• S A Ali (2/5): Not a regular hotel. More of a Bar. - Hardly anything to mention. This is not a regular hotel as expected. They looked more interested in promoting the property as a bar rather than a hotel. Since we were expecting a regular hotel we could not adjust to the atmosphere at all. Our room was less than 8 ft wide. With a 6ft bed we had to manouver our way to cross the bed on the other side "without bumping on the TV". That was a CONSTANT STRUGGLE and not what we PAID FOR. There were no water bottles provided. Although they had free tea making on the 2nd and 3rd floor but the water was so cold that it failed the purpose entirely. WE HAD TO DRINK COLD TEA THROUGHOUT OUR STAY. All in all quite a bad experience for us.

• MoKa2006 (7/5): Gut erreichbares Hotel wenn man mit dem Zug anreist - Die gute Lage zum Bahnhof. Die Regendusche war super. Es war ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Zwischen Bett und TV Gerät war ein sehr, sehr schmaler Weg. Man musste sich quasi seitwärts durchschlängeln um auf die andere Seite des Bettes gehen zu können. Auch war die Dusche nur über das WC zu erreichen.

• Britta (4/5): - Sehe zentrale Lage Sehr unpersönlich!!! Personal, bis auf die Blonde Dame heute vormittag, sehr unfreundlich und wortkarg. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. 8.20 Uhr war kein Brot mehr da. Dies wurde auch innerhalb der nächsten 60 Minuten nicht aufgefüllt. Kaffeespezialitäten müssen an der Theke bestellt und abgeholt werden. Das kennen wir aus keinem anderen Ruby. Tisch wurde an beiden Tagen nicht abgeräumt. Da diese sehr klein sind mussten wird es anderweitig abstellen. Betätigung der elektrischen Fenster und Rollos ist ein Glücksspiel. Mal geht's, mal nicht. Selbe Problem bei der Klimaanlage. Auch wenn wir häufig in München sind, hier nicht nochmal !

No hotel, reception. The bar tender is basically the receptionist. No fair on them or us. I didn't like that there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

• Denize (2/5): Desorganização e pessimo atendimento, cobrança indevida. - Boas acomodações . Cuidado com este hotel ! Reservei e paguei no site da booking uma diaria com cafe da manhã incluído. As funcionarias em serviço no dia 10 de maio de 2026 pela manhã me cobraram novamente o valor de 48 euros que seria do café para 2 pessoas, mesmo apos eu comprovar a reserva feita na booking com café incluido. A funcionaria “in charge “ do front desk disse que no sistema do hotel não constava o pagamento e se recusou a ligar para a booking para resolver a situação. Estou tentando agora um reembolso pela booking.

No kittle is available at the coffee/tea section; the hot water is a hot tap water which makes doesn't produce good coffee or tea & give unpleasant taste; this creates non conveniance.

All staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the bar/reception/breakfast area a comfortable place to sit. Great roof terace too. Bathroom set up. Not much privacy. There are tea/coffee making facilities on each floor with a 'hot tap' which wasn't very hot.

Ottima colazione. Non amo il concetto di bagno con doccia a vetri e lavabo in camera. Prezzo piuttosto alto (ma allineato agli standard di Monaco)

• Friederike (9/5): - Die Lage ist natürlich direkt am Bahnhof perfekt. Die Einrichtung in der Hotel Lobby/Bar ist cool und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Dachterasse und auch der kleine Seitenbalkon in den Innenhof raus (bei der Bar) sind mega.Dort am Nachmittag sitzen und lesen, etwas Trinken..... hab ich schon wirklich sehr genossen und mich richtig gut entspannt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und ich hatte dort wirklich einen guten Aufenthalt. Für mich stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz. Für knapp 200,- die Nacht hätte ich schon gern das Frühstück inklusive, oder eine Minibar und ein wenig mehr Platz im Zimmer wäre auch angenehmer gewesen. Ich konnte meinen Koffer nicht verstauen und kaum öffnen..... Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, ich habe mich wie gesagt sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Henrik (5/5): Pettymys hyvällä sijainnilla. - Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamiainen monipuolinen. Hotellia oli hajustettu ilmeisesti lähes kauttaaltaan, mikä ei ollut hyvä. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtui self service tabletin avulla mutta sen näyttöä ei henkilökunta näyttänyt puhdistaneen pitkään aikaan eikä puhdistusainetta ollut saatavilla. Pyynnöstä huolimatta vastaanottohenkilö ei puhdistanut näyttöä. Meille ehdotettiin myös kolmen yön siivouspalveluiden vaihtoa yhteensä kahteen drinkkilippuun... WOW-huoneessa ei käytännössä ollut mitään hyllysäilytystilaa vaatteille vaikka huonetta mainostettiin sopivaksi pitempäänkin visiittiin. Koko kolme yötä kestäneen vierailun ajan piti siis elää lattialla säilytettävästä matkalaukusta. Matkailijan kannalta kaappitila on paljon tärkeämpää kuin vahvistin lainattavissa olevalle sähkökitaralle tai verhot sängyn päädyssä! Peseytymisratkaisut olivat myös enemmän näyttäviä kuin käytännöllisiä, lavuaari eteisessä ja suihku-wc lasikopissa huoneen nurkassa.
• Jörg (7/5): Im Herzen des Bahnhofsviertel gelegene hippe Unterkunft fürLiebhaber. - Das Zimmer war großzügig und hell, große Dusche. Die Lage Instanz zum Bahnhof und Stachus. Das Personal war freundlich. Zimmer lassen sich nicht richtig abdunkeln, Geräuschpegel bei offenen Fenster hoch, Klimaanlage kühlte nicht unter 21. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist nah, das Umfeld aber eher unschön.

• Ana (2/5): Do not recommend - The room is OK. The location is very central. This was one of my worst experiences in hotels. The reception is a bar and you're supposed to check in on your own on a tablet. The staff is not really warm as you expect in a 4 star hotel. Due to a flight cancellation I had to arrive a night later but I warned the hotel via Booking that I would arrive a night later and I was told it was not a problem. When I arrived, the bar staff said my reservation was cancelled and that I would receive a refund of the money I had already paid for the whole reservation. Luckily there was still an available room but I would have to pay again. This was a 5 night reservation, not that inexpensive to be paying double. This took over one hour to solve in the bar-reception. The staff tries to help and manage as they can but they have absolutely no power, EVERYTHING needs to be run by some entity that is never around in the hotel. Everything that you ask the staff related to reservations, invoices, or anything related to your stay and not the bar is received with little sympathy. Besides this, I asked on Booking messages, and again via email and onsite for a VAT number on my invoice. Again, the staff says it will be sent (by the powerful and far away entity) on the check out day. No surprise, they sent the invoice without VAT number... Another email I had to send. Overall, for a 5 day stay I had to exchange numerous emails and spend double the money. They indeed refunded the first payment, but even though I ended up only staying for 4 nights, but still the "new" reservation was the exact same price as for 5 nights. The building is OK and the room is decent but I don't get the concept. My room had 2 expensive Marshall speakers for music, but no kettle (you have that in a common area on the corridors). Overall, very difficult for business trips as the invoice system is a mess, the communication is terrible and the "desk" in the room is super tiny - basically the laptop doesn't fit.
