• margaret (7/5): Great location and roomy place to enjoy Athens - Location was fantastic and the apartment was so roomy for us all. We played cards at night and enjoyed being able to cook together. Lot of room for a wonderful time to share with friends. Enjoyed our time there. No small pots to cook with and lacked kitchen utensils, and no serrated knives to cut bread from a fantastic bakery. Also the bathrooms could have better drainage so the floors could have been a bit less flooded after a shower but worked.
• michael (9/5): Comfortable place for family weekend trip or longer stay - Great location, three comfortable double rooms with good showers, plenty of space in the open plan living area. Bedrooms quiet for a good night's sleep. The entrance to the building is not particularly attractive but it did not impact our stay.

• Chris (9/5): - Excellent location close to all attractions. Great accommodation with generous rooms and bathrooms and open plan lounge dining and kitchen area. The entrance to the building needs to be improved as first impression is a concern when you arrive as well as the lift and lighting in the stairway and entrance. The one bathroom shower was too strong for the drain and it flooded the bathroom.

Entrance to building could have been more appealing with better lighting. There was litter on the stairs. One shower leaked water into the rest of the bathroom.

I forgot my supercharger before checking out and the process to return it, although understandably automatized, proved to be ridiculously expensive. Communication, although prompt and efficient, wasn't particularly customer oriented.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped and there's a nice balcony as well. We find it very easy to reach and enter even at night and felt safe and welcomed. The apartment is also very close to the national garden which is a wonderful place to visit with kids It's a great place

Each room was large with its own bathroom. The lift also made getting our luggage up easy. This was a nice change from many other European apartments.

LOVED the place and amazing staff support!!!👏👏👏👏👏 One point of feedback is I would suggest is to make sure there are 6 wine glasses and coffee cups.
• Lesley (10/5): We can’t imagine anything more that we could want! - The location!!! We were in very short walking distance of everything, including great restaurants, yet the apartment itself was quiet and we all slept so well. Comfortable beds, room darkening shades, and thoughtful extras were in all the bedrooms. Plus a cute little balcony where you can watch the mad skills of Greek drivers as they calmly navigate the narrow cobblestone streets with only inches to spare. It was perfect for our group of six from Texas. We were all very happy with our stay. And the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Beware of the room darkening shades. Set an alarm, you have been forewarned 😉 Three of us woke up at 11:00 and thought it was the middle of the night. Then we each thought everyone else must have left us behind because it was so late in the day, only to find out that all six of us had slept half the day away! 😂 You’ll sleep so well, just set an alarm unless you want to miss a day in Athens.

Very spacious property all bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms perfect for a couples holiday. Fully equipped for self catering if desired. The entrance was a little shabby and the lift was a bit scary.

Breakfast was not included but the area has a lot of places with good breakfast Shower curtain was missing in bathroom which required is to constantly mop up the water splashing on the floor. A disposable shower curtain that is replaced after every checkout would go a long way. Also, a bit more pods for the Nespresso would have been great. There was only enough for the first day.

The soundproofing inside the house was not that good, if someone was talking in the living room, it was heard in the bedroom as if they had the conversation with you(in the bedroom).In contrast to the sound coming from outside, as soon as you closed the doors and windows, nothing could be heard.

• Andri (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation in the heart of the city center. The flat is very clean, modern stylish, spacious. It has everything you need to feel at home, hair dryer, washing machine, dish washer, smart TVs in all rooms with Netflix subscription for watching. The mattress is very comfy, with double glazed windows to avoid any noise from outside. The neighbour is very safe to walk and quiet. The staff is very polite and responsive to all our needs. We stayed for five days i could live in this flat forever. I definitely recommend this property!!!

There were unfinished electrical wires in several rooms. The water from 2 of the showers leaked across the bathroom floors. Supposedly a non-smoking apartment. But the soft furnishings all smelled of cigarette smoke.

The fact that each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom as well as a television was a plus for us. The kitchen was well appointed and the living space more than comfortable- big screen television, huge sofa and dining area. The balcony was a plus ! Wonderful.

• Helene (10/5): Love, love, love it! - The best parts… 1) Dionysis was helpful, patient and attentive. He helped us with every issues we encountered. With him, our Athens stay was perfect! 2) The property was perfect for our group of 6. The property and its location were perfect. We were able to walk to all our must see sites or a tour bus pickup site. We didn’t have to take any taxis except for airport/ferry port transfer which was arranged for us by Dionysis. The apartment building lobby and front door entryway are a little run-down. It was a little dark and disconcerting when we arrived at the location. BUT once we go up to the apartment, everything was perfect.

Beliggenheden i top - gåafstand til Athens mange seværdigheder - og kvarteret Planka. Hjælp,og kommunikation med udlejer og dertil knyttet personale var professionelt og vi fik hurtigt svar på spørgsmål. Ikke at vi skal nævne minus - så bemærkes det, at motor fra airconmsystemet høres om natten i 2 af de 3 værelser (lidt).
