- Shay (5/5): - This hotel is nice, but wouldn’t stay here again. The location isn’t really in the best spot, it’s close enough but not a good spot for easy access to everything. The value was probably the worst of our hotels through Vietnam. Very expensive for what you get. Staff were not very friendly unfortunately. Hotel bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor.

- Daydream55101434487 (6/5): I wouldn't recommend this hotel - I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We have been from Hanoi through to Ho Chi Minh, staying in many hotels and this was by far the worst. The rooms were small and badly laid out, although they were spotlessly clean and the bed's were comfortable. The male staff member in the rooftop bar had absolutely terrible customer service. He would just ignore you at times, get your order wrong at other times and he took forever to pour a drink. He was so frustrating we stopped going despite the pleasant setting. The restaurant food ordered from this bar was very average. The buffet breakfast was adequate, and the staff here were good. The reception staff seemed to speak very little English, despite being listed as an English speaking hotel. I therefore found the checking in and out process rather arduous due to the language barrier. We arrived an hour after check-in time and still had to wait a bit for our room to be ready and there were only hard wooden seats to sit on while waiting. The location seemed to be good and the door/bag attendents were good.

Breakfast was great with loads of options. The staff were very welcoming It would have been great to stay here for our whole stay in HCM.

L'ensemble du personnel (sauf les bagagistes très gentils et souriants et un réceptionniste parlant le français). Sinon, pas un sourire, pas un bonjour, pas un merci....on a été qu'une carte bleue. Et quand l'on s'adresse à vous c'est avec un ton vraiment désagréable. Donc pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile...et surtout à ce prix. En résumer le pire 4 étoile en 30 ans de voyage....

- U3437JMmarie (2/5): NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! - NOT worth the money!!! We arrived on December 31 stayed until January 4. When we arrived the reception was unplesant, on the edge to rude! We felt we had to excuse ourselves for wanting to check in. The bedsheets did not get changed during our four nights. The dishes were never removed from the room, we had to do that ourselves. We had to pay for a small face towel they did not manage to clean upon checkout. Seriously!!! Crazy!!! Never exoerienced this before, and this is supposed to be a high end hotel??? The rooms are of high standard, the location is good. But NOT worth staying here. The management of this hotel needs to think again and do it right! The customer should be the management focus.

Despite having a clear confirmation email and direct messages from the hotel through the app showing the correct 1-night stay, the hotel’s system was never updated. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge my proof, claiming that messages via Booking.com are “not official.” I was forced to pay for two nights. This is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. Avoid this hotel if you want honest service.

- Trà (7/5): - Vị trí tốt, có nhiều hàng ăn uống xung quanh. Khách sạn khá đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ổn, trà chiều ngon Nhân viên buồng phòng, bellman khá dễ chịu, nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Tuy nhiên nhân viên nam ở lễ tân tạo cảm giác không thật sự thân thiện. Booking và khách sạn nên xem lại chính sách trả phí để check in sớm (từ 12h) và check out (vào 13h) muộn. Mặc dù tôi đã lựa chọn Booking chứ không phải app khác vì có chính sách như vậy tại khách sạn này, tuy nhiên khi đến check in, lễ tân ban đầu tỏ thái độ và nói Khách sạn không có chính sách này, sau đó trao đổi tôi vẫn có thể check in sớm và đến ngày check out cũng giục khách hối hả check out đúng 12h.

- 776joh (2/5): Disappointing stay, made worse by face towel scam - Please do not stay here. We were booked in by an agency after a last minute change of plan. On check out the manager accused us of stealing two face towels. He was very aggressive and we ended up having to pay to leave the hotel. It wasn’t much - but really left us feeling upset. If I had been on my own I would have been really upset: I have read since this is a common scam. But disappointed to see it in a hotel like this. Apart from this the stay was fine. Room was pretty standard and it had a nice pool. We ate there one night as we arrived very late. Food was very poor / suggest go out as lots of great places within an easy walk .

It’s not a large hotel, but rooms on the upper floors you get a bit of a view, and the pool and bar area on the top floor are really nice and with a nice view especially at sunset to relax after a long day. We also liked the breakfast room a lot. The staff was very helpful and nice.

- Stefanie (9/5): - Gut gefiel uns die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum im 16. Stock. Es gab außerdem eine ansprechende Mischung aus lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Das Zimmer und der Fitnessraum waren eher klein, hatten aber alles Notwendige. Pool und Bar im obersten Stock sind ansprechend gestaltet. Die Walking Street ist ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, bei der Kathedrale Notre Dame ist man in wenigen Gehminuten. Die lauten Türen waren durch die eher hellhörigen Wände oft zu hören. Das zugehörige Café ist relativ teuer.
