• Yani (6/5): Short gateway - Environment & room was pleasant and feel fresh. Been there few times .. I think it’s time to jazz up the breakfast spread. And few staffs were having their breakfast too, don’t think it look professional. One of them pick the food using bare hands a piece of pastry and gobble it down.

• Ahmad (7/5): All in all, it does the job. - The complimentary hourly shuttle service to Mid Valley Southkey, available upon request, was a very convenient and appreciated perk. The parking area also well lit and the outlook of the hotel looked great. Certain parts of the room could have been better maintained. For example, the TV remote was missing its back cover, the toilet blinds tended to get stuck, and the room door lock was loose. There was also some mold visible in the bathroom grout. In addition, the TV had very limited channel options and was not a smart TV, which slightly affected the overall experience.

• AQHS (9/5): Breakfast - keep up the quality. selection and service. On-site charging facility is a plus. thanks - well kept hotel. Showing signs of wear & tear. Do see how the rooms can continue to keep the standards even with small touch ups. It does make a lot of difference. Not much to highlight, only request is to check that fixtures, furniture, beddings in the room are in good. clean and working condition.

• Yasmeen (9/5): Our new go-to hotel in JB - The breakfast at Opero had a wide variety of cuisines from malay to india dishes. We stayed there for two days and they had a few rotational menu. I really enjoyed the fried chicken that came with the nasi lemak and the pancakes. The hotel was really calming, with staffs being very friendly. Location is within walking distance to Midvalley Southkey Mall. There are nearby shops like kedai mamak. We tried their ala carte menu for dinner and the food was really pleasing. They provided us with a welcome cake for my dad's birthday, which we really appreciated. One of go to hotels from now on when we visit JB. One of the twin rooms had a stench in the bathroom, was not sure if it was coming from the WC or gutter and the AC was quite hot. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to other people to stay here. I really enjoyed my time here.

Since so close to should run more of get large ubers when full . it’s your best selling point . after 2 days we moved to hotel in midvlley sc . missed your food but happy with location as your shuttle bus was always full. i suggest if it’s burden to run more can charge two m get per ride .

• AQHS (9/5): - our first time staying and really love everything about it. Anastasia (hope I got her name right) at the front office helped settle us in, a total breeze. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous, spread was wide, not huge which was great, just right. Chef who cooked us the omelette was excellent! one of the best I've tasted! Bravo! and mercí. At breakfast, it would be good if guests get to be seated (if that's possible although we can see staffing is a challenge) as opposed to finding their own way and very important for many people, is clean tables :) We hope you continue to keep doing the simple things well. No need to be fancy or elaborate.

Loved the buffet spread!! The flush on the toilet did not work on our last day and there was leaking at the bottom of the sink

• Wan Jin (9/5): Thank you for making me feel privileged while traveling for work. - At a really quiet area but close to the city centre. Very suitable for a short stay for work. Room is slightly smaller than expected but if it’s for work it’s good enough.

The shower area should have a hand held shower tap coz not everyone like the rain shower. Plus since there is no hand held shower, it affect the water flow into the hole. 3. The aircon - we have 2 rooms...both are not functioning well. one take time to cool the room and the other are erratic. 4. The breakfast seating arrangement need to be redesign. Too cramped and back to back hotel guest could not move. This create unnecessary tension especially when the other choose not to move.

• Sabrina (8/5): Comfortable stay at a great value which is 5 min walk away from Mid Valley. Will visit again! - Excellent breakfast, loved the fresh thosai. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location is pretty good, 5mins walk to Mid Valley Shopping Mall (although u do have to cut thru the mall's carpark) - recommended for those who are okay to walk with their shopping haul. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus service that is once every hour but with very limited slots (better to just walk really). Check in was pretty late, i waited till 7pm. Understand that it was the weekend and the school holidays, but i think this could definitely be improved. What was good is that they were able to inform me that the room was ready through whatsapp.
