Abdullah (9/5): Excellent - Good clean rooms and great location The sink and the cupboard above it are placed very awkwardly if you get the single room. It is very uncomfortable using it because the water will splash down on the floor at your feet instead of inside the sink bowl. This was only a problem in the single room I had the double room at the same hotel before this one and no such issues over there.

Georgi (8/5): Amazing value for non luxury travel - Super friendly staff, attentive and helpful. The hotel is located on a great spot close to the center of that part of the city. Rooms were clean and we really liked the mini fridges in them. Breakfast was plentiful and pretty delicious. Toilet had a problem with the lid staying opened and unfortunately AC was available only after contacting the receptionist. I understand that we want to save electricity but that was a slight nuisance.

Their professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly at home throughout our stay. A very special mention to Abbas, whose kindness, attention to detail, and constant support really stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Mehmet and Yamur were equally amazing and contributed so much to the positive energy of our experience. We leave with excellent memories and would be very happy to come back again.

Adriana (9/5): - El personal es muy amable, tanto el de recepción como el de cocina, la ubicación es genial, queda muy cerca del transporte y puedes ir andando a muchos de los lugares principales de la ciudad, el desayuno es muy rico y abundante. Recomiendo el hotel la Sera, si regreso a Estambul repetiré alojamiento. La ducha filtraba un poco de agua pero es algo que no opaca lo demás que me encantó.

В отеле тихо и спокойно, так как вблизи нет больших улиц и проспектов, но они находятся недалеко, всё в пешей доступности. Мне кажется администрации отеля надо связаться с оператором интернета и наладить бесперебойную работу модема, чтобы его не надо было перезагружать.

Personalul cu care am interacționat de la Recepție, curățenie, bucătărie, a fost cu zâmbetul pe buze, deschis la solicitările noastre, amabil. Micul dejun ok, ni s-a oferit chiar si cafea turceasca in ziua in care am plecat. Am primit mic dejun chiar înainte de ora 8 întrucât plecam mai devreme. Multumim pentru ospitalitate si modul de interacțiune!

Virlics (7/5): - Good facilities, the staff was nice, the cleaning lady cleaned our room each day so that was a pleasant feeling coming back to that. Beds were good. The room was smaller than i expected and our 2nd night is was very unpleasant. A French lady kept talking at the reception and was watching videos loudly late at night and it bothered us. We couldn't sleep..i asked her nicely to keep it quiet cuz we're trying to sleep and at first she did lower the volume but later she kept talking loudly. She was very rude..this hotel should not tolerate people like this.

А ещё несколько раз просили завтраки для нас пораньше и нас накормили, очень благодарны за это. tuba (8/5): - Ich war zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Lage war perfekt, ca. 5 Minuten von der Metro Yenikapi entfernt. BIM war in der Nähe oder Restaurants. Das Frühstück war okay, kann man etwas erweitern. Abends war es etwas laut draußen, aber dafür kann das Personal nichts.

Par contre mr Abbas - L’emplacement, proximité des transports en commun Les chambres étaient vétustes, problème de climatisation et les douches sont à refaire. Le petit déjeuner était minimaliste.

Deniz (3/5): Bittere Enttäuschung, Bewertungen irreführend - Das Zimmer war groß Das Hotel war an einem Ort gelegen, der nachts nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig ist. Das Frühstück war ungenießbar und unhygienisch platziert. Der Käse hatte schon harte Ränder, die Eier waren alt & überkocht. Es gab kaum Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Badezimmer war extrem schmutzig und voller Schimmel. Die Belüftung im Bad ist sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage war auch nachts sehr laut, sodass man kaum schlafen konnte. Leider konnte man diese nicht komplett ausschalten. Die Matratze war sehr hart, die Bettwäsche nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen bitter enttäuscht. Die sehr guten Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben uns über unser Zimmer direkt beschwert, uns wurden zwei weitere Zimmer gezeigt. Diese hatten noch schlimmeren Schimmelbefall, vor allem in der Dusche.

Pas du tout - L’accueil de la jeune fille Un des hommes de l’accueil a tenté de nous escroquer pour l’hôtel. J’ai dû lui montrer les conversations WhatsApp pour qu’il accepte de maintenir le prix convenu sinon c’était 2 fois plus. Impossible de dormir la nuit à cause de l’aération (ils m’ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient pas la couper). Elle fait un bruit d’enfer.
