Wij konden er niet gewoon pinnen, met geen enkel pasje of het nou van een bank of creditcard maatschappij was, van mij of van mijn partner deed het. Uiteindelijk maar cash betaald, maar het gaf geen prettig gevoel, al je pasjes te proberen terwijl ze in de stad wel werken.

There was a coffee machine in the room, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area. We especially want to highlight the staff — attentive and friendly. The restaurant also left a great impression: the dinner was truly delicious, with beautifully prepared and presented dishes. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and of high quality. The only downside was that the sauna wasn’t warm enough. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly return. ✨

During my stay, I had a brief, friendly conversation in the lobby with a gentleman who spoke naturally about the property and guest experience. Only at the end did it become clear that he was in fact the owner. That quiet, genuine approach to guest engagement reflects strong personal leadership and pride in the hotel — qualities that set a world-class property apart. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations — a property managed with care, attention, and authenticity. Fully worthy of its five-star standing.

- Besnik (4/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s a beautiful place at first glance, I found the overall experience disappointing compared to the high prices they charge. The rooms are expensive, yet the amenities don’t match the cost. There’s no swimming pool, no complimentary drinks, no free breakfast, and the parking is very limited. On top of that, the bar prices are outrageously expensive. Service was just average, not at all the kind of upscale experience you’d expect for what you’re paying. For the price point, I expected much more in terms of hospitality and offerings. Unfortunately, it feels like a rip-off rather than a luxury stay.

- EssexG20 (10/5): GOOD EXPERIENCE- AT THE END - Stayed 4 nights, air conditioner on the 3rd floor did not work on our first night hence the room was hot but repaired the following morning. The attitude of the chap at the desk who claimed he was the manager was very dismissive and think one should just bear with the situation although he must have been aware of the situation before our arrival because while trying to check into the room someone suspected to be an engineer was just exiting the room. Apart from that services provided was very good, The breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant very helpful. Dinner was very good but not cheap. parking was very limited but help was at hand to help you park if no spaces. one can walk to Tirana BLLOKU the shopping centre area about 3km or explore Tirana Lake park by walking along Rruga Ligeni i Thate and cross the Elbasan Highway via an under pass.although receptionist at desk appeared unaware of this route, when asked how to get to the park, I was just told to get a taxi because no way across the High way

- Takumito (4/5): Great experience ruined by a private party and ignorant staff members - Great hotel in relation to rooms, cleanliness and amenities (spa, pool, restaurant quality). Big thanks to the dark-haired lady working at the restaurant during breakfast, she's a gem - always smiling, checking up on guests etc. As for the negative side - hotel is hosting a private birthday party by the pool with live performers and loud music until 00:00 on a Sunday night (I assume music was turned off only due to police arriving twice) so the room felt like a nightclub. This is not acceptable - it is at minimum not difficult to warn staying guest about the party beforehand. Went to complain at reception 23:15 as well as the next morning - the staff acknowledged the music but said that it is how it is and they cannot do anything about it.. This is not acceptable for Radisson Collection level of hotel and ruins the experience..
- hayley (4/5): Noisy and not adult only - The hotel is very noisy most of the time!! This hotel is advertised as adult only, this is not the case and had lots of young children staying in it. They were running the corridors from 7am each morning and the staff did not address this at all as an issue. The restaurant is also very popular with locals every night, so this was also noisy till gone 2am at times. Breakfast starts early so all you can hear is the chairs being dragged and arranged for 19 hours of the day from your bedroom especially if you have a lake view room like I did. Would not advise if you are looking for a peaceful wellbeing break the noise and children as advertised as adult only??
- Irma (8/5): Very nice, luxurious hotel. - The breakfast was amazing! The best we had during our trip across Albania. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy it, since we had to catch our flight. Would have been great if it started at 7h instead of 7.30h. The pool is nice, with towels at the pool and the location is nice with the lake next to the hotel. Not a lot of restaurants in the very near neighborhood, so we used room service, which was very good and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and beds very good. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Quiet small though, would have been nice to have a bit more space. It was all good, the only thing if I had to come up with something would be the location, but not much of an issue, we only stayed one night before leaving Albania.

- Greet (9/5): Wij hebben ons welkom gevoeld! Wat een gastvrijheid en service! - De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers! Enorm behulpzaam en klantgericht. Vooral de dame van de receptie denkt heel goed mee; heeft gezorgd voor een consult met een arts ivm oorontsteking van onze dochter. Ze heeft onze vakantie gered! Ook de schoonmaakster; Bledisa zorgt voor lieve persoonlijke briefjes en grapjes voor onze dochter. Zo lief! We hebben ons heel welkom en ontspannen gevoeld! Ook het zwembad en bedden zijn fijn en een goede service en heerlijk eten! Ook het binnen zwembad - spa’s zijn heerlijk. Er is gewoon-weg een hele ontspannen sfeer! Fijn terras, kundig personeel. Ruime keuze bij het heerlijke ontbijt ook de lunch-dinerkaart is veelzijdig en goed! Denk om de volume van de muziek bij het zwembad, het is niet fijn als deze hard staat. Over het algemeen ging het goed hoor! Dit geldt ook voor op het terras en je slaapt er boven. Is het windstil hoor je dit goed in de kamer. Gelukkig stopt het om 23.30.

- ExcelRestaurants (10/5): Beautifully presented hotel with outstanding service! - This is a beautifully presented Hotel in an upmarket neighborhood. Stunningly spacious rooms. Beautifully done bar with a landscaped outdoor terrace. What makes this place outstanding is the kindness and exceptional hospitality of Usejda who’s at the reception. She gave us a very warm welcome, showed the rooms with a few different options before we checked in, enabling us to be able to decide which ones we liked. Then she gave us a room upgrade. This is exceptional hospitality! Thank you Usedja. Keep up the good work !

- Stine (10/5): - Wonderful hotel, with amazing breakfast buffet in the pleasant company of Andriana, leads trying to make sure everyone was happy. Nice pool, also indoors. Henrik the waiter was also excellent! All in all we would recommend this hotel.
