Es ist alles eher günstig eingerichtet, teilweise sind Gegenstände meiner Meinung nach auszutauschen. Eingang & Lift und sind auch in die Jahre gekommen und wirken etwas schmuddelig. Bett eher schmal;
• Lidiia (1/5): - This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with accommodation booked through Booking.com. The main problem started with unclear check-in information. Before booking, the check-in time was not clear enough. After booking, I was asked to specify my arrival time, which gave me the impression that my arrival time could be accommodated. When I later found out the real check-in conditions from the owner, I immediately wanted to cancel, because the terms were not suitable for me. Booking.com gives guests the option to contact the property and request free cancellation, so I did exactly that. However, the property refused and kept repeating that their standard policy applied. This was very frustrating because I requested cancellation very shortly after booking, and they would not have lost anything by accepting it. It felt like they simply wanted to keep my money, even if I did not stay there. In the end, the owner told me that the room would be ready at 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:30 PM, but the room was still not ready. There was a cleaner there, but he did not seem busy or prepared. At first, he told me that check-in was at 3:00 PM. I explained that we had already arranged 2:30 PM with the owner. Only after that, he said “okay, 10 minutes” and quickly cleaned the room in front of us. The cleanliness was not good. The accommodation itself was quite small, run-down, and not properly clean, especially in the corners and around the sockets. I only stayed there for a few hours and honestly did not enjoy it. Another issue was the soundproofing, which was terrible. I could hear every small noise from the corridor, every step, and almost everything happening outside the room. What was most disappointing was the way the property treated me as a customer. The communication was cold, unhelpful, and disrespectful. They did not properly listen to my concerns and showed no flexibility or understanding. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

Le finestre a Vasistas di 2 solo 1 si apriva e sono bloccate le tende. TV solo via internet..ma devi metterci la tua utenza.

Het raam had wijd open gestaan en er was flink binnen geregend. Achteraf snappen we waarom het raam zo wijd open stond: om de kamer te luchten vanwege de nare schimmelgeur. Via whatsapp hadden we contact en het eerste probleem werd vrij snel opgelost. Echter bleken er nog veel meer gebreken: schimmel in het kastje onder de wastafel, lekkende kraan, kapotte bedlamp, geen tv zonder Netflix account, kapotte zonwering en een vies trappenhuis. we kregen meerdere excuses en konden evt een late check out hebben. Wij wilden er echter zsm weer weg.

• Michael (4/5): - Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber. Als ich die Tür zum Zimmer geöffnet habe ist mir gleich ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen gekommen. In diesem Zimmer wurde auf jeden Fall irgendwann geraucht, obwohl ein Rauchmelder im Zimmer ersichtlich war. Im Badezimmer hat es sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Ich hatte während des Aufenthalts die Fenster offen, sonst hätte ich es nicht ausgehalten.

• Gema (6/5): Bien - Fácil de hacer el check-in ya que te mandan un código y tú mismo entras sin tener que tratar con nadie. También tenía nevera para poder meter las bebidas y la cama era cómoda. La ubicación era buena porque estaba al lado de la estación central y con restaurantes y un centro comercial al lado. La suciedad de las paredes en general y el mal aspecto del ascensor y pasillo. La habitación era abuhardillada y un poco estrecha la zona para entrar y salir. Además, los estores de las ventanas estaban rotos y entraba luz por la mañana. Una almohada estaba bien pero la otra era inexistente, ya que la sustituyeron por un cojín con funda.
• Αγγελίνα (7/5): Μικρό, καθαρό δωμάτιο δίπλα στον κεντρικό σταθμό - Καθαρό δωμάτιο με πολύ ωραία και κεντρική τοποθεσία, δίπλα από τον κεντρικό σταθμό τρένων της Βιέννης. Υπήρχε ανελκυστήρας καθώς και πολλά μαγαζιά κοντά στο κατάλυμα, η γύρω περιοχή ήταν πολύ ωραία. Υπήρχε πολύ ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και θα ήταν βοηθητικό να υπήρχε ένα έπιπλο για να ακουμπάμε πάνω τα πράγματα μας, καθώς και κρεμάστρα στον τοίχο για τις πετσέτες. Την τελευταία νύχτα θελήσαμε να ανοίξουμε το κλιματιστικό αλλά συνειδητοποιήσαμε πως έλειπαν οι μπαταρίες και από το τηλεχειριστήριο του κλιματιστικού και της τηλεόρασης, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να το ανοίξουμε. Πιστεύω πως το κατάλυμα ήταν λίγο ακριβό για αυτά που προσέφερε.

• Nadja (7/5): Für die Durchreise ok, aber unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen! - Perfekte Lage für die Durchreise in Laufweite zum Hauptbahnhof. Hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, sehr sauber. Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit, man hört alles vom Flur und vom Nebenzimmer - auch das, was man nicht hören will. Unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen!

• Matt (6/5): One night stay - Low cost accommodation, clean room and good location short walk to the main station. The mattress in room 6 is done and needs replacing. The fridge runs to loud and had to be unplugged at night making it pointless. The hair dryer worked for 1 minute

There are no curtains to block the sunlight. The top-floor room gets plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes it easy to wake up naturally. However, it's too early for waking up. It's suggested to add a curtain.

• Blaise (1/5): Even though its cheap the bad smell is too extreme to stay again - The location was right by hauptbahnhof so great loaction It had the most disgusting smell in the room and bathroom. It smelt of mould and sewage. One night sleep there was enough to make me vomit in the morning- no exaggeration. There was no key for the room instead a long code was given to me which was not easy to remember. While i was out my phone nearly ran out of battery and if it did run out i wouldn’t have had access to the room. There is no wifi- i contacted the number provided but had no answer and no help from staff. I wrote to staff after about my issues and received no help.

So we wrote to the Booking customer support, because the manager of the property didn't answer us. We didn't have any information about wi-fi, so there wasn't wi-fi.
