WC pönttöön ei saanut nakata paperia. Oli iljettävää kerätä sitä roskakoriin sen jälkeen, kun on pyyhkinyt pyllyn. Aamupalalla oli vaihtoehtoja, mutta valitettavasti niiden laatu ja valikoima ei sopinut meille. Ei ns. Normaali Manner-Euroopan aamupala. Älkää ottako hotellin tilaamaa taksia, se koittaa huijata!

- Adam (8/5): Stunning views in a lovely location. - The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to a tram stop that will take you to all of the main sites, but also in a slightly less busy area. Be aware that to get from the tram to the hotel, you'll need to walk up a very steep hill. Our room was on the top floor and the views were magnificent. The breakfast/restaurant area is awesome. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. There was also quite a bit of noise that came from the restaurant above us.

Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Altstadt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren gemütlich und sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

- Sophie (7/5): Bon emplacement, bon restaurant, bonnes chambres si vous évitez l’annexe, personnel qui a su trouver une solution face a - L’emplacement, le rooftop et le petit déjeuner avec magnifique vue, les chambres propres et agréables et le personnel disponible Nous avons été mis dans un bâtiment annexe dont le standing n’était absolument pas au niveau de celui de l’hôtel : équipements et installations vétustes, rouillés, rien pour accrocher les manteaux, une literie de mauvaise qualité et la chambre pas chauffée à l’arrivée, les toilettes inondées deux jours de suite et inutilisables, donc première et deuxième nuits catastrophiques, nous avons finalement été déplacés dans une chambre de l’hôtel qui était, elle, tout à fait au niveau et très bien, mais en devant partager un grand lit avec notre fils qui avait un lit et une chambre à lui dans la première chambre réservée

- Gamze (1/5): - Achtung absoluter Horroraufenthalt! Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen überhaupt gemacht. Das sogenannte Nebengebäude, die „Villa", war einfach nur widerlich und in einem völlig unzumutbaren Zustand. Schon beim Betreten fiel der ekelhafte Geruch auf und im Kühlschrank war tatsächlich Schimmel! Überall lagen Haare von Männern und Frauen, benutzte Tücher wurden einfach liegen gelassen, und der gesamte Raum machte einen schmutzigen, vernachlässigten und unhygienischen Eindruck. Überall waren Flecken auf dem Boden, auf den Möbeln, sogar an den Wänden. Die Matratze war verdreckt, voller unappetitlicher Spuren, die man lieber gar nicht genauer untersuchen wollte. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig, teilweise mit Flecken, und die Gardinen sahen aus, als wären Blutspuren darauf zumindest Flecken, die man gar nicht erst zuordnen möchte. Einfach nur ekelhaft! Durch diese katastrophalen hygienischen Zustände sind wir sogar krank geworden. Es war absolut unzumutbar, hier auch nur eine Nacht zu verbringen. Was hier als „Villa" angepriesen wird, hat nichts, aber auch gar nichts mit einem gepflegten oder sauberen Standard zu tun es ist eine Frechheit und Täuschung der Gaste.Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen im Gegenteil Finger weg! Wer hier bucht,riskiert nicht nur seinen Urlaub, sondern auch seine Gesundheit. Leider kann man nur vier Bilder hochladen sonst hätte ich viel mehr hochgeladen.

- Aizhan (8/5): Très bien situé. S'ils corrigent les points négatifs que j'ai mentionnés. - J'ai apprécié la vue depuis les fenêtres de l'hôtel, ainsi que son emplacement très pratique. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. J'ai pris une chambre avec petit-déjeuner. Le choix de plats était limité et tout était froid, même le café. Les serviettes et les draps étaient vieux et usés.

Enfin, merci au personnel très aimable et professionnel, avec toujours une personne disponible. Jai été reçue par des personnes qui parlent bien anglais, ce qui m'a bien aidé vu que je ne maîtrise pas le turc... Je reviendrais sans hésiter

- Nazar (1/5): Horrible property and management - Nothing, unfortunately The property was extremely cold on arrival, and nothing had been prepared for guests. There was no functioning heating. On the second day, we were given an external plug-in heater, which immediately caused the electricity to cut out when plugged in. As a result, we had to sleep wearing hats and jackets. The property management made no meaningful attempt to assist or resolve the issue. After barely lasting two nights, we were forced to book alternative accommodation. The property refused to offer any refund, meaning we lost the remaining nights of our booking. They also did not respond to Booking.com, allowing them to retain all funds. I would strongly advise avoiding this property.
- Sadok (10/5): Recommended - The staff were very very friendly and helpful. They'll do their best to help you with whatever you need st any moment. The cleaning team are very professional and trustworthy. Overall my stay was comfort and as expected. Everything you need is close 5 to 10 minutes away. The walls are very thin so keep in mind to keep your "noise" to minimum. The fridge wasn't working. Maybe because it was winter season. I didn't inform the reception anyway I didn't use it. I suggest to change the lights inside the rooms as it was a bit dark.

Due to the absence of a phone line and ongoing internet connectivity issues, we were required to walk to the main hotel each time we needed to report an issue.

- Suphatcha (10/5): - Seitdem ich hier angekommen bin, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin wirklich glücklich. Ich habe gute Empfehlungen erhalten. Der Flughafentransfer kostet 55€, was als fair angesehen wird. Man kann in bar im Hotel bezahlen, was vertrauenswürdig ist.

- Saliyeva (10/5): - Прекрасный персонал, отзывчивые и добрые люди. В особенности владелец отеля Can 10/10. Расположение отеля шикарное, до всех знаменитых достопримечательностей рукой подать. Рядом проезжает трамвай который везет в старый город. Локация отеля топ. Номер просторный, уютный. Всё новое, красивое и эстетичное. Состояние полотенец. после уборки оставили порванное, старое, полотенце ( но чистое). Но это не испортило общее впечатление.

- Amalia Paraskevi (8/5): Καλό - Καλή τοποθεσία, άνετα κρεβάτια, πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το πρωινό πολύ μέτριο. Το διαμέρισμα το κλείσαμε για 6 άτομα και το 1 άτομο κοιμόταν στον καναπέ όπου το παράθυρο έμπαζε λίγο ενώ δεν ζεστάθηκε ποτέ αρκετά ο χώρος, και άλλο 1 άτομο κοιμήθηκε σε ένα αρκετά μικρό μονό κρεβάτι που θα ήταν ιδανικό για παιδί και όχι τόσο για ενήλικα.

- MYLENE (1/5): HORRIBLE - RIEN! FUYEZ CET HOTEL La pire nuit de ma vie! Chambre derrière l'accueil et en face les ascenseurs et les escaliers. On entendait le réceptionniste tapait sur le clavier et les clients comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre. En plus de cela, coupure d'électricité au milieu de la nuit jusqu'à notre départ. Des bips toute la nuit, du personnel qui hurlait dans le hall d'accueil dû à la panne d’électricité et petit déjeuner dans la rue au lieu du roof-top et sans café bien sûr

- Steve (10/5): Smart and friendly - Great location, easy to get to all attractions and very trendy neighbourhood close by with plenty of food options and shops. We stayed in the villa, which is a separate property about 250m away, but it benefits from great views and works well for a group. Rooftop restaurant for breakfast is a treat, and looks good for dinner (didn’t try this). Staff really helpful. Both the hotel and villa are up a steep hill from the tram stop, but worth it for the views!
