• Marijana (8/5): Location is perfect, room was spacious, it was clean. - Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. It is difficult to take a shower in the tub. Coffee machine doesn’t work, also we had a terace but we couldn’t sit there because there were no cushions, i contacted the property but they didn’t answer.

• Antonio Amato , Olga pelle (6/5): The location is nice but there are many things in the apartment that need to be fixed to make the guests more comfortab - Location is very nice Customer service is poor , the person answering calls doesn’t seem helpful and ready to assist in minor requests. Ac was not working, kettle wasn’t present in the apartment, pillows were very poor quality and only 2 , safety box wasn’t working, toilet flash wasn’t operating properly. We have asked to send someone to check on these issues and no one came . Seems like management of the property doesn’t care if guests are ok or not . I felt disappointed that my requests were ignored .

• Yolanda (6/5): Noisy! Beware light sleepers (lack of communication) - The room was spacious (for European standards) and very clean. The location is excellent So noisy! THE SOUND ISOLATION IS TERRIBLE. In the morning you can hear the garbage truck as if it was inside the bedroom as well as hearing all other guests coming in and out of the other rooms. Be aware the there is little to zero communication with the people that rent the place, so when you need a clothing iron or WiFi information you can wait ages for their response. The online key doesnt work! So I had to stay under the rain until they sent me a code to open the door. All in all, not what I expected for what I paid

The roof was leaking in one of the rooms and nobody cared to check why, we had to sleep on the floor in the first room the last night. The hotel owner stopped responding and did not care to give is any compensation. Also: Very loud streets could hear garbage trucks all night. • Maria Elena (8/5): Splendido soggiorno nel cuore di roma - Palazzo signorile situato in una posizione centralissima che consente di muoversi a piedi per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, bagno ampio e luminoso. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. È sicuramente un Plus la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima/dopo il check out. Host poco responsive.

Io ho prenotato la mansarda, la stanza era pulita e dotata di mini frigo e vasca idromassaggio funzionante. L’unica pecca è stato il divanetto sul balconcino completamente privo dei cuscini e quindi praticamente inutilizzabile per sedersi. Capisco toglierli per evitare di farli sporcare però sarebbe stato apprezzato trovarli almeno all’interno della stanza per poterne usufruire.

• Mylto (8/5): Good - The location is perfect - the flat is located within walking distance from a metro station, nice restaurants, popular landmarks and lots of shops. The flat itself was very clean, and the instructions from the staff were very clear and concise. It was very easy to check in/out and collect our keys with no hustle. Staff were also able to accommodate our needs when we asked them for spare items such as pillows. The room is in the basement (flat: Primula) which is clearly communicated during the booking proceess, however the windows cannot be fully opened for fresh air therefore it does tend to feel a bit "stuffy". However, if you are not after a very luxury flat with nice views directly from your window, and you only need a clean flat at a very convenient location just to sleep and have a shower during your short stay, then this flat is ideal.

La camera era molto bella e la posizione è davvero perfetta: praticamente a due passi da via del Corso e vicinissima a tutti i principali punti di interesse di Roma, comodissima soprattutto se si viaggia senza macchina. La vasca idromassaggio in camera è stata una sorpresa pazzesca e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Inoltre ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nel deposito sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, davvero comodo. Consigliatissimo! Non ha avuto nessun difetto, ci tornerò sicuramente

Eccellente la possibilità di deposito bagagli e disponibilità di un servizio igienico che mi ha permesso di rinfrescarmi prima della partenza. Mi avrebbe fatto piacere trovare delle bottiglie d'acqua in camera ed il piumone che era riposto in armadio aveva delle brutte macchie gialle. Non adeguato alla tipologia della camera con uno standard direi alto.

• Vanesa (3/5): I would avoid this accommodation! Mold, bad smell and no heating is all you can get . - The location is good. When we arrived, the second bed was not done, no sheets in the room. We contacted the owner but he said it’s too late (at 10pm) and he’s too far away. I told him that we booked specifically this room because there were 2 beds and we are not a couple, we would like to have some privacy. He didn’t care, we had to share the same bed for the first night. In the bathroom, there was hair in the shower, it’s clear that cleaning is superficial. We didn’t have any heating, he told us that the heating system is not set for winter. It was super cold because the room is the basement. There is mold on all walls, the towels were constantly wet because of inexistent purifying air system and the smell in the room is extremely bad. Also, windows cannot be closed because there are high walls and they are basement windows. During night you can hear all noise and garbage cars running on the street. All in all, I would avoid this accommodation at all costs.

• Luiz Felipe (6/5): Only good side is location and overall the experience was extremely disappointing - Cleanliness is good. Location also. My room was on a basement level which is NOT communicated when booking (only later close to check in). There is no natural light and no adequate ventilation. The room gets smelly. The bed was very uncomfortable. Communication with the staff is very very poor - you need to insist to get a response as there is no reception. In the last day my family found a huge centipede under the shower area in the bathroom. Wouldn’t come back honestly.

Stated it had a shower in what’s included in the room and it doesn’t, it’s an attachment on the bath that you can’t connect anywhere and held down by tape. One of the mattress was pretty worn out and could feel the springs. TV wouldn’t turn on but we didn’t need that as we didn’t spend much time in the room, we just wanted to check out Italian programming before bed and couldn’t. There was a constant beeping noise from a locked cupboard below our room, heared it all night and went off all day you can’t do anything about it, it disturbed our sleep. The room was worn but it’s a three star property so it’s to be expected. For what we needed for a room in Rome for it was fine. Great location for seeing all the sites and the metro is close.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο καθαρό. Το δωμάτιο λειτουργεί με ψηφιακή ρεσεψιόν οπότε αν δεν έχεις καλή επαφή με την τεχνολογία μάλλον θα τα βρεις σκούρα.
• Emilly (7/5): Ficamos felizes e decepcionadas ao mesmo tempo! - A localização é ótima , o quarto bastante espaçoso e acomoda bem 4 pessoas! A água quente do chuveiro não funcionou, tivemos que tomar banho gelado todos os dias, tentei contato e não tive retorno, quando enfim nos responderam ficaram de ir arrumar a questão da água quente mais não apareceu ninguém e novamente não tivemos nem um retorno sobre o assunto.

• Raffaella Chicco (3/5): - La stanza è stata ricavata in cantina: buio, umido e odore di cantina. Una cosa è un seminterrato, un’altra è una cantina. Non c’era neanche il sistema di aerazione in bagno. Cuscini: pochi e duri.
• Lora (8/5): Great time here. Provided what we were needed, conveniently located and relief from the heat - Location was great. Close to train station and several tourists spots within walking distance distance. The AC felt amazing. Refrigerator didn’t work well.
• Durkovich (3/5): Extremely poor customer service 👎 - Location was great and access to the property was easy. Unfortunately our TV and the safe in the unit didn’t work. This was a one night layover for us and Rome was at 36 degrees at this time. Our son was sick and we literally just wanted to relax and watch TV. I contacted the host and they suggested that I change the remote battery and make sure the TV was plugged in. The infrared light on both remote and TV were working and the TV was inaccessible as it is encased in a wooden box. I shared this and videos on the booking app and the videos via WhatsApp. They never answered any of my messaged after that moment (afternoon on Sunday) until Saturday at 7 am. At 7 am they said a handyman would be by to fix the issues. Check out is at 10 am and we were up for breakfast and to prepare to leave…. Obviously this didn’t help us. Very poor experience. The hallway smells like urine too and the bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress. Overall a very poor customer service experience. Being completely ignored isn’t a resolution. We have stayed in this area in Rome in the past. Would definitely recommend the location but not this apartment.
• Carlos (6/5): Room for improvement - Great location. Walkable to a lot of things. Newly appointed room with nice bathroom. Comfy beds but pillows were barely pillows. Outlets are minimal and in the main bedroom there is one at the end of the bed. Because it is a basement suite it had a bit of a smell. A/C worked well. Check in process was really disappointing and frustrating. I was emailed twice asking for passport and checkin information and was asked to email or whatsapp information back but there was no email or Whatsapp number attached. I reached out to get that info 9 days out to no response. On my part I should have checked again but didn't until we arrived. When we arrived it took about 2 hours to get it sorted and then at that point was sent an App from hosts to enter all my personal info so finally got it sorted but it was 95 degrees out while we were waiting. We did get it sorted but the communication back and forth was very poor. Pictures from website do not represent the suite at all. Property has potential but has some things to fix and communication is an issue. We also had a Scorpion in our room which is nit the hosts fault but apparently can be common in Rome with bottom suites. Our other 5 stays through our Europe vacation were all 5 stars so this one was disappointing.
• Carrie (4/5): I've requested some sort of inconvenience refund of what I paid, haven't received a response. - The location and host were nice The room I reserved, 1st floor with a shower, was not provided. Instead we were given a 2nd floor room with a tub or could have chosen a Basement room with no windows. However, this was not ideal. This was an inconvenience considering my daughter recently had knee surgery and the additional stairs were a pain with luggage. Not to mention, not having a standup shower as reserved. To add, we were unable to control the a/c unit and had to contact the host to adjust it each time. I ended up leaving Rome with a Cold.
