And there is no shops around ,it’s nothing there - The room was clean ,and comfortable On the reception says it’s not allowt to smoke ,but near air room always was smell with sigarets. The personal on the reception was not positive,just cold unser, it’s only 1 key 🔑 and when you are 2 people in room and 1 need to go to take a key electricity was swich off ,everything,so one person need to stay than without light and tv ,this hotel don’t cost this money,on reception Kant change the money,on other hotel wat was more chip they do all this and more nice and polite .

E ok pentru o noapte…dar mai mult nu. - Camera a fost curată Micul dejun ok Cred ca angajații fumează in interior altfel nu imi explic mirosul de fum de țigară ce venea în fiecare seară prin sistemul de ventilație Cafeaua execrabilă la micul dejun. Mesele scrijelite și deteriorate ca la cantină.

- Indira (10/5): Sophisticated and Comfortable - Immediately after our horrific experience we checked into the Serenity comfort Hotel . The reception was friendly, kind and very helpful . He assist us quickly and efficiently. He explained everything very quickly, arranged for meals and called us to ensure we were comfortable. The place was immaculately cleaned, beds were very comfortable. It was perfect. I am sorry I can't spell his name but he said it was Yesus. He was brilliant with all his clients. Breakfast was great . This hotel is very peaceful . It is a little out of town and the traffic is heavy . But i would recommend this hotel anytime, it's quiet and comforting.

The small bottles of shampoo and body wash are refilled, but they are not cleaned, you see residue of ol liquids on them. They look horrible. The towels are so old. At breakfast, the tongs are so old and not functioning properly. They are supposed to help us grab food, however they are so loose that you can't grab a piece of bread or cheese. The Internet is SOOOO SLOWWW. On checkout I asked the staff to provide a receipt, they said they will email it to me, till now they haven't, it's been 4 days that I checked out.

No nos entregaron los controles del clima y el cuarto fue muy pequeño. Por otra parte, recogen los platos y cubiertos sin haber terminado de desayunar y se colocan junto a uno para que uno se pare: Fue muy INCOMODO y pagamos mucho por la estancia, además de haber estado con los de Tour, nosotros pagamos cuatro días terribles de mal servicio y nos dijeron que no nos podían dar un cuarto con camas gemelas, porque estaba muy lleno.

Location is pretty far away from city center and main touristic attractions, the service at the restaurant is suuuuper slow at the evenings. Pool water was pretty cold. I had an issue because I got a call from the reception at almost 1am in the morning telling me about an issue with my payment, it is not ok to call guests at that hour!! specially because I was traveling with my little son and of course the call woke him up.

- Paula (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Comfort Hotel. - There was a great variety of food available for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and attended to our needs promptly. We were given complementary drinks, fruit and biscuits on arrival. Location of the hotel is a long way from the tourist sites. China cups (our paper cups leaked), and spoons would have been a nice addition to the room.

- Angel (1/5): Not to repeat - 1. Close to main roads 2. The adjacent restaurant is really nice The staff both at the reception and in the hotel in general was the least helpful/friendly: 1. For the first time in my travel experience, my credit card was charged upon arrival and not at check out. Furthermore, that was the only time I used my card during my stay in the country and later I found out that the details of my card had been stolen and there had been a purchase for a significant amount hundreds of kilometers away from Istanbul, when I was no longer in the country. 2. I had bought my kids sweets that required the use of fork and I was told that they "could not provide such a service...!" so my kids needed to eat with their hands. Breakfast: 1. It's okay to taste local customs, but it would also be nice to have a standard continental breakfast as well.

- william (4/5): Sauna not included / bag incident / location - Problem 1: The listing says there's a sauna and steam room - which is the primary reason why I booked a stay here. Turns out, use of the sauna/steam are NOT included with your stay, and in order to use them.. you must purchase a spa package for approximately 100 euros. Very misleading and disappointing. Problem 2: MY BAG WENT MISSING. I arrived back in my room and my bag was gone. Shortly after my arrival, someone walked into my room with the bag. They said that they didn't have a record of me checking in, so they didn't know why there was a bag in there. My main issue is that my bag was opened and various items were moved around. Were they looking for identification, or were they looking for valuables? I'm not sure. Problem 3: The location is somewhat inconvenient. You can see the Mall of Istanbul, but in order to get there you need to take a taxi. Was alright for the 1 night I stayed there, but I wouldn't want have to do that every time I wanted to go get food. The good: The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is also comfortable. No problems with the wifi.
