- wai sar (8/5): it's a place that makes you feel at home. - This is my second stay at INFINI SUITES. What I love most is the host's service attitude-friendly,responsible and efficient. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around.Room is clean and the view from the window is beautifu.Also,the room has my favorite TV BOX,easy to use,so i can watch great shows when not out. The washing machine is broken.it's a minor problem; can go to a nearby doby.It would be even better if provided shower caps.

- Widya (4/5): Not a Good Value Property - Location was ok near to KLCC The property was old, smells funky, some cockroaches here and there, aircon outside was more like a fan. Staff was telling us can help with luggage storing after check out and can ask security. When time come after check out security say can't and staff say he can't help. We have to ask for help from other property provider.

- Kaur (1/5): Worst hotel ever - Nothing!! The guy was really rude. The check out time was 11,and 10.30 itself he started asking us to leave. He hit the door multiple times and the worst part,he opened the door without even asking as we are still in the room. How is that a privacy??? And he even scolded us to leave when it wasnt even 11 yet. The worst hotel without any given privacy by just opening people’s door just like that when we paid for the place!!!

Convenience store just next by, a sweet little Café across the street - Shower and toilet seperated - Wall-sized window with view into Kuala Lumpurs Skyline - Quick response to fix leaking water pipe - Check-in at promised time (3pm) not possible, as only mailbox pin was provided (to retrieve the elevator access card), while the pin to unlock the door was only provided 1,5h later - Rooftop Bar was under renovation - Rooftop Pool only open until 9pm, 10pm would be better (default time for Malls etc. to be closed, so would make sense to make it unique for the pool as well)

- Yau (1/5): Terrible nightmare experience - Please check their Google rating and reviews. 😡🤬 1. Traveling to Malaysia by red eye flight, requested for early check in with extra charge, contact the management they said ok but when I arrived the lobby, no one was at the counter and security knows nothing about this place and said this property is only available for self check in so I contact the management again and no one response at all. Have to wait 4 hours at a no A/C lobby until the management finally reply. 2. The shower drain is blocked since the first day I checked in and is getting worst, I will have to do my shower quick or else water will flooded out, paid to stay here for 7 days they only gave us 1 and a half roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, one all in one shower gel + shampoo, tried to contact the management, same, no response at all. 3. After checked in, the management sent you disclaimer telling you no housekeeping will be provided unless you pay extra RM $50 per day , this is a scam. 4. Drunk neighbor came to unlock my door at midnight which scares me and he or she even rang my doorbell. They party till midnight 3am, talked and laughed loudly outside my room, tried to contact the management again and same, they never respond at all.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The lobby is a bit stuffy and hot, no air conditioning. The room is spacious by today’s hotel standard. I am not fussy about the size of the room but the bed is important as I need a good night’s sleep, and it did not disappoint. The shower and toilet are quite clean and the hot water is adequate. One would expect tea and coffee are provided but no, one has to go outside and buy teabags and coffee. Though an electric kettle and a bar fridge are provided. Overall it is a quite pleasant stay.

- Marco (7/5): Good - The room was nice and the pool. They did not do our room even when we mentioned them. We stayed 4 nights and they just dropped clean towels because we mentioned them. The check in was a bit chaotic as there is no wifi at the lobby. The gym. It is all broken. The location is as well a bit ugly.
- Megan (5/5): VERY NICE LITTLE STUDIO in a not so great area and building - but ok if you want to be in this area. - the flat itself is lovely and there is a lot of care inside .... everything is new and clean .... there is a bit of a view ... the kitchen is well stocked and its a cute shower .. its a good place if you have a lot to do in the city and would like to make some food at home .... I could hear neighbours in the adjoining flat coming and going and talking .. .they were very loud .. so maybe that is why .... the owner was very helpful to me however and called them asking them to be quiet .. i appreciated that as i got sick and had to spend a lot of time in the flat. I didn't like the building much ... the rooftop pool was super crowded with noisy local people - even though it is a sensational pool I didn't like the area much ... there was not much to do .. i found it hard to find healthy restaurants or food shops ...

- Kellie (6/5): Nice room, great pool - Checkin was very easy. Room had good facilities available and was a large size. Pool and bar area were great. Very modern facilities. Close to convenience stores (count your change at the 7/11 though). Aircon worked amazingly. Very quiet location. Only noise we heard in 6 nights was the quiet train passing by in the distance. As other reviews have mentioned the room smelt like cigarettes. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The large bed was nice and wide, but it was very short which meant the end of our legs were hanging out of the bed all night. The pillows were very lumpy and sounded like they were filled with plastic. The hot water only has 40 litres so it runs out very quickly. There are only two towels... so when you want to use the pool you have to use the shower towels.

- Iris (9/5): Superb - The pool was amazing and it had a good restauran/bar with amazing vieuw.. Beds where comfy and aircon worked great. Room was big enough for 2. I liked the area. Lots of local (Chinese) restaurants and karaoke! We booked the room because of the 2 seperates beds (we are travelling as friends) but we had no privacy in the badroom because there are no walls. It's was oke for us, but its maybe it's better to rent out the 2 seperate beds in an bigger apartment with more privacy😊 (booking didn't had an other option for 2 seperate beds)

- Gemma (6/5): Ok - Self check in but easy enough. Just contact them before and they will send you the info. The bed was very comfy and so were the pillows! No water or toiletries. The 711 had closed by the time I got there so I didn’t have access to water. Music could be heard from a bar from about 4pm till about 1am but it’s in a city so.. There is no restaurant on site but food places nearby. The kitchen could be better equipped as you wouldn’t be able to prepare food given the very limited things they give you. Furniture is looking a bit worn now and it would have been nice to have an extra lock on the inside of the door for security. As a female solo traveller it didn’t feel too safe so I pushed furniture up against the door for peace of mind. Overall it was ok but for the price I have stayed in much better place with more amenities.

- Ema (10/5): Great stay! - The room was very big and spaceous, the bed was super comfy, there was a kitchen with basic accessories and there was an iron and an ironing desk if you needed it. The A/C and wifi worked perfectly. The terrace with the swimming pool was really lovely - you have view of the city skyline and the sunset on the other side. I'd definitely recommend this place! They don't have the regular reception, everything is virtual. Which isn't a problem in itself, but I arrived at 11am to leave the luggage at least and I couldn't reach them through the phone for at least an hour. This was inconvenient because I was really tired.
