The pool has a great view on the museum of future and the gym room is super modern. I am not sure there is something they could do better !
- Karen (10/5): - Absolutely loved my stay at 25Hours Hotel in Dubai! From the moment I walked in, I felt more like a VIP than just a guest. The attention to detail is stunning, with captivating memorabilia and art around every corner, making the hotel a true place of discovery. My spacious room with twin beds was surprisingly comfortable and fully equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and delightful smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Slippers were also provided, adding a touch of luxury. Breakfast buffet is massive, but please note, they are very strict on end time as they need to clear tables as the hotel breakfast area is situated in the tandoor Tina Indian restaurant within the hotel. The complimentary mini bar is a nice surprise (replenished every 3 days) and was water fully replenished every day. The pool area had a fantastic vibe, with great music and attentive staff ensuring a fun atmosphere. The gym was impressive too, featuring top-of-the-line Technogym equipment. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect, right across from the Museum of the Future and within walking distance to the metro, making it easy to explore all the major sights. Overall, an amazing experience that I can’t wait to repeat!

However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding my room The bathroom sink did not drain properly and appeared to have some mould, which suggested it may need replacing. I also noticed small flies in the shower. While the rest of my visit was enjoyable, these problems did affect the comfort of my stay.

There was a party or DJ playing into the wee hours two nights of my stay, making it very hard to sleep. I’d stay again, but request a room on a quieter side of the building.

I had to change rooms because of the constant noise from nearby construction, especially being placed on a low floor (first floor), which made it even worse. The room itself wasn’t properly cleaned — there were dirty bottles of water left behind, and it clearly hadn’t been checked before my arrival. Despite raising these issues, the experience didn’t improve, and I expected much better standards from a hotel of this reputation. Overall, the noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor attention to detail made my stay uncomfortable. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Beautiful Design, but Major Service and Comfort Is - They have a strange sense of music and entertainment. Out of nowhere, they blast loud music at the hotel between midnight and 3 AM, hosting events in empty restaurants. The music continues until 3 AM, even though no one is attending or participating. I can’t understand why they disturb people with such excessive noise for no reason. We had to change our room because of this, and even the staff admitted they experienced the same issue and that everyone was annoyed by it. I don’t understand why these over-the-top events are prioritized when guests are unable to sleep due to the noise. We noticed that the rooms were not clean, as dust bunnies under the beds and in other hidden areas were clearly visible. Even after repeated cleaning, it seemed those spots were never actually addressed. The hotel’s taxi service is quite strange because it also operates with Uber. If you call the same car via Uber, a trip that costs 40 AED will cost 100 AED if booked through the hotel. In other words, cars belonging to the hotel are also used as taxis through local ride-hailing apps. The water provided in the rooms is very inadequate and doesn’t give the impression that it’s meant for drinking. It’s ridiculous to have water in soda cans. If we are trying to protect the environment, this should be one of the last things to change or improve. It was the most beautifully designed hotel I have ever stayed in. However, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell.

As much as the hotel is wonderful, the room big & lovely I can’t say the same about the staff. Try to find a staff member in the breakfast restaurant to smile is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. We were allocated a room directly underneath building work with drilling & it took the assistant manager 2hrs to find an alternative room. We then had issues with being charged for breakfast when it was included in the rate. Wouldn’t stay there again because of the staff.

Perfect place to take pictures and vlogging etc. convenience is a problem though, as the hotel had to sacrifice some of standard things to make it look much more appealing and unique. Examples: the old-style showers look amazing, but impossible to use. The water is either burning hot or cold. The open design of shower looks great, but does not allow to isolate it from the room and to have a full steam shower experience. There is no outlet in the bathroom, so to use a blow dryer you have to stand close to the door and use a wardrobe mirror to dry your hair. And so on.... bottom line: nice experience, not a perfect fit for short business trips when you need standard high quality things fast.

The room decor is fantastic too although the air con was very high and even after switching it off, it was still cold so I had to call someone to adjust the air vents. My only criticism is that the music from the courtyard can be very loud and can be heard in the bedroom all day long. If you could be lowered during the day, that would be better for people working or resting after a big night out!

- Randall (10/5): Great Stay! - I recently stayed at 25Hours Dubai and had a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, the room amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. However, I did have one complaint during my stay. One night, all the hotel restaurants were booked for outside events, and it was raining. This left regular guests with nowhere to eat unless ordering talabat or venturing out in the rain. I would recommend not booking out all hotel restaurants in the future to ensure all guests have dining options. Despite this, I would still choose to stay at 25Hours Dubai again.

The creative gimmicks add a unique touch to the experience, making it memorable. All the restaurants are fantastic, and the location, right in front of the Museum of the Future and within walking distance to the World Trade Center, is superb. While the rooms are spotless, I encountered some challenges with the curtain and hand spray, which were not user-friendly and seemed faulty. Additionally, the pillows were not as comfortable as expected. Check-in and check-out processes posed a bit of a challenge, especially with only two staff members at the desk on Christmas Day. Despite this, Nadia's efforts to minimize waiting times were commendable. The team's festive spirit could use a boost, but a handful of individuals stood out for their enthusiasm – Helen, Nadia, Brendan, Maria, and Camil. It's worth noting that the general manager's hands-on approach to operations adds an entertaining and interesting element to the overall experience. In summary, 25H has its strengths, and with some minor improvements, it has the potential to be an even more exceptional destination.

This hotel defies convention, seamlessly blending a home, workplace, bar, restaurant, and club into a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. The exceptional staff, intimate vibe, and captivating decor make it unforgettable. The spacious "glamping suite" impresses with complimentary minibar and snacks, while the restaurant offers an exceptional breakfast and transforms into a modern Indian delight at night. The fitness facilities are super, albeit lacking some equipment (and having some inconsiderate personal trainers), and the Monkey Bar is a popular weekend spot. Its strategic DIFC location near the airport and Sheikh Zayed Road is unbeatable. I initially recommended it as our corporate choice and stand by that decision. This remarkable hotel sets a high hospitality standard, leaving me eagerly awaiting my next visit. More hotels of this caliber are needed worldwide.

The location was excellent in the hear of the city very close to Dubail mall and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Most important thing that made a difference is the great service from the staff, they were very helpful and attentive, the manager Ali went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall I am very pleased with experience and definitely recommend this place.
