Apart from one small issue we encountered during our stay — which the team handled promptly, courteously, and to our full satisfaction — we have nothing but positive things to say. The management's willingness to take ownership of the matter, their professional approach, and the goodwill they demonstrated were truly appreciated and reaffirmed our confidence in the property.
We would happily consider staying at Aeria Apartments again on future visits to London, and we would gladly recommend it to others, particularly families travelling together.

- Hamed (9/5): We had a pleasant stay and a great overall experience. - Everything was excellent and exactly as shown in the Booking listing photos and description. The apartment was newly built and had an excellent heating system. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. A good washing machine, dishwasher, and iron were all available. The stove and ventilation worked perfectly. The location was excellent with very convenient access, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafés around the apartment. The apartment does not have a vacuum cleaner, and for stays longer than three days, dust can become a bit bothersome. Only a small handheld broom is available. The kitchenware is somewhat limited for a family, and the quality of the pots and pans is quite basic.

- Oksana (8/5): Great location and facilities - The apartment was spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, and centrally located. It also offered modern design, newly refurbished rooms, large bathroom and good central heating.
The location was superb: in Bloomsbury, not far from Soho and Covent Garden. We did not have to use the public transport for most of our walks in the centre, including Oxford Street shopping, not to mention the visit to the British Museum. Grocery shopping has been equally easy: there was M&S food shop virtually next door.
The building has a lift, security doors, and garbage disposal bins in the cellar. The few negative comments refer to some misunderstanding with the personnel (we were wrongly charged for the late check-out, and it took us some time to clarify), and the sagging bed mattress.

- Mowahad (7/5): - Amazing size. Perfect for a few people staying over The fact I got charged £115 for being locked out the apartment and told locksmith would have to come out when in fact someone came into the cleaners cabinet downstairs and retrieved the spare key
- Margene (10/5): In 40 years of coming to London, this was the most comfortable stay that we have ever had in London. - Breakfast wasn’t included. We went to Tesco and ate in every morning. Walk in shower didn’t produce cold water. Although I mentioned this on WhatsApp our second day, there was no response. Also, we had trouble opening and locking the sun room windows. But otherwise, we loved the flat and hope to rent it again next summer.

- T (8/5): - Excellent location, and the penthouse is very spacious. The bathroom was a highlight, and I would definitely stay here again. The penthouse felt cold during our winter stay. Even after increasing the temperature, it warmed up very slowly, likely because of the winter weather in London.

- Gayatri (10/5): - Outstanding experience at Aeria Whitfield - absolutely no complaints. Communication was fast and efficient, and the flat was incredibly spotless and well-equipped. Location and access to food and transport is excellent. Would most definitely stay there again - thank you so much Aeria!
- Felin (4/5): Not pleasant - The location was very convenient and pleasant. You could easily walk to Oxford Street, and there were also plenty of small shops and amenities just a 5-minute walk away. Upon arrival, the room was not very clean. The kitchen table was dirty, and the bathroom was also not properly cleaned. We’re not overly picky, so we wiped things down ourselves with a cloth.
The biggest issue, however, which truly made our stay unpleasant, was the extreme heat in the apartment. To make it even somewhat bearable, we had to keep the windows wide open, but even then the temperature at night was still uncomfortable and unbearable. We slept very poorly all three nights because of the heat.
We contacted Aeria Apartments about this, but they repeatedly told us to turn off the thermostat—something we had already done multiple times. The heat seemed to be coming from the building itself, as the hallways were also extremely hot. Unfortunately, no one came by to help or investigate the issue. Overall, this was very disappointing and had a major negative impact on our stay.
- Joseph (10/5): - How fortunate we were to stay at the Whitfield Street Residences. We had reason to be in London for social reasons and Fitzrovia specifically for business and the location was absolutely perfect. The apartments are very spacious for this part of town where the price of square footage is some of the highest in the world. The apartment was spotless and done out to a really high spec. It was also incredibly peaceful. The light was fantastic too. Huge beautiful double glazed windows with great roller blinds in all of them including a good black out blind in the bedroom. The process was fully self-serve but the team were so easy to contact whenever we had questions before we checked in. This was a great find and we felt both lucky and spoiled in such a lovely property in Prime Central London.

Soho und selbst Piccadilly Circus sind fußläufig ereichbar und eine Bus Station gleich um den Block. Etliche Restaurants sind ebenfalls weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bieten eine gute kulinarische Auswahl. Die Lage ist gleichwohl für eine Stadt vergleichweise ruhig, mit nur sehr wenig Verkehr um das Haus herum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei einem günstigeren Preis wieder buchen Der Preis ist sehr hoch. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte stärker sein. Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist zudem für weniger gelenkige Menschen sicher eine kleine Herausforderung. Das Bett ist für zwei Personen etwas knapp bemessen.

Need to pay £20 per hour for early check-in and that too depends upon their house keeping.... so we waited at Kings Cross till 3.45pm to take Uber to apartment which essentially was a waste of our time.
- Tiago (10/5): Excellent duplex in central London - Duplex apartment very well remodelled and decorated. We like everything, from the entrance of the building, the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, beds. The location is quite acceptable, there is a relatively close subway, supermarkets and restaurants. For the main attractions are 15/20 minutes on foot or subway that is nearby. Impeccable check-in process, they sent videos explaining how everything works on the property. We like everything, I only leave a suggestion if we have more crockery and cutlery. We have breakfast at home and miss some crockery and small utensils.

Balcony of the penthouse is awasome. Lots of light. Place is very clean and looks brand new. Good value for a small family. Low water pressure in the showers.
Missing some basics such as extra toilet paper, laundry detergant, dish soap, extra kitchen towel, basic cooking products such as salt and pepper, oil, etc.

- Aiman (10/5): Lovely property in Central London - I recently stayed at this lovely property in London and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of luxury that made my stay even more enjoyable. I found the check-in time to be unreasonably late and the check-out time too early. This inflexibility was a bit inconvenient compared to other properties I've stayed in.

The dobblebed in one of the rooms was too small. The ventilation in one of the rooms could not be turned off and made to much "wind" in the room during the night.

Just understand that it will be like your house so everything would be self service. The check in process is all through emails so after booking there will be an email verification and then you will get your apartment details by email. Great place. Wished id stayed there more instead of booking a hotel for the other leg of my trip. NA

Close to Covent Gdns Theatre and Shops. - We wanted an apartment to do some washing and cook a meal as we had been travelling for 3 weeks. It was clean and reasonably well appointed. We were able to prepare breakfast and had a meal in (there was a supermarket near by). It was very quiet and once we got the hang of transport, it was well located. Plenty of room and light. Maybe a few more coffee pods as we were staying for 5 nights.

Well designed. Well equipped with every kind of amenity and appliance that you can think of. Neat and chic interior design makes you not want to leave the flat!
Location is extremely convenient.

Just a small suggestion to have a small shelf or table inside the bathroom where you can put your tolietteries.

- Shayamal (4/5): No hot water and service was poor. - The apartment is beautiful and located in an amazing place. It was clean. We had no hot water for two days and for almost a day, even the heating was off.
- Martin (5/5): A great shame. So let down by bad brown goods, no heating and no hot water. and - Location and some of the facilities. The fact that we had no hot water for showers on the first day and none on the morning of the second day so could not shower!!
The heating was too cold throughout the entire apartment and it could not be changed or increased in temperature.
The apartment is meant for 4 people yet there was only one sofa for two people to sit on.
The
Microwave was only 600watt and the smallest one I had ever seen.
