Gittiğimde ise klasik olarak fiyat farkı çıkardılar. Neyse bu önemli değil otelin ulaşımı çok sıkıntı. Çok aşağıda kalıyor yol sıkıntısı var yani araba girmesi ayrı sorun yaya gitsen yokuş çıkmak inmek ayrı sorun. Düzlükte aynı fiyata başka yerler daha iyi bence.
- AURELIO (10/5): Excelente en todo - El hotel es excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en otro de la misma categoría dos días antes y este hotel lo supera significativamente. Volvería sin duda. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado y el desayuno es muy variado, tipo buffet. Tiene recepción las 24 horas. Ayuda mucho en vuelos que llegan en la madrugada, como fue nuestro caso.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Mycket bättre än förväntat - Alltså det här hotellet o dess personal från reseptionist till städare o springpojken var en ny upplevelse! Super artiga o service-minded. Till skillnad från mina andra vistelser i Turkiet då personal brukar himla med ögonen när man be om nåt, tyggande om tips, hårda reaktioner när de inte förstår engelska etc var Mount Ararats personal så ödmjuka. Både varme och kyla fungerade i rummet. Hyfsat frukost med gott te. Kaffe o vatten alla dagar. Byter lakan varje dag om man vill det (jag tackade nej flera gånger). Hotellet har flera erbjudande. Jag gick på spa o var riktigt möjd så missa inte att fråga om det i receptionen. Det endan mindra bra med hotellet var ledningen som rökte i kontoret (inomhus, bredvid frukostsalen)

Atentos a que no nos faltasen botellas de agua. Desyuno totalmente turco, variedad. Hotel a 15 minutos andando de la mezquita azul, puedes desplazarte andando.Poco ruido, se duerme bien. Nos costó 40€/noche. Y volvería a repetir

- G M SHARIFUL (10/5): Nice Stay at Mount Ararat - Hotel Mount Ararat is a nice hotel, conveniently located near Sultan Ahmet and all the tourist spots therein. The Kupkapi bus and tram stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are very clean and staffs are well behaved. The arranged an airport transfer on payment for us as well.

- Mr Mohammed (6/5): - We had two standard double rooms booked, and upon arrival on the first night we were told that we have to stay in twin rooms as there is no double rooms available for that night even though it was pre-booked and the rest of the nights would be normal, so our first morning we had to rush and pack everything up again and wait for our originally booked rooms to be done which delayed us from leaving for our activities. One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and breakfast range was very limited so we only had breakfast for one morning out of the 5. Shower curtain is pretty small and kind of useless as a considerable amount of water still managed to spill onto the bathroom floor. Staff were decent and kind but on the last day we faced an inconvenience where the toilet flush had suddenly stopped working in my parents room and my mum has incontinence issues, when this was raised to the staff, they said there was nothing they could do except that theres a toilet downstairs which wasn't very helpful and uncomfortable as they couldn’t easily access the toilets when needed and due to the lack of privacy, this led to them resorting to use my room's toilet, luckily this was only the last night otherwise it would’ve been extremely difficult for both my parents and my husband and I. Also to note we could often smell cigarettes.

- Sohail (6/5): - I booked online double bed with garden view when I arrived at hotel that receptionist said we don't have that room you been selected he gave me in the basement full of mosquito next to kitchen so much noise i request to move my selected room he said we don't have room then I complaint to Expedia next morning they gave me room with 2 single beds rather than double bed when i refused he said later on we will give you but all night couldn't sleep so tiny bed morning I request them refund my money i don't want to stay then Manager came he gave me double bed room but that area was none smoking but peoples smoking frequently very bad smell coming our room complaint them not action being taken really not satisfied with Afghani receptionist he was very annoying person Turkish peoples were very nice and co-operative.

I really enjoyed the stay there and i will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Istanbul… Saheen you are a very hard working person and i truly respect you for that. - Ishrat (6/5): - Staff was amazing and very helpful, breakfast was not good at all every day they have lot of cheese not much option. Bed was not comfortable at all actually they join 2 single beds for a couple room which has a gap and remotes, phone and stuff was falling in the middle gap, toilet door was broken which was unlockable. Hotel is in amazing area, in the food street and walk able to main attractions like blue mosque and grand bazar.

- Elliot (8/5): - Nice staff. parking lot was adjacent and super cheap (200 Turkish liradan per day - same as the hourly rate just up the ill). Free breakfast. The building is a bit dated, but with a rate like that, super cheap, could not complain as it was near the water (Kumkapi), and within all the places we wanted to see (Museums just up the hill and to the east.... I would recommend this place I would.

- Sandip (6/5): - (1) The staff was friendly, however please be careful as you can be scammed easily by the restaurant service recommended by their staff. On my arrival which was almost midnight, I was hungry and asked for recommendations for something to eat nearby. I was told the hotel provides a free pick up and drop-off service to a restaurant which provides fresh food. So after they took me to the restaurant called BEYAZ TURIZM TURKEY, I was provided with a really expensive menu and their staff was trying to sell me lobster for the price of £136 and some drink which was equivalent to £150 total for a meal for one person. I said no I don't want a lobster then he recommended a fish and I was not able to say no in case they do not drop me back to my hotel as it was my first day in Istanbul and it was late as well. So I had to agree and the total price I paid for the fish was £49 which is really an expensive price for a one person meal in Istanbul. The food quality was not great and it tasted so pale. (2) The hotel do not allow any guests even though I booked it for 2 people as my friend wanted to come and see me whilst I was there. (3) Breakfast was good but its same stuff everyday which I had to eat for 5 days of my stay. (4) The toilet is not well maintained and some repair work is required. (5) Location is ok and you have to walk a lot of up and down hill. (6) Staff helped me with an app called in drive for taxi as I was scammed by taxi driver on my first day.

- Ismail (8/5): - Like I've said previously, the staff is what makes this hotel more homely. Jihaan, Abu bakr, kasray and even the cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel is a standard 3 star at best. You get what you pay for. The only thing I would say that needs improving is the breakfast. The eggs are limited to boiled eggs and scrambled eggs (when they can be bothered to make scrambled eggs). Decent clean rooms, old decor and humble layout.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Room not as described! - The room we were given was smaller then the one we initially booked. When it was training the ceiling was leaking water and the floor was full of water. We were given towels to dry the floor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

- Jana (6/5): - You can hear in your room everything what is going around-your neighbors, noise, you cannot control heater or air conditioner-have to ask personal to fix it all the time, Internet connection in the room very bad, one side going directly to Seaview, but it is on the highway. Personal nice and the rooms are clean., breakfast ok, I am vegetarian and I find everything for a good breakfast. Close to the grand bazaar and center. Be careful with your room key.-if you’re losing, you have to pay €10 for the new one.

- Robin Mitchell (8/5): - Very quiet and clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked and varied. Staff helpful and informative. Not set in the more touristic part of town, but that shouldn't put anyone off.
