The room was decent and clean, though a bit dated. Due to the holiday season, the hotel was quite crowded and breakfast area felt busy. Staff and som o friendly and tried their best. Overall, an okay stay if you want a central location during New Year.

- 680firstp (10/5): Great hotel with unique rooftop bar - My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights in a "Premier King Room with City View." From our room, we had a view of the pool, which was a real treat. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was truly wonderful, the softest linens I've ever experienced. On Saturday night, we went to "Pastel," a rooftop bar on the 22nd floor. They had a live drum and dance performance combined with the DJ set; it was truly unique. Don't forget that men pay 500 baht entrance fee; you do get a coupon with one free drink at the bar. It's important to note that if you hadn't booked in advance, you might not have to pay for an appetizer. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the concierges are truly helpful. They enjoy their jobs, which is nice to see, especially concierge Tawan, who helped us find our taxi. It was a pleasant surprise at this hotel; we would definitely return.

The rooms were clean and updated and I really enjoyed the free breakfast that was included with the room. even though the food didn’t have much salt. We also had complementary drinks based on the room we chose during happy hour, which was a wonderful addition. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room often even when we didn’t ask, which was nice. Concierge was kind. Especially Tawan. It’s also a great location. The BTS train is about a three minute walk walk and it’s right next to several bars and clubs.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Location is amazing. Next to so many bars and restaurants soon as you walk out of hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and clean! They even decorated my room for my birthday! Only time you’ll hear noise is if you are on the 21 floor in the corner because floor 22 is the rooftop bar pastel. But it wasn’t bad. I stayed on the 17th floor as well an absolutely no noise. Definitely get the breakfast in the morning. So many options for different cultures and they even give you a health juice shot when you walk in. Beet juice. Celery juice. Etc. this hotel is definitely a vibe. Staff is amazing and very kind. Help me to extend my stay very easily with no problems. Hotel is worth every penny. I will always stay here when I come to Bangkok !

But the vibes were cool and it was a serene relaxing environment. I didn’t want to leave here. Eventually ordered a burger and it was ok, that was the highlight for me. We were able to relax and loved the room set up. Beautiful resort I just didn’t like the food.

- marymN6837EZ (8/5): Great Hotel - The location is great! There are plenty restaurants and bars just steps outside the hotel. We arrived late in the evening. We booked 4 rooms in total. However, when we were checking in, they told us that one of our rooms was in the hotel next-door.. at first we thought it was all part of the same hotel and then we realized the next day that the room that was moved to the adjoining hotel was not allowed to use any of the amenities in our hotel… So we could not eat breakfast together, we could not use the pool together, etc. We were going to complain to get the removed to our side of the hotel, but we decided to not even bother.. The rooms are beautiful. Two of the rooms were deluxe king rooms… And one was a premier king room. The upgrade for the premier King room is definitely worth it.. So much more space and well worth the extra dollars for the upgrade. The shower was huge in the premiere king room. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The food was actually really good.. It was a great way to start the day. The concierge was so helpful. his name is TAWAN. We went to him with any and every question we had... he helped us book rides, told us about attractions and was just so very helpful. If you ever make it there, stop in just to see his smile and say good morning. One can of this hotel is that I could not access the other two rooms that were on different floors. I was on floor 16, my son was on floor 13, and my daughter was on floor 11. You need a room key to access the floors on the elevators. So since we were all on different floors, we could not visit each other's rooms easily. We usually had to meet in the lobby and take the elevator back up. We had dinner at the Rooftop bar, Pastel. the views were amazing and we fell in love with the playful cocktails. We may have been expecting more of a nightclub vibe, but still enjoyed everything just as much. Other than those few inconveniences, though, I would highly recommend this hotel. If I am ever in that area of Bangkok again, I will absolutely book here.

A great bonus during our stay was the breakfast buffet, where a chef prepared eggs made to order in any style we wanted — a small detail that made the mornings extra enjoyable. - JimmyTo80 (10/5): Welcoming place to rest - AIRA hotel is located at a very nice spot, a few walks from the trainstation. My room was spacious and clean. Welcomed with some small sweets and wonderful lady Som O. She is very helpful and nice. The streets are fun as well with a lot of bars and kind lady (and lady boys if you like). Very lovely and ideal to have a good rest and to enjoy great Bangkok. Will be returning for sure!

- mishab351 (10/5): Amazing Bangkok Stay - The Aira Hotel is absolutely amazing! Great service and great location! On the same street as great nightclubs and bars. If you’re looking for a night scene but a luxurious stay, Aira Hotel is the place to be. Tawan was the best concierge! He helped book a driver for the day and help book tourist attractions. It was ease free and cost efficient. Definitely will come back to this hotel.

- Exploration562457 (2/5): STAFF NOT SUPPORTIVE - *Worst Experience at Aira Hotel Bangkok* I had a terrible experience at Aira Hotel Bangkok from October 23rd to 26th. During my stay, I used the kettle in my room and accidentally caused some stains at the bottom. I believed it was an easy fix with a dishwasher, but the management didn't see it that way. When I checked out, they blamed me for damaging the kettle and refused to return my 2000 baht deposit. Despite my explanation, they were uncooperative and unsupportive. I was extremely disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. *Rating:* 1/10
