• Robert (10/5): Great location, staff and facilities - The team were fantastic. Great location, right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. Taxi cannot access so you need to walk for 2-3 mins but not an issue. Room was big and well set up with all amenities Restaurant looked nice but service was not as good as others nearby

Het is een levendige buurt met barretjes en clubs. Dus er is het nodige straat geluid. In onze kamer aan de achter zijde nam het hotel hadden we daar geen last van.

• Adéla (8/5): - The restaurant has an amazing view. They also offer gluten free option. The staff is always willing to help and accommodate your needs. The gym is alright. It’s very noisy (the neighbourhood at night, bars receiving their supplies in early morning, upstairs room was moving around the furniture). With breakfast, you choose from one option. I’d personally prefer buffet with sour and sweet options. The pool is very claustrophobic. It’s build behind the building where usually should be just a small alley.
• Lilian (7/5): Stylisches Hotel in zentraler Lage mit Geräuschkulisse - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal weiß was Gastfreundschaft bedeutet. Unser Zimmer war toll eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Bett hat eine weiche Matratze, was ich persönlich als sehr angenehm empfand. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Zu wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück (a la Carte darf nur ein Gericht ausgewählt werden). Der Filterkaffee schmeckt nicht und der Cappuccino kostet extra (teuer!) und schmeckt leider auch nicht. Neben dem Hotel ist eine Bar, welche auch unter der Woche für eine entsprechend laute Geräuschkulisse bis früh morgens sorgt.

• Andreas (9/5): Wir würden wieder kommen - Cooles Interieur, tolle Atmosphäre, schöne Zimmer, alles komfortabel und sauber, sehr hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Hellhörig - man hört vom Gang die Türen und Schritte, teils auch vom Stockwerk darüber. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.

If you prefer quiet maybe not the best choice but if you like a lively and vibrant area where the bar is right close to the hotel store step then it’s a perfect fit .

• Adiller (10/5): Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat uns beim ankommen, eine Karte von Istanbul gegeben und gezeigt, wo welche Attraktionen sind. Ich empfehle das Hotel wärmstens. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene. Es war nicht fatal - jedoch lag oft Staub auf den Oberflächen und teils sogar am Boden.

• walter (10/5): Luxurious, comfortable and a really great find. An oasis of calm in the crazy of Istanbul! - Truly exceptional experience. Amazing staff who made you feel like the only guests there. The hotel is super high profile, very boutique and luxurious vibes. Rooms are wonderful and very very comfortable. Coffee machine was a bonus and a nicely decorated and designed interior. This is a 10/10 hotel. The location is in the middle of the food and drink paradise, but with enough distance that you aren’t disturbed by loud music at night. We loved it here. I would go back without question. The prices of the roof top bar / restaurant were outrageous. We paid less for a drink in central Paris than here. So avoid that/ it felt greedy with their pricing. But the hotel itself was wonderfu

• Leonard (9/5): Great hotel in a perfect location - Amazing location, wonderful staff, really cool, hip hotel in the middle of Istanbul. Really nice restaurant on the top floor, and close to pretty much everywhere we wanted to walk to. The staff went out of the way to make sure we knew our way around. The room was big, spacious, and really nicely designed. Only downside is the bar wasn't open at the time.

Hotelul este foarte frumos decorat , camerele sunt foarte confortabile și decorate cu gust , sunt foarte atenți la detalii. Locația este excelentă aproape de atracții și restaurante, baruri , cafenele dar și foarte ușor accesul la strada principală cu magazine.

• Jürgen (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für die Besichtigung von Istanbul. - Wir waren in Zimmer 101 und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Größe war für unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. U-Bahn, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar.

Рядом есть очень толковая столовая на углу, рекомендую, это редкость в Стамбуле. В номере тихо, блэкаут шторы, все удобства. Персонал вежливый. Спортзал хороший, использовал каждый день. В общем, все супер. Стоит своих адекватных денег. Завтраки не рекомендую, переоценены, ничего Мишленовского я в них не увидел, как в еде, так и в обслуживании, но к отелю напрямую не имеет отношения.

Restaurants, fast food, clothing, markets, bars. 4minute from Galata tower, 1 minute from metro, 1 min from tunnel tram who takes you downhill to the pier. Free upgrade to a better room, clean, housekeeping everyday, free minibar and water bottles everyday. AMAZING STAF! You will have to fight them if you want to carry your bags because they will not let you otherwise and they are super keen to help you with everything. Highly recommended 😁

• Gloria (9/5): We had a surprisingly memorable pleasant overnight stay. - Overwhelming…we weren’t expecting so much unusual food for breakfast. Although the service and city view was impressive. Next visit we would skip the hotel’s breakfast. Charm and ambience. Aiken was extremely helpful and even escorted us to an authentic Turkish restaurant. Also gave us much needed advice on how to get to the tourist areas we wanted to visit.

• G (9/5): Un albergo insolito e concepito con molto gusto - Quartiere pratico per muoversi con in mezzi pubblici. La nostra camera molto ben insonorizzata, ma resta un quartiere di movida. Tutti i mobili sono pensati, molti i libri, gli accapatoi, molti dettagli di qualità. Letto ottimo, doccia e bagno perfetti e piacevolemtne riscaldati. Le persone cordialissime. Meravigliosa la vista dalla sala colazione sul tetto. I ristoranti, emtrambi, di ottima cucina e servizio. La veste grafica molto curata. Le camere sono scure perché si trova all'interno di una zona di nucleo e motlo costruita. L'esperienza resta costosa. Pioveva moltissimo e un po' di acqua entrava dalla veranda sul tetto e gli odori nei WC del ristorante non erano i migliori. • Ioanna (10/5): - Room with nice aesthetics and all the amenities a guest would need. The staff has been really helpful and we really appreciated the fact that they were flexible in both check in and check out times. We would certainly stay again at this hotel!

• Catherine (8/5): I come back again and again! My 4th stay now, perfect for work. - The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, they are well decorated and modern. The beds are really comfortable ! The rooftop view is insane !! There's also a small pool and a gym! Breakfast choices, sometimes we don't want the whole spread, just a few bits.

• Andrea (9/5): Funky hotel that's centrally located - The staff blew me away with their warmth & grace, really setting this hotel apart from others in its class. The decor of this hotel is fun, too. No real desk you can use. The gym is so small it's not really functional, which is frustrating. TV didn't pick up any channels.
• Elif (10/5): Centrally located, amazing Art Deco hotel! - Ruz Hotel is in a fantastic central location, right near the bars and restaurants where everything is happening, as well as the main street in Taksim with the iconic red tram. It’s also just steps away from the metro and the Tünel, which makes getting around very easy. The location is easily a 10/10. The hotel itself is a lovely Art Deco property. My room was clean, comfortable, and serviced daily, with everything replenished each day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to the overall stay. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, with beautiful views over the city. Honestly, it’s hard to fault this hotel. They made my stay very enjoyable, and I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Istanbul. Nothing. Everything was fantastic!
