- Ann (10/5): Great hotel near Ny Presbyterian hospital - Loved it! Very beautiful inside! The lobby has a little coffee shop and restaurant connected. There is also a big open garden/ patio. We stayed in the room with 2 queens beds and it had a nice big window. Room was clean and nicely decorated. It’s close to New York Presbyterian hospital which is why we stayed there ( walking distance or a quick cab ride)

- MARYA (8/5): - Vibrant neighborhood. Easy access to 1 line. Neighboring room kept playing TV at full volume late at night but security was very responsive and resolved.
- Colin (4/5): Just fine hotel that really is the sad truth of what $1600 a week can afford you in New York City :/ - The lobby and restaurant were nice and two drink tickets were given for each of the days so we were able to have a coffee or water for free. We were able to sleep a couple of nights there but ended up not staying at the hotel because of an incident outside of the hotel where two men got into a physical altercation and one of them was bleeding.

- Claire (7/5): Worth the visit …I’d come again - Very convenient for getting around and close access to train station. The front desk team very friendly and courteous.the staff in restaurant were all great and the food was very good. The area can be a bit sketchy late night .
- Margaret (3/5): Rollercoaster - The size of the room was decent and the double bed was comfortable. The two large windows helped to bring in enough light and the view was enjoyable. The shower and the toilet were both clean and fit for use. Overall, the hotel room was lovely. The room was not cleaned when I left, staff did not check the room, even when they claimed that the do not disturb sign was on the door. It was wedging the door open, as a hotel they should have closed the door. Instead they left it open, which shows me that there was no care for their customers and possibly, no one went to check if the room needed to be cleaned. The room was not cleaned for the 2nd day in a roll. It was a stay that started on a high note and ended in a disappointing manner. The room also had a generator like noise that came on at random times, it was so noisy that it was making me jump out of my sleep. The hotel rooms are of a decent size which is something positive about the hotel.

Die Lage in New York ist praktisch und das Personal war freundlich. Der Stornierungsprozess war leider sehr schwierig und unflexibel. Meine Situation wurde nicht berücksichtigt und eine Lösung war kaum möglich. Das war enttäuschend.

- Isabelle (3/5): Noisy rooms - unpleasant neighborhood - The nice and friendly staff is what made us stay otherwize we would have left after the first noisy night The noise in the rooms - room 1111 noise came through windows as if they were open - Sat night and few other nights was like trying to sleep in a nightclub due to event on 12th floor - initial room on 2nd floor sounded like being on an engine boat with the heating ventilation coming on and off - room 1111 there was no ventilation at all, thermostat was destroyed hanging loose from the wall by electric wires - was suffocating- not 1 proper sitting chair in ADA suite - soaps totally inaccessible for a wheelchair user and impossible to push out.- neighborhood is terrible and unsafe at night
- Roslyn (9/5): Overall a very good stay - The staff is wonderful. Room was very clean.Very convenient location, close to subway. No hot water our first day. No in room coffee. Coffee available for purchase in lobby (very good coffee). Saturday we were out all day, returning at 3pm but room had not yet been serviced by housekeeping.

- Catherine (10/5): The Radio Hotel is a delightful gem in Washington Heights, convenient to the hospitals, and a welcoming respite. - The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Cynthia, the manager, was especially kind and generous. The room and bath decor is chic minimalism and very clean, with housekeeping and fresh towels daily. Hip decor in the lobby and elevators. The restaurant/bar was very nice and the appetizers were delicious, especially the Radio Wings. Nothing.

- Omar (7/5): - The staff in the community was amazing. We really didn't like how they designed the sink in the bathroom. You couldn't even wash your face. In the hot water took forever. And the rooms were really small.
- Elicia (6/5): A good hotel for this area, but I don't think I would go back. - The staff here is very nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar on site are good. The rooms weren't the cleanest. Our air conditioning didn't work in our room. The shower door leaks water onto the bathroom floor. We did not have hot water on the final day of our stay, so it was an ice cold shower or none at all.
- Jessica (10/5): The convenient location can't be beat and we plan to stay here again in the future. - The friendly and accommodating staff were exceptional. The bathroom door would not stay completely shut and the frosted glass shower wall is not practical for a mixed gender traveling family staying in the same room.

- Claire (8/5): An ordinary hotel made much better by the staff and the food - Very friendly and helpful staff, great snacks and coffee, good local food in the restaurant in the building. It had a smoking problem and the rooms smelt stale but we were given a better one (although we paid more for it)

- Dawson (7/5): Very different - Location and low lit hallways The room has no closet to hang your clothes. They had mounts on the wall to hang your clothes. Also no iron and iron board and no ice machine on the floors.
