a bit disappointing, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all in my room. Despite these issues, I still had a very positive experience overall.

O hotel fica a partir do 2 andar e não possui elevador, então não é viável para idosos com qualquer dificuldade de mobilidade. Apesar disso, não tive grandes dificuldades, mesmo aos 70 anos.

Employees were really nice and gave enough informations for us to have everything needed. Wifi is there but, maybe it was because i was in top floor, it disconnects in like every 5 minutes. There seems to be “Bidet” checked in the page but there is no bidet. Believe me it is a reason for me to pick a hotel so, it was disappointing to see there is no bidet.

• jacopo benedetto (9/5): Relax con vista San Marco e i Do Mori - Posizione ottimale , è un edificio della vecchia Venezia quindi non ha ascensore e gli spazi sono definiti dal palazzo quindi da accettare così come sono ed è la vera Venezia: il terrazzino è straordinario sopratutto con il bel tempo. Bagno dotato di tutto anche se piccolo ma con vista su San Marco direi più che sufficiente e molto luminoso. Attenzione alle zanzare, nel cambio di stagione sarebbe utile una disinfestazione più radicale comunque comprensibile che ci siano dato che si ha il terrazzo e ovviamente le grondaie nelle vicinanze.

• Alexander (10/5): - Super location. Absolutely nice balcony and views from it. Clean and comfortable bathroom. It was very quiet. For a place in heart of Venice and lovely balcony this place should have couple of vine glasses!
• Mkrtchyan (8/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and friendly staff, though the Wi-Fi co - The hotel has a great location and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, it didn’t work well in our room and was only accessible near the reception area. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.

L’alloggio era complessivamente molto pulito, tuttavia faccio fatica ad assegnare un buon punteggio alla pulizia a causa di un episodio spiacevole. La coperta pesante che ci è stata fornita non era stata lavata. La stanza era piuttosto fredda e le coperte leggere non erano sufficienti, quindi abbiamo dovuto utilizzare quella più pesante. Solo a mezzanotte, poco prima di andare a dormire, ci siamo accorte che presentava una macchia evidente, incrostata e decisamente sgradevole, riconducibile senza dubbio a fluidi corporei. A quell’ora non era più presente nessuno a cui poter chiedere la sostituzione. Il mattino seguente ho segnalato l’accaduto alla reception: mi è stato rivolto un rapido “mi dispiace”, ma senza particolare attenzione o reale mortificazione per quanto accaduto. Considero l’episodio piuttosto grave e, francamente, disgustoso.

• Saltanat (10/5): - Отель просто шикарен. Понравилось всё. Маленькая но очень уютная была комната у нас. Были зимой, когда на улице было холодно, в комнате было очень тепло. Кровать мягкая, уютная выспалась после дороги.
• Andrea (8/5): Ich liebe es und hab‘s genossen 🥰 - Die Lage ist super, mir macht der Lärm von der Bar unten nichts aus. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Campanile ist wunderbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Viele, steile Treppen, sehr kleine Zimmer, wenig Platz in den Schränken.

• Laurence83lg (10/5): Excellent séjour, emplacement idéal - Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et tout s’est très bien passé. La chambre est petite mais très confortable. La literie est excellente, nous avons très bien dormi. Salle de bain avec baignoire. La propreté est irréprochable : ménage fait tous les jours, draps et tapis de bain changés quotidiennement. Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner servi, mais deux capsules de café sont mises à disposition chaque jour, ce qui est appréciable. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. L’emplacement est parfait : à une rue derrière la place Saint-Marc, avec un petit restaurant très sympathique juste à côté et à prix raisonnable. Seul point à préciser : l’hôtel comporte plusieurs étages sans ascenseur. Ce n’est donc pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

• ΑΣΑΡΓΙΩΤΑΚΗ (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική. Λίγα βήματα απ'την πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου. Παρόλο που το δωμάτιο είναι παλιό, είναι ζεστό, καθαρό και με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο. Τα παιδιά στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ φιλικά και πρόθυμα να εξηγήσουν τα πάντα με υπομονή. Δεν έχω ν αναφέρω τίποτα αρνητικό. Ήταν αυτό που θέλαμε.
