- Rachel (4/5): Avoid Street-Facing Rooms At All Costs - While interior rooms at this property may be fine, I advise against booking any room facing the street. We chose this property because it advertised soundproofing, but that did not match our experience. Every night of our five-night stay, we were repeatedly woken up between 12:30 AM and 2:30 AM by extremely loud noise outside our window. The soundproofing was insufficient to block out the nightly disruption. I contacted management during the stay. While responsive, they stated that external noise is beyond their control and maintained that the unit is soundproof. Additionally, the shower design caused water to flood the bathroom floor during every use. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this property for a quiet or restful stay.

- Conor (10/5): Amazing Guest House located 5 minutes from the Colosseum - This property is amazing. It is so close to the Colosseum, roughly only a 5 minute walk. The room itself was spotless with a lovely big bed and en-suite facility. The room could be cleaned every day if we desired which is a very nice bonus. And I must say the host was amazing. Very good communication and he even allowed us to store our bags as our flight was not until much after check-out. I would 110% stay again!!! Nil of note.

We have the balcony room with the view and it was lovely. Room was clean and all facilities worked well. Staff were also informative and easy to contact and quick to respond. Would highly recommend! Nothing!

Very easy description to get into room for the first time. No issues. Lots of restaurants, shops etc within close walking distance. If you needed a taxi, they was always one near. Everything was very clean and tidy in the room, and nice big bathroom with bidet. Room was tidied every day by housekeeping and towels were plenty. Bed was comfortable with extra comfey pillows - I had no complaints with this hotel at all. No issues with sound either. I would recommend and stay here again. I really liked everything - no complaints with the hotel at all.

Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war einfach, wir konnten unser Gepäck sowohl bei Ankunft und vor Abreise zwischenlagern. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind bekommt man vom Trubel der Straßen nichts mit. Die Klimaanlage ist vor allem im Sommer super! Wir würden wiederkommen!

Finding the entrance to the property was difficult and is stressful when you've just arrived in the city. We tried to contact the owners during our stay to arrange something for us. The literature said that they would be available at any time- but we ha no reply.

Гарна локація, всюди можна дойти пішки Є класним плюсом те що у коридорі є кулір з водою, а в номері тара куди ти можеш набрати для себе воду, це прям топ. Дуже привітний персонал, який завжди йде на зустріч і максимально хоче допомогти За свою ціною просто топ, обов’язково ще повернемось🫂

It permitted us to walk to the majority of sites. We would definitely stay there again and stay there as well. You truly felt the essence of Rome in this guest house.

- Kayla (10/5): It was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, the place was quiet no one bothered us and loved the location. - The location was perfect! Easy to walk straight to the colosseum. Was easy to get taxis and navigate around the city. Plus very quiet, we could hear nothing from our room which was perfect. It was a bit sketchy when we first got there but once you get upstairs it was very nice. Definitely makes you feel safe having to buzz into two doors before we get to your room.

My one IMPORTANT tip: Make sure the hotel manager knows exactly when you’re getting there because he will need to let you in. (He’s not on site.) I gave our arrival time, but I didn’t follow up to make sure he knew, so he wasn’t there when we arrived. We were SO fortunate that other guests just happened to return after about 5 minutes of us pressing the button. They let us is and we were able to contact the manager via What’s App once we had WiFi indoors. I don’t know what we would have done if they didn’t come along!

The location is great next to the colosseum and the street is full of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. The hosts send all the needed details by whatsapp and is friendly and easily accessible. The apartment is in a building with an old elevator that was difficult to handle but what compensates is that the apartment itself is new and well renovated.

The location is perfect as well. Walking distance to all the major historic sites and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend Dimora ai Fori.

- Rona Gail (10/5): - It was a bed and breakfast type of place. No breakfast offered but the place is clean and very accessible to everything, especially the Colosseum. Fabricio, the host, is very responsive. We were looking for a place where we can immerse with the locals — and we found the perfect spot! We will stay here again!

- Ian (9/5): Lovely stay - Loved the host who reminded us of our Auntie Lucy. Could almost see the Coliseum as we were that close. Restaurants within 2 mins walk and the metro only 5 min away. The old building was amazing and we especially liked the old fashioned lift. These were in sharp contrast to the lovely modern room. The room was immaculate and the complimentary bottle of prosecco and free water fountain were nice touches. Whilst breakfast was included it was a few doors away and only consisted of a coffee and croissant but the host was nice.

- David (10/5): - Excellent communications with the owner. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to most major attractions in Rome. It is tlin the city center so if absolute quiet is what you need then this is not your place. We had no issues sleeping though. We expected a bustling city atmosphere and that is what it is.
- James (10/5): - This is essentially a set of catered apartments and definitely not a hotel, but it's centrally located and reasonable in price. The staff (I met only one factotum) was very helpful. We didn't have a room with a view but if you can reserve in time to get one, it ought to be wonderful.
