• MWM 749 (9/5): Excellent clean and calm place with close proximity to all the attractions. - Location is very practical, at Aksaray, with Blue Mosque just 4 stations away by tram. Tram, Metro, Bus & Taxi all 5 minute walk. There are lot of eateries and stores around. The hotel is nice, clean and calm. Lobby is very welcoming place with complementary coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The management team and staff are charm to interact with. Every request is taken care with professionalism. Starting with pickup from airport to check-in every thing was organised and quick. Our twin bed room was on 3rd floor facing main road. Soundproofing was excellent. Room was cleaned everyday, towels and linen also refreshed everyday. Clean toilet with hot water.As for the breakfast frankly it was the best I had in many years, choice of fruits, olives, cheese, breads etc. It ticked all the boxes I had expected. Our room was not equipped with a Wardrobe, just a hanger rail. Secondly toothbrush & toiletries were not provided. So you need to carry or buy from near stores.

Завтраки неплохие, но с турецкими особенностямм (в европе в данной сети отелей завтраки значительно разнообразнее и вкуснее). Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый. Номера чистые и просторные, уборка хорошая. Оставляют воду в бутылках каждый день. Звукоизоляция ужасная (в номерах окна из алюминия пропускают шум с улицы, а рядом магистраль и мечеть, мула будит в 5.30 утра громко зазывая на молитву, даже бирушы не помогали). Если хотите выспаться, просите номер с видом во двор

The hotel itself is clean and updated, the rooms are spotless, bathrooms are updated and freshly caulked, sheets are crisp, hallways smell amazing, hotel lobby conveniently has 24/7 coffee and juices included, the gym is peaceful, clean and well equipped (cardio, free weights & functional trainer). Breakfast was exceptional-- features scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, yogurt, wide variety of vegetables, olives, cheeses, fruits, cold cuts, breads, and much more (secret tip: you can ask the chef to make eggs for you any way you want even though they aren't out in the buffet). The lobby/hotel aesthetic is top notch, peaceful and very thoughtfully decorated. Located about a 5 minute walk to the Yusufpasa tram stop, which is about a 10 min ride to Sultanahmet area (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, etc). We walked to the Blue Mosque and it took us about 30 minutes. Bonus: we were trying to find inexpensive Turkish food that wasn't inflated for tourists, and we found Öztürk Kebap (3 min walk from hotel) and it was amazing. Incredibly flavorful food, family owned and run, and half the price of other places. We ate there at least 5 times. Overall wonderful trip, in large part due to our accommodations. Beds were a bit uncomfortable (though crisp and clean), but that's more of a me problem (bad back).

The showerhead was covered in limescale, and the grout between the floor tiles was dirty. Breakfast was extremely basic. Furthermore, the staff needs training on healthy communication; the reception constantly pushed brochures and restaurant referrals instead of helping us explore the local area. It felt like they were only directing us to places they had agreements with, rather than providing genuine local recommendations.

Regarding room cleanliness, there were several overlooked details that need attention. ​More importantly, the lobby staff attempted to negotiate ratings and reviews before I had even checked in. Offering a "better, more spacious room" in exchange for a positive review is unethical and unprofessional. Soliciting conditional feedback before a service is even rendered is unacceptable. The staff requires urgent training on professional ethics.

While the arrival service was excellent (10/10) despite there being only one staff member on duty, our room (416) was freezing. The balcony door was left open, the seal was broken, and the thermostat was malfunctioning. I visited the front desk twice, but the lone employee was unable to fix the problem or offer a room change. Consequently, I didn't sleep a wink, even though the staff member tried his best to help. Furthermore, there were no amenities or soap provided in the room. By the following day, only the soap had been replaced. This was a horrible experience—truly the worst stay we have ever had

The high price is not justified by the quality provided. Additionally, the hotel failed to provide an invoice upon checkout despite our repeated requests. • Ruslan (10/5): - Overall: This was our second visit to Istanbul. From March 22 to March 27, 2026, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Old City with my family. It is a wonderful hotel with a magnificent location. Location & Accessibility: The metro, bus stops, and trams are all right nearby. The main attractions are just a stone's throw away, and you can easily reach any part of the city from here. Service & Cleanliness: The rooms are spotless, as is the entire hotel. A special mention to Zulfiya, who took care of our room—she did an amazing job and is very dedicated to her work. The breakfasts are hearty, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables; you definitely won't go hungry. The Team: The staff is beyond praise—a true team of professionals who are always ready to help. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager, Mr. Sinan. He supported us from the moment we checked in until our departure. Recommendation: I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. For this price point, I doubt you can find anything better in the Fatih district. My family has already decided that we will only stay here during our next visit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, alle waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. • Marina (8/5): - Отличный отель для прогулок по Стамбулу, чистый, современный, завтраки нормальные! Удобная большая кровать, большой красивый балкон. Персонал очень дружелюбный, даже говорят немного на русском. удобная транспортная развязка , это и трамвай Т1 и автобус и метро . Метро кстати вообще с одной пересадкой до аэропорта, так и ехали, и туда и обратно. Если идти пешком по маршруту Т1 в сторону центра, то в первых обменниках по пути самый выгодный курс. НО имейте ввиду его небольшую отдаленность от центра. Мы ходили пешком 25 минут. Если едете только девочками, я бы не советовала, по темным улицам немного не по себе. А в паре с мужчиной, норм)

• Oksana (10/5): - Понравился персонал, вежливый, понимающий. Заселились в 8 утра сразу после аэропорта, это было супер. Номера чистые, свежие. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтраки повторялось, но не забываем, что это 3 звезды. Всегда находили, что поесть. Большое спасибо Arda.
• watan2 (10/5): - Хороший отель за свои деньги. Номер был на троих, достаточно просторный, большая двуспальная кровать и диванчик. Чисто, свежо, отличная уборка. В номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, по ТВ есть один русский канал. Из окон немного дуло, звукоизоляция конечно не очень, учитывая, что окна выходят на дорогу и мечеть. Кондиционер работает на обогрев, поэтому было тепло. В номере имеется утюг и гладильная доска, что очень удобно. В самом отеле всегда очень приятный запах. Персонал отзывчивый, во всем старался помочь. Завтраки однообразные, но всегда можно найти что поесть. Очень хорошее расположение. Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, рядом остановки трамвая и автобуса. Однообразные завтраки.

• Diana (10/5): Great place in the old city - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The service was consistently good, the room was cleaned regularly and very well, and the breakfasts were fresh and enjoyable each morning. A special thank you to the reception team - Sinan Kocyigit, Gorkem, Devran, Ferhat, and Arda. They were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was clear that the team genuinely tries their best to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, everything about the stay was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
• Dilyara (10/5): Отличный сервис и расположение - Отель очень аккуратный, чистый, ухоженный, комфортный. Номер был в отличном состоянии, удобная кровать, белоснежное постельное белье, полотенца меняли (если положить их на пол) и прибирались каждый день. Удобное расположение: в 2 минутах остановка трамвая Юзуфпаша, в 7 минутах — метро Аксарай, в 10 минутах метро Еникапы и мармарай Еникапы, а в 50 метрах от отеля автобусная остановка. Автобус из аэропорта Havaist едет до метро Аксарай, что очень удобно. Рядом продуктовые и другие магазины, кафе, аптека. До Султанахмет ехать на трамвае Т1 минут 7-10, до Бейоглу (ост. Каракёй) — минут 15. Персонал просто невероятно вежливый и обходительный! Всегда приветствуют, желают хорошего дня, помогают, предлагают чай, любую помощь. Наверное, это был лучший персонал из всех, что я видела! Большое спасибо всем, и особенно — Kursat, Gorkem и Arda! Завтраки были вкусные и достаточно сытные, есть что выбрать, но каждый день одинаковые (что лично я не считаю проблемой): омлет, яйца, сосиски, отварные овощи, апельсины, мандарины, яблоки, груши, колбасы, сыры, соленья, хлопья, мюсли, йогурт, хлеб, джемы, помидоры, огурцы, паприка, зелень и тд. Все свежее и очень вкусное. Спасибо! Все было прекрасно!

Situat la câțiva pași de stațiile de transport public, totul devine accesibil și simplu — fără bătăi de cap, fără drumuri lungi, fără pierdut timp prețios. Fie că vrei să explorezi orașul sau să ajungi rapid la destinație, localizarea acestui loc îți oferă un avantaj real față de alte opțiuni. Micul dejun — o revelație dimineața! Nu vorbim de bufetul clasic, previzibil și lipsit de imaginație. Dimpotrivă, masa de dimineață a fost un adevărat festin: bogată, variată, cu o diversitate de preparate care de care mai apetisante. Am plecat de la masă zâmbind și cu energie pentru întreaga zi — ceea ce, recunoașteți, nu este puțin lucru! Curățenia — impecabilă, fără compromisuri. Fiecare colț al locației emana ordine și prospețime. Se simte imediat că standardele de igienă nu sunt tratate cu superficialitate, ci cu adevărată seriozitate. Un detaliu care face toată diferența atunci când vrei să te relaxezi cu adevărat. Personalul — sufletul întregii experiențe. Atent, amabil și mereu prezent fără a fi intruziv, echipa a reușit acel echilibru perfect între profesionalism și căldură umană. Fiecare solicitare a fost tratată cu promptitudine și zâmbet sincer. Cu drag recomand această locație oricui caută calitate, confort și o experiență fără cusur. Cu siguranță ne vom întoarce!

The door to the bathroom and toilet is not a full door. There is an opening in the bottom. This is not shown in the photographs of the hotel or noted in any description.

• Inna (3/5): Пора делать ремонт в номерах или хотя бы провести генеральную уборку. - Отличное расположение: рядом и остановка автобусов, трамвая... В пешей доступности есть магазинчики, в том числе круглосуточные. В соседнем здании есть прачечная самообслуживания (идеальное место, чтобы освежить свои вещи). Учтите, рядом с отелем есть мечеть, каждое утром на всю округу звучит классиический призыв к молитве, который слышно даже при закрытых окнах. Если у вас чуткий сон, будете просыпаться под призыв как под будильник. Ужасный завтрак. Таких бедных завтраков я еще нигде не встечала. Начнем с того, что завтра проходит в лобби отеля - какой-то проходной двор. Тут и люди с чемоданами сидят и продукты стоят, уличные коты нагло бегают по диванам и столам. В 07.00 персонал еще не готов встечать постояльцев отделе на завтраке, информационные таблички с названием блюд появляются не раньше 07.30-08.00. Горячее молоко приносят не раньше 08.00. Скрембл то и дела подают сырым... Сосиски, ветчина химозные. Сыры безвкусные. Кофе и чай - подкрашенная вода. Персонал отеля со столов грязную посуду не убирает, хотя в зале стоит несколько человек в форме и просто болтают между собой. Если вы придете на завтрак ближе к 10.00, придется самостоятельно убрать со стола за предыдущими постояльцами. Такое ощущение, что отель особо и не ждет, чтобы кто-то приходил на завтрак... Номер большой, но в таком ужасном состоянии... Ламинат весь протерся, окна грязные, ручки окон сломаны, диван весь в пятнах (на него было страшно смотреть), сломанная мебель, вываливающиеся розетки, грязные полотенца, лейка тропического душа сломана. Холодильник в номере не работает. Вызывала мастера для починки, но ничего сделать не смогли, мол в нем и не должно быть холода, это просто шкаф для хранения... бред полный. Всего 2 плечика в номере - смешно... Халатов нет, тапочки самые дешевые, носить на босу ногу неприятно. Никаких гигиенических комплектов нет (все берите с собой). Чай, кофе, что были в номере - мусор, даже есил заварить сразу 4 пакетика чая, все равно на вкус этот напиток будет как простая вода. Даже аромата нет. С кофе то же проблема. Мало того, что отель предлагает постояльцам самые дешевые чай и кофе, так еще и не восполняют пакетики (экономят). Сама подставка в которой хранятся пакети с чаем и кофе грязная. Тюль весь в пятнах (видимо стирать такие вещи в Турции не принято). Дверь в ванную комнату не закрываются до конца.
