• Jan (9/5): - The accommodation is in a fantastic location and features beautiful interiors. The bed was very comfortable, and the area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for an undisturbed night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and very well designed. We also appreciated the in-room amenities, including tea, coffee, and other essentials. Another big advantage was the possibility to leave our luggage at the nearby Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. The vaporetto stop is also located directly next to the accommodation, making it easy to get around Venice. The price was on the higher side, but that is generally in line with the reality of staying in Venice. The only real issue was that the address listed on Booking.com contained an incorrect building number, so it took us some time to find the correct entrance, which is located further down the alley.

• Linda (7/5): Schön, bei dem Preis muss der Zutritt funktionieren - Die Lage und die Einrichtung An KEINEM Tag hat der Zutrittscode zum Appartement funktioniert und wir mussten anrufen und dann warten bis jemand geöffnet hat!! Die Dame meinte, wir können gerne durchs Hotel zur Unterkunft gehen. Wenn man schon eine Zeit mit Eingekauftem steht und wartet ist es nicht angenehm und weit den Weg wieder nach vor und durch das Hotel zu gehen. Bei dem Preis!!

• johanna (9/5): - Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Check in sehr unkompliziert. Dieses Mal hatten wir auch noch einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeit dabei. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Das Bett war etwas zu hart.

Devo segnalare soprattutto la posizione (comodissimo alla stazione e vicino ad alcune delle zone più suggestive di Venezia), la silenziosità (non abbiamo percepito alcun rumore proveniente dall’esterno), la comodità del letto (grandissimo) e il giardinetto privato, che è stata veramente una sorpresa. Nel nostro brevissimo soggiorno (1 notte) non abbiamo trovato elementi negativi importanti. Forse, ma è solo un consiglio personale, una struttura di questo livello meriterebbe del personale presente in struttura per accogliere gli ospiti. In ogni caso il personale è facilmente contattabile e risponde tempestivamente, come abbiamo potuto verificare.

• Amanda (9/5): - The apartment is in a wonderful location with easy access to everything in the area while being off the crowded main streets connecting the busiest parts of Venice. Access from the airport was easy using the Alilaguna water taxi directly to the Guglie vaporetto stop at the end of the street. The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished matching the style of the Radisson hotel next door. A great grocery store is a few minutes walk away (inside an old theater!) where we were able to pick up a few items to have for breakfast over our stay. The apartment was in a mostly great state when we arrived but a downside is the additional fee if cleaning service is needed during your stay although the apartment seems connected to the hotel next door. Additional towels would be appreciated when staying more than 2-3 nights and we ultimately didn't use the tub although we were excited to have it in the apartment since it appeared to need an additional cleaning. There were some cleaning supplies under the sink but items like the sponge had definitely seen better days.

• Nathan (10/5): Perfect. - Honestly everything! Amazing location, super easy to get to, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, big spacious modern rooms (which you don’t often get in Venice). It was honestly perfect! Little kitchen with everything you need including coffee machine… we could even store our bags at the hotel next door for free. Fantastic experience didn’t want to leave. Nothing!

• Sue (9/5): A very comfortable and peaceful stay at Cannaregio, Venice - Very convenient location. Very quiet. Nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Ample cloth storage facilities. View to the children’s park was lovely. Natural light during the day and blockout curtains for night. Both shower and bath facilities. Double sink bathroom was very convenient. A special mention of the ability to leave luggage at the Radisson hotel before check in and after check out. This was highy convenient as we arrived early and we had a late night flight after we checked out. Also, the vaporetto (water bus station) is right opposite the hotel and was very convenient to travel to the airport with our luggage. Thanks a lot. All in all we loved it all. Things to improve would be adding a mirror to the bedroom, a full length one (can be easily pasted on a wardrobe door) woud be great. We didn’t do any cooking but noticed the kitchen tap was too tight to open/close, an easy adjustment with some WD40. The white mugs may need replacement or more thorough cleaning as they are too stained. Adding a washer and a drier to the facility is highly recommended, too, especially for 2+ day stays.

Zona silenziosissima, pur trovandosi in posizione centrale, ottima per sonni tranquilli. Mancherebbe solo uno specchio a figura intera, magari da collocare nell’anta interna dell’armadio.

We waited until 3:30 and the receptionist in Radisson Collection (where you do the check in) said “I cannot do anything about it, you have to wait until you receive the passcode via message”. It is rude and ridiculous.

• Konstantins (10/5): It's probably one of the best apartments we have stayed - Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Train station is within 10 minutes walk. The apartment exceeded our expectations with high ceilings and all the appliances you require, not to mention 2 huge TVs. It had modern decor, a huge comfy bed, and was very clean. The bathroom was enormous with shower, spacious bath, double sink, and bidet. There is also an option to leave you luggage free of charge in a hotel just round the corner, which was very convenient for us. Nothing.

Mugs for tea are all tiny (most likely designed for coffee), key pad to enter main entrance often faulty - usually worked on 3rd/4th try each time, bed pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable. Living space quite dark, even with curtains open.
