Massages and other amenities are understandable, but is there an extra charge for the pool? This is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel.

Part of the payment was made in cash, and one booking was made through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be very dirty, with unpleasant odors and cracked walls. The conditions were completely unacceptable. More than 4 people requested to leave immediately, but the hotel refused. We had also tried to cancel the reservation through Booking one day before arrival, but this was denied, with no refund offered. Even worse, guests who left immediately upon arrival were still asked to pay. To this day, the hotel continues to demand additional payments, even though several rooms were never used. - lastrie (4/5): Improve on the necessity - Must have a lot of iron. I had to share and waited the whole night for that iron! And when i didn’t get them, they dont have alternatives to assist us Iron, and our queen bed was joint with 2 single beds. Very uncomfortable.

Because another owner was a fraud and we couldn't stay in that house, we booked this hotel and went there. Everything was normal until the day we left this hotel. They wanted to lie to us for a broken table glass and said that we did it. When I was talking to them, they didn't answer me in the middle of that discussion. I think they realized they couldn't extort money from me.

La camera è molto bella e funzionale, pulita,, tutto al proprio posto İn annuncio dicono di avere letti matrimoniali, ma tutte le camere hanno letti singoli che vengo uniti all'occorrenza. The price is reasonable, many shops near the hotel. Receptionists are very helpful as well. - Edanur (1/5): ACHTUNG ACHTUNG! Istanbul-Reisende: Unser 4-Sterne-Hotel war ein kompletter Albtraum – wir warnen euch! - Wir haben das Hotel für 15 Nächte gebucht, und es war ein absoluter Horror. Mein Mann und ich fliegen öfter in die Türkei in verschiedene Städte, und zwei Jahre vorher waren wir im Istanbul Rox Hotel, das war deutlich besser. Unser zweiter Istanbul-Besuch sollte dieses Hotel sein, und ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Erstens, die Lage ist gar nichts für Touristen, und das Hotel sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Man kann es kein HOTEL nennen, eher Hostel oder Pension. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption am Anfang waren so unhöflich, weder gelächelt noch Augenkontakt gehalten, richtig arrogant. Beim Auschecken haben wir gesagt: „Hallo, wir würden gerne auschecken.“ Er meinte nur: „Ja, die Zimmerkarte.“ Wir haben sie ihm gegeben und „Tschüss“ gesagt. Er hat auch nur „Tschüss“ gesagt – kein Blickkontakt, kein Lächeln, kein „Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt“, nichts. Normalerweise sagt man in jedem Hotel: „Wir hoffen, Sie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt“, aber hier: gar nichts. Ich war schockiert. Für mich war das kein Hotel, schon gar nicht ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, nicht mal 3 Sterne hätte es verdient. Die Sauberkeit war einfach schlimm. Wir bekamen zuerst das Zimmer 3011. Mir ist etwas aus meiner Tasche gefallen, ich wollte es mit der Lampe suchen, und da lag einfach noch unter dem Bett Staub und eine Haselnuss von vorherigen Kunden, wahrscheinlich. Ich war schockiert, auf den Laken waren Flecken, auf den Handtüchern auch, die Matratze komplett fleckig, und der wasserfeste Matratzenschutz aus Nylon war an einer Ecke kaputt sodass wir das selbst an dem Bett Halter gebunden haben damit es nicht unter uns verrutscht ständig. Die Tür war locker, der Lack an den Seiten beschädigt, man sah das Holz innen, man konnte alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, und unten war ein Schlitz, vermutlich wurde schon versucht, die Tür aufzubrechen. Mein Mann und ich sind runtergegangen und haben es gemeldet.

- Abdul (8/5): - Я выбрал этот отель, потому что он был рядом с больницей, где я проходил лечение. Расположение хорошее: до аэропорта около получаса, рядом находится торговый центр. Там также можно обменять валюту и купить продукты. Шум от машин на улице был раздражающим. Окна были хорошо закрыты, но звуки всё равно были слышны и мешали.

- Diren (1/5): - Leider nichts erwähnenswertes. Leider war dieser Aufenthalt einer der schlechtesten, die ich je in Istanbul hatte. Bei unserer Anreise am Sonntag fehlten im Zimmer grundlegende Dinge wie Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Trinkwasser. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurden diese nur dann gebracht, wenn wir jedes Mal persönlich an der Rezeption erschienen – und das täglich. Am Dienstag wurde im Flur ein chemisches Mittel versprüht, dessen starker Geruch bis in unser Zimmer zog. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Als Lösung wurde uns vom Personal vorgeschlagen, die Zimmertür offen zu lassen, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Zusätzlich war die Ausstattung des Zimmers in schlechtem Zustand: Die Gardine war zerrissen, der Toilettendeckel defekt und auch die Duschvorrichtung kaputt. Die Wände sind extrem dünn, sodass man jedes Wort aus den Nachbarzimmern hört. Seit Sonntag hatten wir daher kaum erholsamen Schlaf. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte ebenfalls nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Insgesamt entsprach dieser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Dies war definitiv unser erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
