Pavel (3/5): This host doesn't care about their guests at all - The location is good The service is worst in class. When we moved in the apartment was dirty. It took me two days of trying to reach them until someone came in and cleaned the floor. The listing says daily housekeeping is included in the price, but despite my effort to reach them the place was cleaned only once during our 7 night stay. Thankfully they brought a broom after a couple of my days so we were able to swipe the floor. They also brought clean towels once. One of the beds is too soft, you sink in it so deep, like you are in a hammock. Also, WiFi is not working!! If you are planning to work, you have to use your mobile internet.

Magdalena (1/5): Dont waste your money on this dirty place! - Nothing Dirty, smelly, everywhere cigarette burns, no a single fire alarm in whole property (clearly somebody uninstalled it, cables hanging from the ceiling), hair in the bathroom, stains on bed frame - all over it, dirty kitchen cabinets fronts and kitchen hob, especially dish dryer was stained with some brown stains, furnitures in the living area stained as well, apartment smelled of old cigarette smoke. Didnt stay there at all and although the conditions of the apartment were not met and unsafe (fire alarm) booking.com and the owners didnt grant me a refund. All is supported with pictures from the day of arrival. The outside of the property, especially staircases were filthy and dirty. Area didnt feel safe and it wasnt even close to Wynwood.

The toilet seat needs to be attached to the toilet. The unit provides a coffee pot & filters but no coffee. We were there for 1 night before a cruise and could not pack a bag of coffee since it's easy to over pack anyway.

Michael (6/5): DO NOT STAY HERE IF GOING ON A CRUISE, very poor customer service. - The inside of the facility was much nicer than it appears from outside. The neighborhood is a little older and not necessarily well kept. We were traveling overnight to connect with a cruise at the Port of Miami. We arrived quite late, around 11 p.m. and we had requested to checkout at noon instead of 11 a.m. so we could travel directly to the port as we were carrying all our luggage. The person that was responding to my texts was not at all helpful. Stated that any late checkout would be approved last minute, if at all and a $35 per hour charge would apply. I explained that we notified them of our late check in time (7 hours late) so they could adjust their cleaning schedule. The person said that none of that mattered an “it’s hotel policy” and we did not get any consideration for our request. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR OVERNIGHT TRAVELERS. Dragging luggage up two flights of stairs and no consideration for travel adjustments made this a definite NEVER AGAIN for us. That’s our experience and my professional opinion as a frequent traveler. We will be visiting Miami again in just a few months and will stay elsewhere.

Dursun (1/5): STAY AWAY. This is a scam - Nothing. It was our worst nightmare. Worst experience of our lives. We paid over $1,200 for 5 nights and It was like a nightmare came true. The place was nothing like as depicted in the pictures. Our bad we hot misled by reviews on Google and Booking.com. What a scam. To start with, the neighbourhood was extremely sketchy. As we drove in, there were two people fighting in the street (I mean full on throwing punches) and some people nearby watching. We felt very unsafe. Thankfully we were driving, I can’t imagine being a tourist walking on this road. Next, the parking lot was pitch black, no lights, no signs. Some people were there who were playing Insanely loud music. Bear in mind, there is no 24/7 front desk, no one responds to your calls or emails. They only replied via WhatsApp in a very informal manner. They wanted us to give them our credit card information for incidentals over WhatsApp before they gave us codes to the parking lot. We noticed there was no elevator or lift, contrary to what was mentioned in the description. Our room was on third floor and we had heavy luggages. The staircase had no lights. It had broken furniture all over and rubbish dumped everywhere. Same for the hallway, rubbish everywhere and shady as hell, like a place where people come to commit crimes. Now, the room itself was horrendous. First thing that hit us was the MOULD SMELL. I get asthma and I started feeling sick instantly. The furniture in the room was looking like they picked it from a dumpster. Blood stains on the lounge chair, sofa was completely torn and bugs crawling. The electrical sockets had exposed wires everywhere. The bathroom was very unclean, had long wet black hair everywhere on the floor. Even on the towels, there were hair. Toilet didn’t flush. Both the bedrooms had broken beds and no blanket or proper sheets. Mattresses had stains. We couldn’t imagine staying the night there. We contacted booking.com straight away (as the booking was made via them), and their response was auto generated...

Prima vertoeven - Deze locatie lag op een vrij centrale plek: je was overal snel, met snelle toegang tot de snelweg en dicht bij verschillende districten van Miami. Het was super fijn dat alles met codes te openen was en dat er een privé parkeerplaats beschikbaar was. De accommodatie was ruim, ietsjes basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. We kregen een WhatsApp-nummer om contact te houden en er werd snel gereageerd. Ook was de schoonmaakploeg erg vriendelijk. Toen we aangaven dat de airco het niet deed, zijn ze heel snel geweest en het probleem opgelost! Dus top! We hadden slechts drie glazen om uit te drinken en er waren eigenlijk geen echte borden aanwezig. Ook waren er geen koffiebekers of mokken om thee uit te drinken. Uiteindelijk hebben we zelf wat bekers gekocht, die we meerdere dagen hebben gebruikt door ze telkens af te spoelen. Achteraf bedacht ik me dat ik dit beter had kunnen aangeven, zodat zij het servies hadden kunnen aanvullen. Daarnaast vonden we het wel een beetje vreemd dat er ’s avonds op de parkeerplaats regelmatig gasten met hun auto stonden die wiet aan het roken waren. Het waren op zich vriendelijke mensen en ze deden verder geen kwaad, maar de geur van wiet was erg sterk en helaas ook al vroeg in de ochtend goed te ruiken. De schoonmaak zou elke dag kunnen, wij hadden zelf gekozen om dit niet elke dag te laten doen. De ene keer dat we hadden aangegeven om het te doen, was het redelijk oppervlakkig gedaan en de andere keer kon niet omdat ze al volgepland waren.

Also shower liner was orange slick crud. No battery in smoke detector. Room 7 smelled horrible. Burned your eyes and throat. I complained on day 1. Nobody came till 9pm at night on day 2 to help. They brought in a air diffuser which didn't help the smell. Don't let them full you. Not worth saving some money. Each bed only had 1 top sheet. You can see the dirty comforter in picture.

Lousheeka (1/5): I had multiple Issues with the place. Their communication is terrible, my check in was after 4 I didn’t get no phone cal - I liked the beds they was nice, big and comfortable. I had multiple Issues with the place. Their communication is terrible, my check in was after 4 I didn’t get no phone call no text messages no nothing from them! They gave me the wrong gate code & when I got there I tried to call they declined my call and ask me to text instead. The ac wasn’t working I tried to contact them they basically said they couldn’t help me!! It’s more issues but these are my main.

Karli (10/5): Comfortable and convenient for exploring Wynwood - The property was a very convenient 10-15 minute walk to the IIIPoints music festival, as well as 5 minute driving distance to the heart of Wynwood and Design District. We did not hear any noise dispute the property being full. The TV and Wifi was very slow, it wasn’t too much of a bother.
Emmanuel (2/5): J’ai dû louer un autre logement durant mon séjour - L’emplacement tout était proche Nous nous sommes fait avoir ! Logement non fini poussière partout , meuble écraser, absence de porte de rangement , pas de cintres , ni d’équipement de cuisine verre, fourchette, etc. la femme de ménage nous a avoué qu’elle devait déplacer d’un autre logement, le matériel., détecteur de fumée, abîmé, etc.

L'appartement ne correspondait pas a nos attentes, plusieurs éléments manquants comme pas de machine à laver, pas de four, une plaque sur deux fonctionnelle, il a fallu demander le balai et la pelle a plusieurs reprises et...

Shanleigh (7/5): Its good if you plan to be out most of the time and don't mind aesthetics - The location was easy to find/get to. The area was okay and felt fairly safe. The stove and oven worked and there were pots to use, plates and cutlery , loved the large fridge space. Good distance to Brickell City Center . Definitely try "Cajun Boil Brickell" sooo good! The pedestrian gate worked one day and then wouldn't work for the remainder of the stay, so we had to use the car gate. The housekeepers were eager to leave towels and toilet paper , but not to clean . I had to ask on multiple occasions to clean and mop and pointed out large areas that were missed and dirt pushed into corners( if you aren't in they wont clean either).you also don't get a mop and broom in the apartment to do this yourself. I asked to have new sheets about 3 days in and they took the fitted sheet and threw on 1 long + 1 short valance sheet , which kept riding off the bed. the closet doors, linen room doors were barely hanging on. The towels had stains on them so we used our beach towels during our stay. would be nice to have laundry facilities to access or at least information for any nearby.
Desta (10/5): - Outstanding place with plenty of room and a lot of comfort. The apartment was cleaned and seemed cared for in all senses. Everything was cleaned and put away just nicely.

Krishawna (5/5): Stay was okay. Could’ve been better. - Quiet. First unit was dirty. Second unit was clean but it smelled like urine at the entrance. I Was told that there would be someone there everyday to clean and that didn’t happened. WiFi didn’t work.

Lotte (7/5): - Communicatie verliep goed. Het is erg gemakkelijk om met de pincodes binnen en buiten te komen. Locatie is erg dichtbij het vliegveld en ook dichtbij de stad Miami zelf.
