- Jan (5/5): Comfy and good value for money. Great location for catching the train. - The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. It’s very difficult to enter the property. Very hard to navigate the road as no sidewalk and broken concrete along side of road. Then steep steps to carry up luggage or use luggage ramp. This was very steep and almost impossible.

It is easy when we checked in in the middle of the night. there’s a laundry in the hotel building. Few metres away from a convenience store. Room is nice and clean, although small but well maintained. I hope there could be more variety with the breakfast buffet.

A primo impatto ha poco del Hilton ma probabilmente è penalizzato dal cantiere al lato per la metropolitana. Certo le rampe d'ingresso non si possono vedere! Ripidissime

- ReallyAnonymous (7/5): Next time I come to Hanoi I wouldn't mind staying there again - The hotel is situated just opposite the Hanoi main train station - ideal if one travels by train! Also, the bus from Hanoi airport has its last stop right opposite the hotel - very convenient. The buffet breakfast was a on the low side... not really what you expect from a hotel by Hilton... Communication with staff in English was a bit "difficult"... A proper command of English should be standard in such a hotel!

Right opposite to the station so if you have to catch a train, staying here is better For the price we paid the hotel was average. There was some contractions going on so we couldn't spot the entry. No attender. The bathroom is funny. The rooms are not at all lit well. But it's spacious. The restaurant options are no so great closeby. The staff is not equipped enough to help us I feel. Can't blame the staff but the management. If you pay less than 75 USD then can consider this place. else please ignore. this is not really Hilton quality

Starting around 4am every night, the train announcements are loudly audible in all rooms, to the point of making it very difficult to get any sleep at night.

Ptit dej : buffet, inclus donc pas mal. La chambre très bien agencée et pensée, un peu dans le style de nos hôtels "formule 1" ou "Ibis" en France. Très "compact" mais pour 1 nuit franchement top. Lit super grand et confortable! Personnel sympa, chambre propre. Juste un peu cher pour ce type de chambre (assez petite, il faut le dire), mais pour une nuit, ça fait le taf! C'est "mignonnet". Pas grand chose... On aurait aimé un espace plus grand parce qu'on avait 4 valises (2 grosses+2 petites) mais pour une nuit, ça ne posait aucun problème

We needed help getting our luggage across the street. They helped and refused to allow me to tip. There were hairs on the bed and pillows. The television had no service and there was no way to wireless connect your phone to the television. There is construction going on making finding the front entrance a bit confusing.
