- Leutrim (4/5): Leider enttäuschend und keine Empfehlung wert. - Die Lage zum Strand war gut und auch der Strand war gut abgegrenzt. Die liegen mit den Matratzen waren sehr bequem und man hatte auch Schatten, wenn man den haben wollte. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und immer das gleiche, also sehr enttäuschend. Außerdem war die Auswahl nicht sehr groß, zu Beginn des Urlaubs gab es nicht mal Schilder am Essen. Das ist für jemand der kein Schwein ist natürlich schwer herauszufinden was was ist.

Le bois les baies en aluminium noires, les plantes donne une ambiance chaleureuse. L'espace SPA au sous sol est aussi très agréable. La gentillesse du personnel complète parfaitement ce cadre magnifique. La piscine intérieure était un peu fraîche. Il manquait des dosettes de nescafé et du thé pour profiter d'une boisson chaude sur le balcon.

- Roy (1/5): Slechte bedden, sauna dicht ivm storing - Het was schoon. Matrassen waren heel zacht, verwacht je niet van zo'n hotel. Slaapbank was oncomfortabel. Maar het ergste was dat de sauna (de reden waarom we dit hotel kozen) dicht was tot 1 oktober. Het hele hoogseizoen. Op 2 oktober zou de sauna om 10 uur open gaan, dat werd 11 uur, vervolgens 17(!) uur en toen kregen we te horen dat hij helemaal niet meer open ging ivm technische problemen.

- Steffen (8/5): Anbefales - men dårlig mulighet for sen utsjekk. - Vi skulle ankomme natt til lørdag, hadde ringt og gitt beskjed til hotellet, da vi ankom sto de klar og vi fikk nøkkel og kunne gå rett opp og i seng. Vi opplevd veldig hyggelig personale, foruten den ene resepsjonist, hun var ikke serviceminded. Men ellers var alle søte og smilende. Vi spurte om det var mulig å sjekke ut seint, skjønner at de skal gjøre rommet klar for andre (det var snakk om 3t fra utsjekk til vi skulle reise), fikk beskjed om at vi kunne betale 70€ (noe jeg synes var helt vildt for 3t, for at vi kunne ha våre ting stående og ta en dusj før avreise) så vi droppet det og fant en løsning med å dusje ved doene som hørte til poolen, noe som gikk greit, men vannet var kaldt og det var litt mye styr. Aldri opplevd før å ikke kunne sjekke ut sent andre steder. Frokosten var helt greit, man skal være oppmerksom på at du ikke får brød og sånn ting. Men jeg synes det var veldig godt og spennende. Vi spiste middag på hotellet den ene kvelden og det var utrolig lekkert, og prisen var 👌 Det lå et pizzaria rett overfor hotellet som vi spiste lunsj fra og middag den ene kveld. Det var helt perfekt. Vi kjøpte smultringer (nylaget) med sjokoladesaus og jordbærsaus fra en vogn da gikk rundt på stranden. Det var en super snack til den søtetann. Det lå også en liten butikk rett overfor hotellet som hadde alt du ellers hadde behov for. Så alt i alt et fantastisk opphold og anbefales

- Martene (10/5): - We stayed one night at the end of our Albania road trip and had a wonderful experience – smooth check-in, spacious room with an amazing sea view, lovely pool with direct beach access. We enjoyed the sunset and cocktails in the roof top bar and then a fantastic à la carte dinner with outstanding service from Ajni. There was a plentiful, delicious buffet breakfast before heading to the airport.

Aucune aide sur ce qu'il y a faire aux alentours. Un hôtel qui ressemble plus à un "all inclusive". Un petit déjeuner digne d'une cantine, ou il fut faire la queue pour la seule et unique machine à café... Un personnel masculin très peu avenant au restaurant de l'hôtel si vous avez un problème ou une question, je n'y suis allé qu'une seule fois tellement l'expérience a été mauvaise. Plage très sale malgré la bonne volonté du plagiste, on est très loin du pavillon bleu. Une location de voiture à partir de la réception payable en cash et sans demander le permis de conduire et sans contrat de location. Utilisation du service transfert hôtel vers aéroport à fuire!!! Vitesse de 140km/h au lieu de 40....

- Dimitri (8/5): Bien sans plus - Nous étions dans une suite à 3, confortable belle vue. L’hôtel est globalement moderne. Personnel sympathique mais pas hyper anglophone. L’hôtel est bien situé voit de côté pas le plus fréquenté. Tout ce qu’il fait dans la route à l’arrivée en termes de restaurants, magasins, change etc.. (le change de l’hôtel n’est pas mauvais). Le restaurant est bon. Piscine ok. Dans les choses moins positives, la mer n’est pas très belle (pas hyper bien entretenue et l’eau en soit paraît sale du fait du remou du sable et des herbes), en août (et peut être hors août) boum boum musical à proximité, les fenêtres fermées ne suffisent pas, petit dej très lambda pour un hôtel de ce genre. Mais avec des formules « all inclusive » sans doute la qualité est ce qu’elle est. Séjour globalement positif mais pas sur d’y revenir

- Tone (9/5): God mat, hyggelig personell, fantastisk utsikt og god stemning. - Frokosten var grei. Beliggenhet var helt fantastisk. Rett ved strand og hadde et rent og fint badebasseng, med masse plass. Maten i restaurant er verdt et besøk for det var et av de bedre vi fant i område. Foretrekker du det litt rolig er dette det perfekte hotell. Helt lystett fra andre rom, behagelig live musikk( kun helger) og en roof top bar hvor du kan sitte å nyte solnedgang uten høy party faktor. Masse liv i område rundt hotellet, så man går ikke glipp av noe, men på Eter kunne man trekke seg tilbake for litt ro. Anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste. Egentlig ingenting. Eneste var at vi kun fikk en nøkkel, som gjorde at vi måtte planlegge oss i mellom, mem tror det var på grunn av at et parti av nøkler hadde sluttet å virke. Så det er ikke sikkert dette er vedvarende.
- Elvira (8/5): Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, tolle Lage, nicht sehr motiviertes Personal. - Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel. Die Reinigungsdamen waren sehr freundlich und haben jeden Tag die Zimmer gemacht, Badetücher gewechselt etc. ! Perfekte Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, feiner Sandstrand und sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, gar keine Abwechslung. Die Speisen waren nicht angeschrieben, jeder ist nicht alles. Servicepersonal beim Frühstück nicht sehr freundlich, sie haben nicht mal gegrüßt. Das ist ein Spa Hotel aber der Spa Bereich war geschlossen.
- Julia (8/5): - Excellent modern style hotel with very good facilities re pool and private beach area. Corner suite served as family room with main bedroom with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Bar good value cocktails - beer which you could have by pool more expensive but ok. Top end prices but facilities and style seemed superior to those around. Pool area clean and smart. Lots of sun beds. For the price and level of hotel the breakfast was a bit chaotic - not enough cups etc. hot food was cold. No towels provided for the pool would have expected as did get at lower rated hotels. I had to ask at 9.45 a.m. whether the pool (said to open at 8) was ready. Still had cleaning pipes in. The beach bit was narrow with only 3-4 rows of beds but that was available sand-wise. What I did not like was service and attitude of bar staff. I paid my bar bill in cash (4 drinks). However I had a call to my room from reception and I confirmed I had paid it drinks. There was then a knock on door from bar manager at 10.30 pm. I was upset at being told I had not paid. I then complained to reception they said was a misunderstanding. Even so I have never been to a hotel where a bar staff member came to my room at 10.30. My children were asleep I was in my pyjamas! If they knew my room they knew I was there the next day and could have asked me in the morning. This really did spoil my stay and this was a big treat for my family to be in such a hotel for two days. This was not what I was expecting from such a highly rated hotel and very disappointing.

Er werd wel keurig geharkt, maar er werd niets opgeruimd. Veel personeel van het hotel kon nauwelijks Engels en hadden volgens mij van hospitality nog nooit gehoord. Ze deden wel hun ding, maar nooit met een lach...

- Metin (7/5): Das Hotel hat sicherlich Potenzial, aber aktuell gibt es einige Mängel im Service und in der Ausstattung, die dringend b - Die Lage ist top. Zimmer und Umgebung ist sauber. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. • Die Laminatböden in unserem Zimmer waren stellenweise beschädigt, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich schmälert. • Die Türen quietschten stark – vergleichbar mit sehr alten Türen – was gerade nachts störend war. • Der Pool öffnete teils erst um 9 oder 10 Uhr, obwohl viele Gäste bereits ab 8 Uhr vor Ort waren – hier wäre eine klarere und frühere Regelung wünschenswert. • Ein bestimmter Kellner (ca. 1,75 m groß, kurze Haare, meist schwarze Handschuhe) fiel leider durch sehr arrogantes Verhalten auf und konnte keine normalen, höflichen Antworten geben. • Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: Die Auswahl war gering, und die vorhandenen Speisen waren oft schlecht zubereitet.

- Michael (8/5): Great hotel with higher potential - needs to get rid of some entitled staff - Good facilities, very good location, all new and high quality. The beach is close and pristine, a bit grassy at times, but really good. The breakfast is OK, not great but offers choices. The rooftop pool is stunning - a must do. For staff, the general rule is that the girls are much more attentive than the lads, and a lot more communicative. I had to instruct them and catch their attention by shouting. They need training and even education. The breakfast is OK - not really worth the price and also not satisfying. The night reception staff hardly speaks any English. What really disturbs me is the attitude of the entitled staff members and guests towards foreign guests: whether it’s not respecting someone’s privacy, ignoring guests wishing to order, in the middle of a discussion: as soon as someone older Albanian shows up, they catch all the attention by shouting and being disrespectful - this might work for some, and in some cheap all inclusive places, but not in a hotel that labels itself as boutique at that price range.

- Ervin (6/5): The beach was disappointing, and the fitness facilities were lacking. Otherwise, a very nice hotel. - The cleaning staff, Rrushe and Netlija, were very friendly and always asked if everything was okay in the room and if anything was missing. The restaurant was excellent in terms of flavor. I highly recommend the fish "Dentale" as well as the Tagliate. The room was always tidy and clean. The breakfast tasted rather bland and lacked real flavor. The SPA was advertised as being available, but it was closed. Furthermore, there were promotional materials on-site outside promoting the SPA, even though it was closed. When I made the booking four months ago, there was no information indicating that the SPA area would be closed. A waiter from the restaurant brought us food but forgot the cutlery. We didn't notice him at first, and he entered our room without consent, which I found unacceptable. If my girlfriend had been in the shower, I would have reacted differently, but I chose to ignore the incident.
- Adele (8/5): 1st family holiday in Albania & 1st impressions are good, we will be back to Albania 🇦🇱 - The beach front location of the property was perfect walking distance to all resort amenities. Small property that’s well maintained & clean. All staff we came in contact with were friendly. Room was spacious and all facilities worked well. Views from superior room were amazing as they were over the beach. These things didn’t affect our enjoyment but are things to improve on perhaps for other guests. No tea & coffee in room although facilities were there. All the basics were there for breakfast there was no signage on the breakfast buffet to indicate what everything was. For example the type of sausage on the hot buffet, what type of jam was on offer, the types of cold meats etc. A toaster & perhaps a fresh egg station would be good additions for the future. Also late flight provisions perhaps you could offer warm showers. We had to use the showers & changing rooms near the pool and when we reported the shower cold no one seemed to care. The spa facilities had other showers that were locked and not being used. Perhaps they may have been warm??!!.

- Pia Dam (9/5): Superfint hotel - God beliggenhed tæt på mange restauranter. Flot udsigt fra værelserne. Lækker roof top terrace med mulighed for køb af drinks, mens man nyder solnedgangen, som er megaflot. Fint udvalg af morgenmad. Hotellet har egen strand med gratis liggestole men stranden er ikke den bedste.

- Musa (6/5): Schönes Hotel mit schlechten Strand - - Sauber - Grosse Zimmer - Direkt am Meer - Am Hotelstrand wird sehr viel Seegras angespült. Diese mussten vom Bagger geräumt werden weil es so viel ist.

- José (8/5): Muito agradável. Com potencial para evoluir - A localização era excelente para quem gosta de praia. O restaurante à carta era muito bom, com uma oferta de qualidade e boa apresentação. Os funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, apesar de apenas uma pequena parte falar inglês. O pequeno almoço era fraco. Faltavam coisas básicas como pratos, copos e talheres, apesar de não haver sobrelotação do hotel. O pão era de fraca qualidade e não havia uma simples torradeira.
- Vivivakim (6/5): Correct mais je ne le recommande pas - L'hôtel est plutôt joli et bien décoré. La literie est confortable. La chambre spacieuse. Le parking à l'ombre de l'hôtel est très bien. L'emplacement est très bien juste en face d'une épicerie. La réception ouverte 24h/24. Le personnel à l'accueil était agréable sauf lors de notre check-in à 5h. La veille les filles de l'accueil nous ont proposé une box à emporter pour le petit déj que nous n'allions pas pouvoir prendre compte tenu de l'heure de départ. Nous avons trouvé cela très bien mais ce matin nous avons été reçus par un homme à moitié en pyjama qui regardait son téléphone à fond tellement il n'a pas entendu l'ascenseur de notre arrivée. Quand je lui ai demandé les box rien n'était prêt. Il semblait agacé par ma demande du coup nous avons demandé 2 cafés à emporter. Il était complètement perdu. J'ai dû revenir pour qu'il nous ouvre la barrière. Le frigo de la chambre faisait de l'eau sans cesse, la porte qui sépare les 2 chambres touchait le sol tout comme celle du placard du frigo. Le personnel de service du jamais vu : pas un seul ne dit bonjour. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais sans plus on s'attendait à beaucoup mieux : plus de céréales pour enfant, plus de yaourt. Une lenteur du personnel de service exceptionnel sauf pour vous prendre l'assiette qui n'est pas terminée. Les clients mettent leur serviette sur les transats sans pour autant venir de suite mais personne ne dit rien. Les femmes de ménage rentrent dans la chambre sans attendre d'y être invitées. Mon mari était dans la salle de bain je les ai arrêtées à temps avant qu'elles n'ouvrent la porte. La musique des concerts du soir était beaucoup trop forte. Bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Vu le prix on s'attendait à un service de meilleure qualité.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht einladend gewesen, wobei das Restaurant gutes Essen á la carte anbietet. Eine Mitreisende war Vegetarierin und hat Zöliakie, leider war das Hotel sehr unflexibel bei der Bitte um eine kleine Änderung einer Speise oder beim Zubereiten eines rein vegetarischen Salats, das reichte so weit, dass sie nicht bereit waren beim Risotto einfach die Garnele nicht dazuzugeben, obwohl wir angeboten haben, den vollen Preis zu bezahlen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen und werde es auch nicht mehr buchen.
- Rune (6/5): 3 ikke 4 stjerner - Helt ok hotell, men dette er ikke et 4 stjernes hotell. Treningsrommet er mikroskopisk og alt utstyret med unntak av noen små vekter 1-5 kg er ødelagt. Spa opplegget var aldri åpnet på en uke. Ingen lunch meny, stor variasjon på hovedrettene i restauranten. Noen var så små at det var latterlig. Ok basseng og strand.
