- 479justinf (10/5): Comfortable birthday trip at Hyatt Centric - Spent two nights at the Hyatt Centric over the weekend in Dubai. Room is comfortable and spacious for a city hotel, nice balcony looking out over the water or the Burj view on other side. Bathroom is large with a tub and rainfall shower. Relatively separate from the core tourist areas of Dubai; so will be a bit of an uber in any direction (~20 mins) to sights. Tried the ground floor restaurant that was nice and food was good, but service was a bit mixed, and the pool seemed popular but we didn’t use it. We did not try IKKA. Great use of Hyatt points or awards while in Dubai.
- 180talkingt (10/5): Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Beach Dubai - Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric in Jumeirah Beach. Not only is its location fantastic overlooking the creek, but it's very modern and extremely efficient. The staff were particularly amazing Naveen at breakfast, Kieu and Sunil on reception, and Lala and Lev. What was remarkable is that so many staff members spoke so many languages, so all the guests who were there felt very comfortable. The food in the Peruvian restaurant was outstanding, as were the murals that had been painted by the chef himself. The staff could not do enough for me, and everything that was required of them, and in particular, they impressed me with their speed and efficiency. The breakfast area was equally amazing, with staff remembering exactly what you had the day before and bringing you the same stuff. While there were a few small hiccups in arranging amenities, I must say the team resolved everything quickly and professionally, which made all the difference. A special thanks to Lala, who impressed us with her professionalism and care. She handled all our requests with such dedication and ensured we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Abhishek also deserves recognition for understanding our situation and arranging a late check-out, which truly added comfort to our departure. Last but not least, Umesh from Security went above and beyond, managing every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. What stood out to me the most is that all three of them—Lala, Abhishek, and Umesh—carried a warm and welcoming smile at all times, regardless of the situation. - F1318LAjans (10/5): Service which notices more than meets the eye - It was in summer in Dubai, ok, so stuff is cheaper than regular, but I accidentally needed to spend two separate nights there. The hotel is great but especially the service was outstanding. I forgot some shirts in the closet- got them immediately back in a nice bag and whilst waiting the staff -without asking- with water and coffee for free

- hilfred_ho (10/5): A boutique Hyatt hotel offering unparalleled tranquility and individuality - After recently finishing my first stay ever, I could say Hyatt Centric Jumeriah Dubai left me with a very promising impression and unique experience. First, it is a seaside property in the Jumeriah district rather in isolation from the hustle and bustle of the Dubai downtown. While some people may think the lack of dining and shopping options nearby constitutes a downside, I take the entirely opposite view. It allows me to completely relax, unwind and detach myself from the hectic urban life. Second, unlike other Hyatt properties in Dubai, Hyatt Centric is obviously of a much smaller scale with not more than 200 rooms. Even when the property reaches very high occupancy I do not have any sense of discomfort with seeing everywhere, say at the lobby or in the lift, packed with people. Third, the breakfast experience that I had was surprisingly good, in terms of the quality of both the food and the services. The overall ambience of the main restaurant, Eunoia, exudes refined elegance and charm in combination of stylishness and modernity. Both the extensiveness and tastiness of breakfast options amazed me. Lastly, and the most importantly, the associates whom I came across during my recent stay are very friendly, approachable and hospitable. They are willing to go for an extra mile to perfect my experience to become the most seamless and enjoyable ever. Having been aware of my preferences, the team offered me the best available corner balcony suite with the unobstructed panoramic view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai downtown. The housekeeping team also did a fabulous job with the room upkeep and amenities setup. All in all, I have to give a big applause to the entire team (notably Lilly, Iris, Yogesh and Eaint of the Front Office; Merlina, Santosh and Satish of Eunoia Restaurant and Akhila of the housekeeping) at Hyatt Centric Jumeriah Dubai as a testament to their professionalism, hard work and unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional guest experiences!

- dharamvakharia (10/5): Super - The place a haven away from all the hustle bustle of Busoness bay and downtown. Still it is easily accessible to all important landmarks. The hotel itself is very classy and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are fantastic and well appointed.
- 150rajibs (4/5): A stylish hotel with small rooms - Modern hotel with very friendly and helpful front office staff. Stayed four nights. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are on the small side. It came with a small fridge. We were two adults and not enough space to keep our suitcases and hang our clothes. Too much furniture in a small area. Bathroom had both shower and tub (separate) though the fittings and fixtures -- given the decor -- were difficult to use. There was a balcony that looked out at the bay. The pool is small and there is no hut tub. The hotel is off the main drag -- you need a taxi or a Uber to go anywhere. Staff can call a cab. We did not use the restaurant though we sat one evening at the pool bar.

But the real surprise? The rooftop restaurant. Every dish felt like a story. Fresh ingredients, thoughtful flavors, and service that made you feel like the only guest in the world. It’s rare to find a place where both the stay and the food are unforgettable — this one nailed both. And .. last but not least, they have life music… Definitely coming back.

- IngridHA1973 (10/5): Nice short stay - We spent two days before heading to Thailand. You will need to take a taxi to come in or out of the area but it is convenient. We reserved rooms with balcony and city view. The hotel was clean and modern. Everyone was servicing and courteous. Food by the pool was superb and deserts on the rooftop restaurant were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

However, the nice one in the pictures is near a noisy club until about 2-3 am, so if you sleep late no issues and the one with a more normal design though same size is quiet but loses the nice design. Staff are reasonable and became good/ great. Overall good stay.

Some days it would take the whole breakfast to actually get a coffee and then I would get three because I had chased a couple of times. 2) the fact all the bedroom doors slam close. Woke me up so many times, both at night and in the morning. But I love the location, and the front desk were really helpful.

- Jean (4/5): Avoid ! - Terrible stay, worst service and staff ever, absolutely not customer oriented. Manager who does not care about customers’ problems or any of their inquiries. Only the rooftop restaurant staff was very nice and caring. Never again.
- Alexei_K (8/5): Next to the abandoned beach - The hotel itself is not bad. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. But the location is very questionable. Previously, there was La Mer beach nearby. But it has not been open for 2 years and is a sad picture of half-abandoned buildings and a wild beach. There is a beach club within walking distance from the hotel, but I did not like either its quality or price. There are several restaurants and a store within walking distance. It is impossible to move around the city without a car or taxi. The hotel does not have its own beach. The pool is small even for a not very spacious hotel. In general, if you want to stay far from the hustle and bustle, then this is a good option, since there is essentially nothing around.

The restaurant on the roof was a nice experiance, but it is best to go on a day that is more lively as I went twice. Once was quite the other day it was happening.
- asperret (10/5): Exceptional service, quiet, comfortable and spacy rooms. What more to ask? - Comfy bed, spacious room, housekeeping was very helpful and room cleaned on time. Lubov lounge was perfect if you are looking for a simple breakfast. Drinks and dinner at Ikka were excellent. But what makes this place really stand out is the service. Helpful, attentive, pro active and always with a big smile on! Rooms are very quiet which is starting to be a real challenge in many areas of Dubai. Beach close by. Location is easy for DWTC, DIFC and Downtown but also the airport, Creek Harbour and Festival City. Will definitely be back!

The nice "La mer" beach is just across the street. The view of the skyline from the 5th floor is fantastic. The G floor restaurant is ok but overpriced. Numerous good restaurants are available 10 minutes away on foot. A special thanks to Miss Nadia for the quick, efficent and warm support.
- Farah (10/5): Wonderful!! - Overall our stay at Hyatt Centric was wonderful, it started off a bit bumpy but the hotel made it up for that by apologizing since it wasn't our fault when we booked. Lilly was great. I was a bit hesitant because there's no buffet since we had kids. The A La Carte menu is very good, delicious, fresh food and our waiter Dua was great, greet us and even gave my 5 year a cinnamon pecan cake. The room were very clean and room service available twice a day. I would definitely be coming back to Hyatt!!

Allgemein hat das Hotel eine gute Ausstattung und mega Atmosphäre. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen
- Edmond (4/5): A great Orchestras without a conductor - An excellent location, clean rooms, and a large staff are all strengths of this hotel. The problem is that none of it works. After calling three times, I waited over an hour for my bags, gave up on breakfast after it took me 30 minutes to get it, and it was very difficult to get a taxi to the hotel. There is a need for the management to gain a better understanding of what they are doing and to be better trained.

I think they've used some cheap solutions though -- the noise cancelation isn't great, and the towel rack in the bathroom fell down during my stay. La Mer is a pretty uninspiring neighborhood, you'll get tired of the beach very quickly. Thankfully taxis in Dubai are cheap. The breakfast was incredible, but also very very pricey.
