Son olarak evcil hayvanlara olan yaklaşımı sebebiyle otel yönetimine teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Otele ait restoran aktif olarak bulunmamakta, ama yürüme mesafesinde o kadar çok opsiyon var ki bu bir eksi olmaktan çıkıp size çok fazla alternatif sunuyor.

Le personnel très agréable et toujours à l'écoute. Et très souriant Et bien sûr, sans les oublié les chats. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, les yeux fermés Le seul petit inconvénient. Il manque une grande table dans le jardin, pour pouvoir manger Merci beaucoup.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is laag. Hygiëne laat zich te wensen over. We hadden om een extra bed gevraagd, die was gelukkig al geregeld. Maar bij iedere beweging lag je op de grond.

The heating system was so strong we couldn’t sleep and was operating non stop. You are in the ground floor so if you let the doors open it’s risky and also noisy.

Verilen oda agir bir parfum korktugu icin odam upgrade edildi ve jakuzilio bir odaya gectim, o adada ise genel olarak, tren tarafina baktigi icin inanilmaz gurultulu ve yataklari cok rahatsiz edici idi. Ayrica elektrik kablosu jakuziye giden, elektik bandiyla bantlanmis, potansiyel bir elektrik tehlikesi olmali.

- Magdalena (10/5): - Am stat 5 nopți la La Cielo Bostancı. Hotelul este modern, curat și confortabil, cu camere spațioase și bine întreținute. Pat comod, Wi-Fi fără probleme și personal politicos la recepție. Check-in rapid, iar curățenia se menține bine pe durata sejurului. Există însă câteva aspecte importante: • Zgomotul poate fi deranjant. Linia Marmaray și o stradă foarte circulată trec aproape de hotel, iar cu geamul deschis se aude trafic constant. • Micul dejun este ok ca gust, dar identic în fiecare zi. Pentru un sejur scurt e în regulă, însă în 5 nopți se simte lipsa varietății. • Transportul public este un mare plus: stația Marmaray se află chiar pe partea hotelului, iar accesul la autobuze și metrou este foarte ușor. 📌 Concluzie: un hotel confortabil și curat, potrivit pentru șederi scurte. Zona este bine conectată, dar zgomotoasă. Pentru cei sensibili la trafic, merită luată în calcul o cameră cât mai sus sau un cartier mai liniștit.

Die Lage ist perfekt: ganz nah an der Marmaray, der Metro und der Fähre. Alles war unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit, man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! ☺️

- neli (3/5): - From the moment we arrived, we encountered one issue after another: Firstly, the "air conditioning" in our room was completely ineffective. Despite setting it to the lowest possible temperature, the unit — which appeared to be a homemade or improvised device — did not cool the room at all. This made our stay very uncomfortable, especially considering the hot weather. The glass shower door was broken. Although someone came to "fix" it later that day, we were left waiting outside the hotel for 10 minutes. When we finally got back into the room, we found that the door had simply been removed and shattered glass was left all over the floor. This was extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. Plus the shower head didnt even work. When you take shower whole bathroom gets wet The jacuzzi was dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There were long black hairs all over the room, which shows that no proper cleaning had been done before we checked in. Towels smelled bad, and housekeeping did not clean the room or replace towels unless we specifically asked — a basic service that should not require reminders. One evening, while my partner and I were sitting on our private terrace, a hotel employee walked directly onto our terrace without knocking or any kind of announcement. This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional. The only positive note during our stay was the front desk staff — they were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the overall poor experience.

- John (8/5): - Stayed for one night. The location itself was peaceful. Fantastic customer service. The staff upgraded my room to a sea view without me asking. A few parts of the room were a little bit worn, but the room itself was good. Comfy bed. I would definitely stay again.

- Selin (10/5): - Thank you to all the staff from reception to cleaners, everyone was extremely attentive and kind - a special thank you to Gizem who made mine and my dogs stay extra special - the hotel is in a great location, has a beautiful view and is pet friendly which was my favourite part. I stayed for a week and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Thank you La Cielo :)

- Kamil (9/5): Superb - Good price/quality ratio. Its okay for a short term stay. grocery shop are close and the see as well. Many bars close to the hotel. I would come back.
- Jansette (8/5): - Convenient hotel with all the basics needed for a goodnight sleep. The place is clean and in proximity to the sea side where you can enjoy seaside activities like biking, walking, and various sports. Bostanci end line metro station is next to you and the ferry station all within a a 10 min walk. Really convenient. The hotel could use a ramp for moving suitcases up the 6/7 steps of stairs.

- Raphaela (9/5): Great place with super helpful staff! - Just a short walk up the hill from Bostancı station and the sea, great and safe area, SUPER NICE STAFF - they were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure we felt welcome and well hosted. Some parts in the room were looking like they would fall off every second but I believe the hotel is currently being refreshed so I’m sure it will be taken care of.

- Hubert (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in a standard room and it was very clean with a comfortable bed. I had a good night’s sleep in a quiet atmosphere. The staff was also friendly. Great value for the price.

- Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - It exceeded my expectations for the price. The standard room was simple but sufficient. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Ideal for a short stay.
