- Mark David (8/5): - 3am - check in was great. The sea view room/balcony, had a fantastic view. The hotel is very clean in all communal areas and I can't fault the interior or facilities. Buffet breakfast was really nice, although slightly repetitive after 8 days. Not on the all inclusive package, but the meals in the restaurants and bar were really good. I was aware of ongoing development surrounding the resort, which is on all sides - although this really had no impact. You do feel slightly trapped, as there is nothing within walking distance (heat) although Leptis supermarket is a 5 mins taxi ride away. I was hoping to go to Al Hamra mall which is only a few km away - however the road there is underging works, and would be a 50 km detour according to taxis. The x 2 pools for adults were fine and quiet - although the one near the beach - had multiple tiles missing and clearly needs some maintenance, as also the grout is very black in certain areas. In terms of the beach, in the last week of September - half the beach umbrellas were missing the 'tops' in unbearable heat which caused problems as the resort was full. This was later rectified and new 'tops' added and the resort appeared a lot quieter early October. As a UK tourist, I would not unfortunately return again and also feel this should not be marketed to the UK market. 95% of the guests were Russian, who I found rude and disrespectful to the beach/bar/restaurant staff. Reception/tours/sales staff ignore you, if not Russian.

Petit déjeuner mal présenté avec du matériel pas suffisamment réfrigérant - risque d’intoxication évidente. Table bancale… lorsque plusieurs clients réclament du pain baguettes, la réponse du chef est claire: la baguette n’est pas servie chez radisson au petit déjeuner car cela n’est pas prévu dans le cahier des charges de la chaîne hôtelière. C’est pas le personnel qui doit être recadré mais aussi le management de cet hôtel qui sont tous à la dérives
- Khaled (4/5): Below average - The room was never cleaned despite multiple requests. Breakfast lacked both taste and variety, and dinner was very disappointing. Additionally, although I arrived late—after 5 PM—the room was still not ready, and I had to wait until it was prepared.

I only saw snacks twice and every where you wanted something it was not included in the all inclusive. If you had all inclusive and wanted certain meals you had to pay additional. There was no concierge to arrange day trips or tours. Daily entertainment was limited. The food was over cooked and repetitive. I had to buy food outside the hotel to satisfy my and my grand childrens hunger. There was not kid friendly meals at every seating.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Service and Maintenance Issues During Our Stay - We found that the hotel facilities did not match the images presented on the website. The property shows clear signs of wear and poor maintenance. For example, the main revolving door was marked as "under maintenance" for the entire duration of our stay, yet no repairs were made. Similarly, the corridors showed visible damage such as chipped walls and broken corners. In the main dining area, many of the chairs were visibly old and worn. The towels provided in the rooms and by the pool were also in poor condition—many were thin, faded, and some even had holes. One particular concern was the children’s pool, which was frequently overcrowded, especially in the evenings. This made it difficult for younger children to enjoy safely and comfortably, and at times the environment felt overwhelming rather than relaxing. Additionally, we were surprised by the quality of products offered. For instance, guests on the all-inclusive package were not served branded Coca-Cola products, but rather a lower-quality alternative, which was disappointing and unexpected from a hotel of this category.

Excavaters work day and night with terrorfying "beepbeepbeep" every 10 seconds while moving backwards, even at 1 am in the middle of the night. There was no information in the hotel discrption when we booked. We quit after the first night and hope to get our money back for the other nights.

Let start: at check in we got zero info on hotel and bareful interlinked answers to out questions. We had to request our luggage be moved to the room. The room was sea view with two cheap plastic chairs on small balcony with zero shade. The bathroom was tiny and stocked with one roll of one ply toilet paper. Two bottles of water on counter by coffee pot. You have to use a card for beach towels that are not available at the pools. You must trek to beach for towels. Staff busses tables and cleans plates in the dining room next to the booths like I need to eat breakfast watching people cleaning dishes. No one walks about dining areas serving coffee or anything. This morning I had to get my silverware and spoons are larger that the tiny coffee cups. Like shovels. We ordered bucket of beer at pool. It came in large salad bowl that did not keep bottles cold. No one greets anyone when entering or leaving the hotel. The hotel bar is more like a children rec room. At 2230 last night 6 year old kids had the pool table. The bar reakes of smoke and has Zero appeal to western people. This place caters to the all inclusive crowd and privies the bare minimum

Let start: at check in we got zero info on hotel and bareful interlinked answers to out questions. We had to request our luggage be moved to the room. The room was sea view with two cheap plastic chairs on small balcony with zero shade. The bathroom was tiny and stocked with one roll of one ply toilet paper. Two bottles of water on counter by coffee pot. You have to use a card for beach towels that are not available at the pools. You must trek to beach for towels. - Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap stay = Cheap experience - We booked a 1 bedroom suite for a family of 5 and we're disappointed to find that there was no door between the rooms. The only bed for 3 children was 1 tiny sofa bed which was barely bigger than a single bed. The hotel did provide another bed, but you could feel every spring in it and it was not comfortable. The gym was acceptable, the kids pool, while very overcrowded, was small but perfect for kids. Especially the slides. We booked half board and that meant buffet food. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner was not up to standard at all compared to other UAE hotels. The staff were all very friendly and good to us. I can't fault them. I wouldn't stay here again.

- Chris (4/5): - We stayed in connecting rooms for one night with our 2 children but it seems one of the two rooms were not actually finished. Tiles in one bathroom were not there was simple concrete, when I informed the front desk on check out (they asked why checking out so early) she tried to blag that it was normal, Well it wasn't as the other room had completed shower and we stayed in the exact room a couple of months ago and it was tiled..... the room also had a couple of chairs stacked up next to the bed and the bathroom was generally not finished. When we asked the cleaning staff on our floor they actually locked the door and told us we hadnt checked into that room. But no offer was made to clean it. - Nusha (6/5): - The property is quite basic - very small pools with seating areas dirty and not cleaned regularly. The rooms are also quite basic, small sofas in the suite, did not like the open planned bedroom design. Nothing special overall, more of a hotel for locals at the weekend rather than tourists from abroad.
- Maryam (8/5): فندق جديد واطلاله جميلة وطاقم عمل ودود - كانت تجربة جميله حيث الفندق جديد ويحتوى علي بعض الانشطه البحرية. خدمات الطعام في الغرف جيد بعكس الطعام في البوفيه لم يكن حسب المتوقع، تسجيل الدخول كان بطيئًا جدا، اللوبي مزدحم ولكن الموظفين كانوا متعاونين و يحاولون المساعده ، مياه باردة في الاستقبال، الغرف صغيرة نسبياً ويوجد ازعاج في الممرات بين العرف حيث انه فندق عائلي ويكثر وجود الاطفال . الاطلاله على البحر رائعة

- YASIR ARAFAT (6/5): ok type - The experience overall is ok but it does not look like we are staying in resort. They could have add more activities. last time we stayed in double tree by Hilton and they have more activities for family and the kids. The Buffet breakfast is also ill managed and food quality was not up to the mark.

- Denis (6/5): - Starting with the things we (my wife and I) did like: hotel does have a new feel to it breakfast was great the bed was super comfy things we didn't like: no information provided about our breakfast at check-in missing iron and ironing board from the room - requested but it was unavailable which is rather strange even though the hotel was not fully booked, for some reason we got placed right next to the elevator which was not fun as you get to hear every person going in and out of it shisha lounge which is also advertised on the hotel website but doesn't actually serve shisha. overall, there is potential for the property to be great but there are a lot of small things which are required to be fixed
