• Chandrasekhar (10/5): Good family stay for two of a kind. - Vegetarian food options were plenty. Also, being indian, we liked the predominantly indian diaspora in the area. Also, the shopping options were very good includind Mustafa center Cleaning frequency could be better. Washroom had a weird smell.

• Jaroongsri (7/5): - Very good location, just a few to MRT Farrer Park, 2 big shopping malls nearby. Sharing space in the lobby area is not friendly to use, always have children running and playing around, no space to sit and relax.

The AC, which stinks, blows air directly to your face. The cherry on top was a huge cockroach on the wall. I tried to contain it and it ended up running through my belongings and occasionally flying. After we complained, the hotel staff reluctantly offered us the 'VIP Room'. We thought this VIP room was a special room or an upgrade, turns out it was the EXACT same room but with no sewage smell and no cockroaches. One hotel staff was relucant to give us the room, but the other staff, who was kind-hearted, coerced the relucant staff to give us the room. How did we know their conversation? Because we are Korean who speak Bahasa and they were talking to each other in Malay. They had no clue we understood Bahasa/Malay

• Feren (9/5): A great value for a great stay! - The place is located at 2 minutes away from a MRT station so it’s practical to go around Singapore. The place is cosy, the staff was friendly and the facilities is well taken care of. Nothing!

• M Y (8/5): - Hotel conveniently located - 2 minute walk to the Farrer Park station; 5 minute walk to a mall; 7 minute walk to Mustafa Centre. Comfortable bed and space saving layout of the room. The communal area in the lobby had a nice vibe and is great for meeting or co-working. Staff at lobby were friendly and professional. I was allowed to check in earlier when a room became available. One cannot use the hair dryer and look at the mirror at the same time without the hair dryer being disconnected from the power point - need to either change location of power points in the room or change the hair dryer to one with longer power cord.
• Arjun (1/5): Good stay very bad hospitality service - The staff at the reception was extremely rude during my check-out experience. I had informed the hotel in advance regarding my late check-out request, and I was only 45 minutes past the agreed check-out time. However, when I approached the reception to complete the check-out process, the staff member behaved in a very unprofessional manner and raised their voice at me. Such behaviour is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in a hospitality environment. I kindly request both Booking.com and Lyf to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

The environment was comfortable and the place was clean. I was very happy with my stay with family and would definitely recommend it. We rented two units, but unfortunately both air conditioners had water dripping issues. We informed the front desk, and they responded quickly to arrange for staff servicing, which we appreciated. But after servicing, the problem still persisted. This caused some inconvenience during our stay, as the floors remained wet most of the time.

WC ja suihkutilat olivat erotettuna muusta tilasta huonosti, pelkät läpinäkyvät lasiboksit. Neloskerroksen kattoterassi oli remontissa eikä tästä kerrottu. Huoneen hanasta ei tullut kylmää vettä. Jääkaapit olivat kerrokseittain yhteiskäytössä, ja se oli täynnä erittäin haisevia elintarvikkeita. Tämä ei ole neljän tähden hotelli, kokemus muistutti lähinnä hostellia. En tule ikinä tänne enää.

• Hisana (9/5): Simple modern service apartment in little india - Conveniently located right next to Farrer Park MRT and Bus stop, l especially appreciated on rainy day. Hotel staff/cleaning ladies were helpful and some remembered my name. Unfortunately unable to use level 4 (outdoor common area -kitchen)this time due to undergoing renovation but they provided alternative kitchen.

• Sebastian (9/5): - Direkte Lage an der MRT-Station Farrer Park und gegenüber die city square mall. Auch die Lage in Little India fand ich ganz gut. Einzig vom Flughafen ist die Anreise per MRT Recht langwierig (mindestens 1h), daher lieber per Grab oder Gojek fahren lassen. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist ein wenig zu hoch und während unserer Aufenthaltes ging der 3. Lift nicht, wodurch wir teilweise lang warten mussten.

• Foster (4/5): Terrible location and disappointing stay - Beds were comfortable. The location is terrible unless you like being in little India surrounded by crowds that are noisy day and night. The layout of the 2 bedroom apartment is inappropriate with kids as it is just 2 single apartments with a joining kitchen team space so you need keys each time to get into the separate locked bedroom doors. Also the showers are in the middle of the bedrooms so to dry and dress you step out dripping wet into the bedroom space so no bathroom privacy at all. A very strangely designed space. I would not recommend this hotel in Singapore to families. In highlight I would have preferred to pay more for a better quality hotel experience.
