- Nina (10/5): Fantastischer Aufenthalt! - Die Unterkunft war super gelegen. Fußläufig erreicht man das centro storico, den botanischen Garten, die Metrostation und auch die Zugstation. Von der Zugstation konnten wir direkt nach Pompeji gefahren. Giangi ist der freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Host überhaupt. Er hat uns so viele tolle Tips gegeben und unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem gemacht.

It was eclectic with a wonderful sense of history. Esp the large shuttered windows. Wasn t very soundproof. Put in my earplugs for the loud snorer next door.

- Claudia (10/5): B&B assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno a Napoli. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico raggiun - Struttura molto bella e accogliente. Stanze molto belle e pulite. Siamo stati con tutta la mia famiglia e si sono trovati bene sia i grandi che i più piccoli. Giangi é davvero un ottimo padrone di casa e ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Grazie!
- cristina (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Ottima soluzione per chi arriva in treno e vuole visitare la città a piedi. L'ambiente è curato e accogliente, la stanza comoda e in ordine e anche molto silenziosa nonostante ci si trovi lungo una strada movimentata. La colazione al bar sottostante è più che adeguata e inoltre abbiamo trovato una sala ristoro a disposizione degli ospiti, L'host Giangi è una persona squisita e molto professionale e gentile.

La ubicación estaba bien, puesto que no tuvimos demasiado problema para aparcar y no se tardaba en llegar al centro. La habitación estaba bien, no necesitábamos mucho más. El desayuno gratuito en la cafetería estaba genial, un puntazo y los croissants estaban de muerte! (sobre todo el de pistacho). Repetiríamos. Es cierto que la zona del alojamiento de noche nos generaba cierta desconfianza, pero en realidad si no te alejas de la avenida central, todo bien. Hubo aspectos de limpieza a mejorar, como algo de polvo en las mesillas o detalles en el baño, pero nada reseñable.

Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Le stanze sono grandi, comode e pulite. La struttura ha due zone relax comuni e un'area bar a disposizione h24.

- rafael (7/5): - La facilidad para dejar las maletas antes del check-in Las escaleras, interminables. La habitacion que nos dieron estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada y era muy ruidosa. El desayuno en el bar de abajo, un cafe muy regular y un croissant, o sea muy escaso.

- Aida (8/5): Palazzo mit historischen Elementen, praktisch gelegen - Sehr hilfreiche nette Vermieter, wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Rückreise. Alles perfekt erklärt trotz später Anreise und früher Abreise. Interessant mal einen neapolitanischen bürgerlichen palazzo in teilweise Originalzustand zu erleben. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffee und Teeküche. Super Anbindung an den Flughafen, Haltestelle vor der Tür. Eigentlich alles prima, nur einen Aufzug hätten wir gerne gehabt. Sind nicht mehr ganz jung, und das B&B ist im 3. Stock ... ;-) Und die Lage bedeutet natürlich auch dass man die Geräusche der Straße wahrnimmt. Ohrstöpsel empfohlen.

Lot of areas to sit and enjoy free coffee/tea etc in a lounge area. We actually had an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, and cooking facilities! Also a washing machine! Great for a longer stay.

The host was very helpful and found us a taxi to take us to the airport. No elevator. Our room was in the top floor and dragging the suitcases wasn’t easy.

La chica de la recepción nos ayudó en todo momento y fue muy amable. La comunicación fue muy fluida y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Nos tocó un apartamento más modesto situado en la tercera planta. La verdad es que tenía de todo… pero también estaba anticuado y tenía bastante polvo debajo de la cama (no fue algo que agradecí siendo alérgico a los ácaros).

However there was no breakfast provided by the hotel. Instead they gave the guests a voucher for a free coffee and croissant at a nearby caffe. There was no breakfast as advertised. And, BTW the man that ran the cafe for the voucher was very unfriendly and rude making the no breakfast issue even worse.

Giangi was great coordinating our later check in after our flight was delayed and recommending how to make the most of the city on our way out. - Christopher (10/5): - Fabulous super old school Italian residence converted to BnB. It's like living like Italians. 18 foot wooden ceilings. fabulous staircase up to secondo piano, bit of a hike. Coupons for a typical italian breakfast right downstairs at a Bar - coffee and a cornetto. Location is fabulous. Walk to tourist area but also close to real Napoli. We were able to dine at several real Italian local gem restaurants where we were always the only tourists there within walking distance. Walk to metro, National Archaeological Museum. Best part was Giangi the manager. He was easily the most helpful and friendly "concierge" we've ever had. (Thanks again Giangi!) Common areas had complimentary coffee and water and they even had a fridge and a microwave to use. Very stylishly decorated. Very highly recommended. Best decision I made the whole trip was staying here.

- Louise (10/5): - Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful and gave lots of good advice. The property is clean and all staff are courteous. The room we stayed in was comfortable- great for our family for a short stay. They provide coffee, water, a fridge, microwave and a dining room, as well as a beautiful shared lounge. Breakfast is included and is downstairs at a local cafe which did excellent pastries and coffee. The location enables walking or taking public transport to some of the major sites, including the Archeological museum, historic centre and the major catacombs. The property is very secure and the owner was very responsive.
- Maria (2/5): - No elevator property is smoke free and a worker that came to replace a lock in a unit we were supposed to stay in came at midnight to fix lock and was smoking like a chimney and we were not able to sleep because he was intoxicating us. Furniture is older than my grandparents and I’m 59 years old.

Bardzo pomocny i miły Giangi, pomimo opóźnionego lotu i późnego przybycia na miejsce (2 w nocy) Giangi bez problemu pomógł nam dostać się do budynku (zdalnie). W całym obiekcie panuje spokój i czystość. Wielkim plusem darmowa kawa w kuchni z expresu. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta na plus bliskość atrakcji. W cenie dostępne śniadanie w kawiarni na dole (kawa plus croissant) bardzo dobre na miły początek dnia. POLECAMY! Odjęty punkt tylko za średnio wygodne poduszki i materac. Być może akurat tak trafiliśmy i w innych pokojach są lepsze.

Gianni et son équipe sont très serviables et toujours prêts à aider, rendre service ou à renseigner. Un point d’eau dans l’espace de restauration serait parfait !
