Guest Reviews
- John (10/5): - The room and building were as advertised and its location was perfect with all amenities within a short walk. Subway station basically out the front door in on the main N/S line on Manhattans east side. Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.
- Albert (10/5): - Friendly staff and quiet cozy feel of unit.
- Dylan (6/5): - Decent
- Veronica (10/5): - Other guests are correct, this place was clean and a great option for the money. Clean firm beds, clean bathroom, I was really happy. We had two bedrooms, one with two windows facing the street. The shades aren’t black-out shades so bring an eye mask and ear buds if you want to try to sleep later. We just slept in the second bedroom which was nice and dark.
- Aimee (8/5): - Loved my stay here! She was very quick to answer any questions I had, very comfty & homey feel to it. I just didn’t like that you didn’t have a place to leave your bags if you had a later flight! So keep that in mind!
- sibyl (2/5): Managers don't check messages--almost locked out - I twice emailed the property to say I did not have a way to text them but would arrive at a specific time--but when I arrived the door was locked and no one waiting for me. A person in the cafe nextdoor contacted someone for me.Then when I returned to my unit that night the door would not open.Three other guests at hotel also tried the lock and were unable to open door. They texted property manager and also left a phone message for manager but NO ONE RESPONDED until 3 pm the next afternoon. Luckily I was finally able to jiggle the lock until it opened but as far as property manager knew I was locked out all night. Clearly managers do not regularly check messages. I feel like hotel should refund me for at least the night that as far as managers knew I was locked out.
- Damaris (10/5): - An important aspect that the apartment fully checked was the cleanliness: it was way better than what you usually get for a 3-star hotel - of the same price or more expensive - in the USA (from my personal experience). The apartment’s price was rather affordable for 5 days. In case the host’s time isn’t flexible, keep in mind that you must check-in at 2pm and check-out in the morning of your last visit day, at 10am - just a “fyi” in case you only leave Manhattan in the evening, so you’re prepared to walk around the city with your carry-on (or to reserve a spot to store your luggage somewhere else, since this location does not provide such services) prior to departure. Even though the apartment is located uptown, having the subway so close makes traveling to the tourist attractions downtown be a total breeze. During my stay, at the beginning of September, the area around the property was pretty quiet.
- Ronald (6/5): - APT was clean and had all amenities for kitchen, except can opener, and like everyone else stated the back bedroom mattress is basically a piece of plywood - stiff and hard to sleep on. Also, the back bedroom window LG AC is loud. Other things – the kitchen breaker keeps tripping and they need a bigger kitchen waste basket. Note that this is really not a hotel - there is no front desk. It can be challenge to reach the property manager. The surrounding area is Harlem. The subway #6 is 50 feet away so that was good. Finally, they request you checkout by 10:00 AM on check out day.
- Catherine (2/5): - The hotel gives the impression of their cleanliness, but during my stay I encountered an infestation of flies and ants. During the hottest days in June 2025, the hotel supplied 1 towel for my guest and myself to use for an 8 day stay, no extra bed linen, and when I requested additional essentials, my calls were ignored. I subsequently contacted Expedia and advised them of the nest of ants that invaded the health of my guest. That same blue sofa in the photo to be exact, was covered with ants when my guest went to turn off the ac. They were bitten multiple times and after 3 days, we cancelled, the ant incident being the third day. I submitted a video of the ants on the sofa to Expedia as well as to the hotel, providing proof of my early departure. I requested a full refund and the hotel asked to not be contacted further. After several days, Expedia contacted me stating that the hotel denied the presence of ants and currently a full refund remains pending.
Worst Vacation EVER!! Do Not spend your money here and bypass this dump.
- Ellie (10/5): - Clean, well lit, air conditioned.
- Carlos (8/5): - Very nice hostess, great place. Not 5 stars because bed and mattress were bad and no luggage table/ rack
- Verified traveler (4/5): 4 night stay - I was very disappointed with this booking. I was charged $200 extra after booking because there was four guests and not two. The check in process was not efficient. I was asked to pick an exact check in time at booking between 2 and 5. This was not held by the staff upon arrival. Phone calls and text messages were left unanswered while we waited outside of the property for 45 minutes. All beds were extremely hard and noisy. They creaked with every body movement. The bedroom furniture was poor quality with drawers that fell apart immediately after opening. The bathroom ceiling was dripping right above the toilet. I would also recommend darkening shades for the larger bedroom because all that was provided were sheer curtains. I believe the price does not fit the room and accommodations. I would not stay here again.
- Tami (8/5): - This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes!
Here's the reason I can't give it five stars despite the fact that I would like to. There are a few tiny things that are part of living in the city. Pee in the hallway -but the apartment itself is sparkling clean. The curtains don't completely fit the windows and block out the light. The first stairwell was restored to have kind of a scary turn in it. So if you're not young and spry, and we aren't, this might be a hard one for you. But the thing that got me was that there is one mattress set between two beds. One bed has the mattress. One bed has the box springs. I slept on nothing but box springs. I would rather have a sleeping bag on the floor, and considered ubering to Walmart to get one!. If I ever want to revisit New York, I may get in touch and find out if this situation has been rectified and rent the place again and be very very happy! But I am sore and tired from sleeping on only box springs! Everything else was so thoughtful. Why cheap out like that?
- Brandy (10/5): Sweet little stay - Great little apartment right on the subway stop. Super clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again
- Avery (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. The owners should make sure workers who are coming to do work know that guests are still sleeping and it is inappropriate to barge into our hotel without notice. Otherwise, I would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not quite what we thought - Property was fairly clean but there was a cockroach in the tub. The beds were full size (difficult to fit two adults) and rock hard. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low - difficult to feel clean and rinsed. Neighborhood was diverse but sometimes edgy. Check in was nice but we got lucky being able to enter with another tenant without waiting like others said they had. Property was overpriced based on deals being offered in midtown for example as the date approached (but ours was paid in full and non refundable). The beds were full size and we could have gotten a hotel with two queens for much less. The room did NOT match the photos! We thought we were getting a much better place than we got while paying a bit more. However, that was not the case.
- James (6/5): - 6.5 out of 10. You get what you pay for.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Holiday season by Central Park North - Location was great.
We felt secure.
However there were not a lot of the amenities one would get from a standard hotel which would have been more expensive.
Overall, a good value for the location.
- Miguel (10/5): - The place was clean, comfortable and the Café next door was very friendly to us!!
- Meghna (10/5): - While you chose this property, please be noted that this is a cute 2 bedroom apartment, apt for a family, and not a hotel. Be patient while putting up requests/ expecting responses. The property is very clean and comes equipped with all basic necessities. Best thing is the property is only a minute’s walk from the nearest subway. The area around also has a grocery store, a cafe in its vicinity
- Kathryn (4/5): Avoid. It’s not a hotel. It’s basic as can be - This is NOT a hotel. There are no facilities to get drinks or food in the building. The apartment is accessed via a long corridor and up one flight stairs. Once inside it’s very basic. It did appear that it had been cleaned but still rubbish down the side of the cooker. Check the book in times as there is a late fee after 5pm which is unheard of for any hotel. The latest check in is 7pm and that’s final according to the hotel. We could have made it by 715 but due to the curt response on arrivals after 7 pm we couldn’t chance it and ended up paying another hotel for one night. We were then told that the guy that let us in was there until 730. This is New York. Arriving through the city want an option just to see if we’d be lucky to be allowed access. The nearest subway station is pretty scary and drunks loiter around. There are no other hotels around and only a store with bars at the counter close by that’s open in evenings. There is nothing welcoming about the place at all. There were three of us travelling if I had gone with girlfriends we wouldn’t have felt safe to even get in the building at night.
- saurabh (10/5): - Great value
- Fredricka (10/5): - The property was secure and clean as well as close to transportation options. Good price for the accommodations.
- Lexie (6/5): - We stayed 7 nights and one small tea towel was inadequate. There was a rat in the kitchen one night.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Clean but hard to sleep and inflexible check-in - Read all the rules before booking. My train was coming in after 7pm so they told me I had to pay $100 for someone to meet me and give me the key after their regular check-in hours. I told them I wanted to cancel within 2 hours of my booking and they did not allow this. When I arrived 1 hour late because the train was delayed, they charged me $50 more dollars.
The bed in the main bedroom was rock hard, so I slept in the smaller bedroom. This bed squeezed very loudly. The walls are paper thin, so I heard every step my neighbor took until after midnight on most nights.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Host took forever to let us check in even though they confirmed an early check in time , was unresponsive with calls and messages day of check in. ALSO. refused to provide extra towels for a week stay with two people !
- Lorena (10/5): - I stayed with my husband for a week, I loved it, the apartment is very comfortable and above all quiet and silent, we rested very well, very good location, it is steps away from the metro station and buses, of course I would stay here again.
- Nikhil (10/5): - This is a small apartment in New York City. Very clean. Best part is that it is very near the 6 Subway station, which basically can take you to most of the common tourist spots.
- Jaidyn (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay
- Scott (8/5): - Check in & out requirements were quite strict but the rooms and kitchen were clean with nice air conditioning included.
- John (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Tamara (10/5): - We LOVED staying at the 110th Boutique Hotel and look forward to staying there again in the future! It was very clean, secure, and quiet! We enjoyed the neighborhood including the great food and dining options just steps away in every direction! Thank You, Ninoska and Rafael, for providing us with FIVE-STAR service!!!!!
- Abigail (10/5): - Great position for walking to museums and right by the subway on route 6.
Plenty of places to eat out and a grocery store right by.
- Niki (6/5): - Nice but little scared at night
- Kevin (8/5): - It was a very nice room and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
- Marian (10/5): Great place - The room was very nice and very clean. It was specious with a nice kitchen area and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.
- Kari (10/5): - Great location near the subway and Central Park. Much more spacious in real life than what it seemed to be in the pictures. The host was professional and helpful.
- Daniel (10/5): - Good place to stay in, very comfortable.
- Brooke (10/5): - Nice and quiet. Would stay again
- GUILLAUME (2/5): - Roaches !
The exterminator came but there many running in the kitchen
- Franklin (8/5): - Overall a great stay with no issues. The property owners were very friendly and very accommodating.
The “noisy” complaint really is just the heater pipes wiggling a bit that causes some noise but overall a good experience.
- 150drewp (2/5): Absolutely awful customer service - Shortly after booking, I received a message that checking was only availably after 5 for a 75 dollar fee, and after 7 no check in at all was possible. When I called the hotel they answered that my options were to rebook an earlier flight or spend the first night of my trip elsewhere, and they refused to refund the cost of my stay, I ended up having to go through the credit card company to get the cost of my stay returned.
- Ivon (8/5): - Everything was nice just the communication with the booker was terrible I try to let them know that by mistake I booked 2 rooms and they never got back to me anyways I felt in love with New York
- John (8/5): - There was a loud party on Friday in the building, but it broke up pretty early, like 9ish.
- Andrea (6/5): - We would definitely recommend this property, it had a few things we did not like but overall we were happy with place. Few comments
Room was very cozy, warm and made us feel comfortable. It was also very clean and we really appreciated that. The response was good always got back to me and was clear about check in policy. The check in policy is a downside but it worked out for our flights so I cannot complain. There were small things I think they could do to enhance room. They had no shelving or tables for things in main space or bathroom. Every door should have command hooks for coats and sweaters, towels, there is no where to hang anything. A small table near couch would have been nice. we had to use the dining table for our things and it just made it cluttered. There was also a dog that was crying/barking all Saturday am it started early and didn’t stop we left apt about noon. This is not fault of the owners but this did affect our stay. They also only provide one small towel per guest we stayed 3 nights & 4 days and 2 towels would have been nice and also extra hand towels in bathroom and kitchen area.
The coffee shop below was very nice except it wasn’t open on Sunday which was a bummer.
Location was ok. It was a huge bonus to be near the 6 train but area did not feel so safe. We would not walk in dark and some trains got off at station 12 minute walk away not at one outside apt
Overall we would recommend! It was a nice place
- Danielle (6/5): - The property is a leading misleading stating it’s in Manhattan I. The description. when it’s actually located in E Harlem. It did not have enough supplies stocked (paper towels) and no wash clothes. I will not stay there for future trips
- Verified traveler (8/5): Location! Location! Location! - This one is a tough one for me to rate because everything fantastic about it has to do with the location of the space, not the space itself. Location: perfect coffee shop at the base of the stairs, the 6 line is at the corner, the park is a hop away, pharmacies, bodegas and dispensaries are all in your block. Fresh produce and markets, anything you could need. And the neighbors!! If you want to feel like a New Yorker this is your spot. Everyone was helpful, friendly, funny and kind.
The apartment itself…the grout was coming out of the floor and sticking to our feet. Floors seem to be cleaned with a Swiffer Wet Jet and not an actual mop. The cheap light over the kitchen table screams constantly, we had to keep it off. Heat is not controllable and it is sweltering. We had to open windows and sleep with the AC on in December. The beds are ROCK hard, as is the old sofa so there is no soft space in the building. There were ample pillows though, I had to sleep with one under my hip. We got so little sleep on the 3rd night I got up with a swollen black eye, I’ve never had that happen before. Bathroom is small but there’s a tub and the water gets hot. Only thin sandpaper toilet paper, so bring your own roll if you are sensitive. The space is good for 2 couples, though the second room had a slanted floor so bad the luggage kept rolling. There’s a coffee pot from the 80s if you’re willing to go buy filters and everything else, nothing extra not even a K-Cup. Take out your own trash.
- Kerry N (6/5): - Not a hotel.
Whoa. Eyes wide open here. Huge problem with check in. Only 3 hour window to check in. And must make an appointment! Then poor responsiveness on text. Huge inconvenience.
THE GOOD:
New fridge, stove, cabinets
Cute & clean
Tall ceiling
Subway mere feet away
THE BAD
Very sketchy immediate neighborhood at night
Steepest stairs I've ever seen
Electrical - no way to plug in bedside lamps, problems with kitchen GFI
TV bad reception periodically
No hair dryer
THE UGLY
Check in - we had to add extra day of travel plus a stay at a different hotel so we could check in with this "hotel's" check-in window, zero text response, forced to make appointment to check-in, host was 30 min late to appointment, kept another party waiting, too
- Mercedes (8/5): - Easy access to subway.. love the coffee shop that's right under.
- Vicki (10/5): - Clean. Got hot sometimes but nothing opening a window didn’t solve. Very handy to Subway & coffee shop
- Linda (10/5): - The property was perfect for our group and so close to the subway. Was a great place to stay!
- Jonathan (10/5): - We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was basic but had everything that we needed and was clean and well kept. Proximity to a subway station makes getting around the city extremely easy and local amenities and services are excellent.
- Maria Elena (8/5): - Our stay was short but the place was great! The bakery on the first floor Pabare was AMAZING as well. I wish they would have provided more towels. Overall I recommend the place.
- Raul (10/5): Excellent hotel for the price. - The hosts were excellent and I loved the location. The hosts were excellent and helpful.
- Sarai (10/5): - This place exceeded our expectations! It made our trip to New York much more cozy and made us feel at home. Very Chic and spacious, has everything you could possibly need. Only thing to keep in mind with booking is to fly in on time since they don’t take anyone in after 7. We did have to change our flight for this reason but there were no issues. Owners are very nice and thorough. My friend and I want to do yearly trips to New York and we would totally come back here!
- vasvi (2/5): - Where to begin. They were so strict about when you can check in (only between 3-5pm, $75 late fee from 5-7pm, no check in AT ALL past 7pm), but when we arrived at 4pm, the lady could not find our reservation and could not speak English very well. The apartment was run down and poorly taken care of. The TVs didn’t work, we had to buy our own batteries for the remotes. The owners were not responsive when we tried to contact them. Would never stay there again, and would caution others to.
- Daniel (2/5): - I made the mistake of booking here before I read the reviews. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I respect the lady that runs the property. I could tell she does her best. But goddamn. I had the most uncomfortable experience sleeping on the bed. The bed is a literal box for under the mattress. I would sit on the wooden corner and the bed would be as hard as that wooden corner.
I had to pay $1000 and book somewhere else after the first night.
She doesn’t allow guests which is insane.
Neighborhood was okay.
But after this experience I’m only going to book hotels. Jesus Christ.
- Ramsey (8/5): - This place makes for a great stay in East Harlem. The suites themselves are sizable and clean and the building was kept that way too. It’s location right on 110th and Lexington means the subway is just a minutes walk out the building door so you’ve got most of New York a public transit away.
- Evan (6/5): - an overall meh experience. when you first get to your room after traveling for hours, you just wanna relax. unfortunately had maintenance come right when i got there to work on the fire alarms and smoke detectors right after i checked in. they were there for an hour.
- Wendy (8/5): - Nice property! Very convenient to subway and excellent coffee shop right next door. Could have used Kleenex and more bath soap. Communication very good.
- Arianna (10/5): - La propiedad estaba en buenas condiciones la señora que nos entrego las llaves muy servicial muy buena persona la zona era la que estaba mas omenos pero los dias que estuve todo estuvo bien
- Andrew (10/5): - A gem! Lovely neighborhood with an excellent Mexican bakery nearby. We ate pan in Central Park every morning and look forward to coming back.
- José (8/5): - Good location
- Mark (10/5): - Great location if you are visiting NY for a few days. Subway very close by and the grocery stores have what you need. Our hosts communication was excellent and were very pleasant and helpful when we met.
The apartment was nice and catered to what we needed.
- Noelle (10/5): - It was a great space for 4 people. I did enjoy my time here. I would return
- Brian (4/5): - We were attracted to this property because the price. Everything in NYC is so expensive. No knowing well the city even thou is listed as a located in Manhattan area once there we find out we were in Harlem.
The property is clean but very basic and modestly furnished. They lack to provided with extra hand towels and a box of tissues. A hand rail in the shower will be helpful. We were there for 4 days and just used it to sleep and shower.
- Robert (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - Room was as advertised. Very convenient to subway and plenty of shops nearby, plus some good resturants a few blocks walk. Communication was good, my only negative is the limited check-in window of 2P to 5P. Knowing we landed at 4, I figured we'd have enough time to get there but did not anticipate NYC traffic. We were 30 minutes late and it cost us $75. Would book again only if I knew I can make the check in window. Also, no toiletries in the bathroom but that was an easy trip to CVS.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic accommodation - not a hotel - This isn't a hotel, more like a guest house with a very limited check-in time (2-5pm). The building was older with no central air but window units which were very loud. The apartment we were in had two bedrooms. The larger of the 2 rooms had the hardest mattress we've ever experienced, to the point we could not sleep on it. There was a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs and I had to clean up some hairs from the floor of the bathroom when we first arrived. Very close to the subway and Central Park.
- Carlos (10/5): - For a NY visit is a terrific and economic option, subway just steps away, groceries near by and a couple of blocks from central park. The place is well equipped, clean and comfortable.
We had neighboring noise for the first couple of days, probably from an AC or laundry machine, manageable.
- RUIFENG (8/5): - Definitely worth the money! So great to have a home like experience with a kitchen in Manhattan. Feels a little bit unsafe being surrounded by a community that is messy and dirty. And the aricon makes so much noise and definitely needs a replacement.
- Albert (10/5): Harlem Gem - Very clean and well kept property. Units are New York spacious. Kitchen is full stocked with cutlery and appliances for complete family meals. conveniently located near Central Park and transit system.
- Drew (4/5): - My wife and I recently stayed at this property for 5 nights and I would not recommend it. First issue is their cancellation policy is terrible. After booking I requested to make a change and shorten my stay by 2 days but they would not allow me to make any adjustments even with our trip being 4 months away. This is also not a hotel. These are apartments in an apartment building. The room is as described but ill equipped. We were provided two towels for our entire stay. There are no wash clothes, no hair dryer, and the air conditioning is a window unit that rattles so loud it makes it difficult to sleep. The windows at the rear open to the apartment complex courtyard with the trash and recycling. When someone uses this area the flood lights come on and shine in through the windows which only have white curtains and do not block out the light.
- Stephen (8/5): - It was a fine place to stay. I would stay there again. Very reasonably priced.
- BLAISE (10/5): Nice apartment - The place had a kitchen! Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Living like a New Yorker. Walk to subway 110th Street 6 train in 30 seconds. Small delis on the corner for food. Central park is a 5 minute walk. Mt. Sinai is about a 10 minute walk. Clan and cozy.
- Danish (8/5): Nice bang for your buck - Great clean apartment for someone just looking for a place to sleep and rest up. Very conveniently located next to the subway.
The only complaint I had was that there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke that I couldn’t tell where it was coming from.
The greatest part was the bathroom as the shower/tub was big and super clean and the water pressure was excellent.
- Rebecca (8/5): - This property was stunning on the inside and matched the pictures perfectly. However, the outside of the building was a little dirty and hard to find (poor labelling) and the owners didn’t come in to check if we needed more towels/toiletries throughout our 4-night stay. They were lovely people otherwise. Overall, this place is a good place to stay if you’re on a really tight budget. If not, there may be some other places closer to the centre of Manhattan!
- Tia (10/5): - Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this property, great location and lovely apartment.
- Hannah (10/5): - Great find. Basic accommodation but it was perfect for what we needed. It was located right next to the subway, really handy!
It was also next to a fantastic little bakery, the coffee was amazing.
The property was clean and quiet, only downside was the hot pipes that were in the room for the water made the room very hot and the air con was noisy. The WiFi was great and staff friendly.
Would return and definitely recommend. We spent 4 nights and it was great for a quick city break.
- Imani Nia (8/5): - It was an alright stay. I loved the location, it’s right next to the subway and we could get to pretty much everywhere from there. It’s not a typical hotel, it’s more like just a place to wash up, sleep, and head out to explore. The beds were VERY hard, it was almost like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. And don’t expect much of entertainment when it comes to this place, the channels available were limited unless you had a netflix account.
Overall, it was good for what it was! A place to sleep at so I would have less travel time into the city to explore. 6/10.
- Marsha (4/5): Misrepresented - This property is located in a neighborhood that is totally unsuitable. "Project" housing is located across the street from this hotel.
- Christopher (10/5): - Steps from the 6 train. Nice apartment.
- Omar (10/5): Great stay in East Harlem - Every part of our stay was great. The place was very clean, and the beds were both comfortable (the firmer bed in the bigger bedroom was great for my wife’s back). Location is convenient, particularly if you intend to spend time in Manhattan. Less than 100 feet away, there’s a subway entrance to the 6 train that runs from the Bronx in the north to the Brooklyn bridge in the south. There are plenty of dining options surrounding the area, and there’s a fairly large grocery store a few hundred feet away. Our unit was quiet, aside from the normal sounds of NYC (sporadic horns honking, intermittent trains passing, etc). Our hosts were communicative and nice. I highly recommend this place.
- Sadiq (10/5): - It is good and I recommend it to everyone who visits Mount Sinai Hospital
- Amanda (6/5): - Our first room had a strong smell of acetate which we think was from the nail salon directly below. The owner quickly rectified this and offered us another room which we were thankful for. The second room was as expected and as shown in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the apartment on the whole was clean (the common areas were not clean). As it was winter the heating was on, it's an old system, and although warm there was no way to turn it down, so it got very hot. The pipes intermittently banged which disturbed sleep, we got used to it after a couple of nights but it was loud. We were travelling with friends whose room was equally as expected however their beds had a very thin mattress and were uncomfortable to sleep on. The apartment is located next to the subway which is extremely handy especially as we were a little nervous moving about the neighbourhood. At night-time the streets are lively; expect loud music to be playing from cars parked on the street below and people shouting. I wouldn't say we felt unsafe just a little anxious at times but I put this down to a new experience where we needed to be alert to the surroundings. Communication prior to arrival could have been better, I reached out several times to advise our arrival time with no response. The terms are no late arrivals after 4pm otherwise a $70 fee (Cash). This is very steep, particularly as they charged us $70 for each apartment! Overall - price is on point, but maybe the wrong area for us.
- Shanaaz (8/5): - Excellent value. Close to amenities and transportation. Felt safe.
- Wiktoria (10/5): - It was very convenient and close to the subway. The room was rather spacious!
- Thomas (8/5): - Clean and comfortable. No problems at this hotel.
- Rungruangkonkit (4/5): - Very limited key pick up time. 2 bedroom which one bedroom is noisy by the street, the other is noisy from old water pipe that sounds like someone bangs on metal intermittently all night.
- Lidia (10/5): - this property was perfect for our stay, near for all the area I love in NY, to have a station to go anywhere is a plus.
