- Jo Ann (8/5): - Front desk was not super friendly like other hotels we've been in Japan, but that is fine. Breakfast was a help yourself to wrapped pastries. Location was convenient to attractions. Room is nice. Not cramped. Reception/access to elevator is a bit narrow with crowded luggage and cleaning bags. Odd to have view partially obscured by a fuzzy film because the view was nice.

Pero el personal tiene pésima actitud, concretamente la chica que nos recibió el día del check in y que seguíamos viendo los días siguientes. Le pedimos una almohada adicional y ya que terminó de hablar por su teléfono celular nos dijo que no era posible. El hotel, por otro lado, es sucio en las áreas comunes. Los huéspedes deben sacar su ropa sucia y su basura al pasillo de cada piso, es realmente desagradable. El check in a las 4 es pésimo. No lo pondere correctamente al reservar, pero es muy desagradable llegar cansda a tu hotel y no poder descansar u rato, cuando las habitaciones están listas desdé horas antes, ya que el check out es a las 10 am. En los demás hoteles llegamos antes de las 3 (hora del check in) no a las 4 PM como en este hotel de Dotomboti, y en ésos otros hoteles me permitieron ingresar a mi habitación, porque ya era como 1 o 2 horasantes del check in. Total, en comparación con los otros 3 hoteles que conocí en éste viaje a Japón, éste hotel de Dotomboti está Pará no volver. Buena ubicación, pero mal servicio de la chica de recepción y áreas comunes Muy sucias.
- Laurianne (6/5): Idéal pour un court séjour - Bon hôtel pour une nuit, pas plus. Les réceptionnistes à l’accueil ne sont pas tous très accueillants. La chambre est sombre et petite, idéal pour une nuit mais pas pour un long séjour.
- Paige (8/5): Good location - Nice hotel, clean but very basic. Central location for exploring very near to Dotonbori street. The breakfast amenities were a nice touch with different pastries each day and juice and coffee. We stayed 5 nights and were told our room would get cleaned once in the middle of our stay which was written on our card, so we tidied up the room to find it hadn’t been done, then was cleaned the day before we left so a little pointless. Also only one lift, which was a bit annoying waiting for it, particularly in the mornings.

- Hong (10/5): - The location was a 10 minute walk from DOTONBORI but still quiet and peaceful at night. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

- rana (10/5): - Great hotel! Very clean and nice helpful staff who speak English. They have free Pajamas to take and have light snacks, coffee, and tea for breakfast in the lobby. It’s a close walk to the Dotonbori street. One thing to note is that checkout is at 10am and checkin is at 4pm so plan accordingly.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Worth your money - AMAZING LOCATION! Literally only a few minutes from the dotonbori street, there’s lawsons and 7eleven nearby. Hotel doesnt offer breakfast, but there’s free coffee and bread every morning.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Stayed for one night only, good enough - I booked a room without breakfast, but it turns out the hotel provides simple packed bread, coffee machine and canned juice, which is out of my expectation. The room is small, simple with basic amenities. Hygienic condition could improve. We just stayed for one night, so that’s fine.
- Jillian Stacy (8/5): - The location was great! The room was pretty decent size wise, we were able to fit 2 carry-ons and 2 large luggages and still have space. The bed on the other hand is smaller than the other three hotels we stayed at during the rest of our trip. Otherwise, its a decent hotel. We used luggage forwarding service from Tokyo to this hotel and the hotel received it well so that was a plus!
- Summer (8/5): - The front desk British guy was cute and friendly and very helpful. The hallway was sketchy and noisey doors next to us. The bed was ok. Asked for two beds... got one. Cool area to walk around
- Ryzza (8/5): - Convenient area of the hotel about 9 mins walk to the subway station and 10 mins walk to dotonbori. Not all their staff are friendly and welcoming. I like the free coffee, water and bread in the morning and conveniently was able to ship my luggage to our next destination.
- Steph (10/5): - The property was as advertised. The rooms are large enough for two people with lots of luggage (it was our last stop before flying out). Staff are friendly, there is free bread and coffee for breakfast if you are up early enough. Location is good, close to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi (good shopping and food). Also its an easy walk to Round One which was so much fun. Would stay again next time I visit Osaka :)
