- Mégane (5/5): - L'appartement dispose d'un balcon sans chaises. Point positif : L'appartement est bien situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes durant ce séjour. Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été faite malgré nos demandes. Ce qui implique : pas de serviettes propres ni papier toilettes ni de sachets menstruelles. La première nuit fût très rude, des matelas non conformes avec des ressorts douloureux. Pour ne plus les sentir on a retourné les matelas. À notre grande surprise une tâche (de quoi? : excellente question.) et des couvertures sous le matelas. L'hygiène est à revoir.. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon sans chaises.
- Yasmina (5/5): Expérience passable à cause de la literie - J’ai aimé l’emplacement qui était stratégique et la salle de bain moderne et spacieuse La literie c’était une catastrophe C’était un lit à ressort et mon matelas en particulier s’affaisser sur un côté. J’ai essayé de contacter quelqu’un de la réception via whatsapp mais on m’a lâché un « vu » donc j’ai dû passer tout le séjour comme ça à me casser le dos c’est bien dommage !

Есть проблемы с розетками и напряжением , у меня сгорела зарядка для айфона, это был максимально небезопасный момент. За 2 часа отсутствия в номере кубик от зарядки просто расплавился и мог вызвать пожар.

- Eric (4/5): For the price, you expect the basics to function. They don’t. Look elsewhere. - The only real positives are the location (6 min walk to metro, 20 mins to centre) and the friendly staff. Everything else was a disappointment. The listing is misleading at best. No balcony despite being clearly advertised, and the “soundproofing” is a joke — neighbours actually knocked on our door to complain while we were having a perfectly normal conversation. The fridge doesn’t work and the boiler gives you roughly 60 seconds of warm water before going ice cold.

- Stojković (10/5): - Moderan i čist smeštaj. Udoban krevet. Balkon i krošnje drveća kraj njega. Blizina supermarketa, objekta za klopu i uživanje u kafi, kao i blizina metro stanice. Ujutru u utorak ulica je postala pijaca i glasovi ljudi i montiranje tezgi nas je ranije probudilo.

- Paweł (7/5): Dobre na krótki pobyt - Dobra lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Niedaleko sklepu i dobrej kawiarni. W weekendy pod budynkiem odbywa się targ. Kanapa w salonie była dosyć niewygodna i krzywa. Po nocowaniu miałem niestety problemy z plecami. Łóżko w drugim pokoju bardzo wygodne. Mała winda, uwaga dla osób z klaustrofobią.

- Agnes (10/5): Affordable and nice in a great location! - Great location, big market just outside on saturdays. They start building the stalls quite early so the early hours of Saturday were a bit noisy. Ate one of our best meals at Trattoria Al Toscanaccio just around the corner and great ice cream at Il massimo del gelato. Big grocery store close to the hotel. Nice balcony. Great stay! Would book again! Beds were very hard, noisy on early saturday morning because of the market.

- Vache (1/5): - Die Wohnung in Mailand war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Die Fenster sind sehr alt und überhaupt nicht schalldicht, obwohl sich die Unterkunft in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und direkt an einer Kreuzung befindet. Man hatte das Gefühl, bei offenen Fenstern zu schlafen – der Lärm war die ganze Zeit deutlich zu hören. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett lag eine dicke Staubschicht, was für Allergiker besonders problematisch ist. Ich hatte nachts ständig Beschwerden. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Das Schlafsofa war extrem unbequem und machte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung laute Geräusche. Erholsamer Schlaf war dort nicht möglich. Mein Sohn hatte danach sogar Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen. Insgesamt entspricht die Wohnung nicht den Erwartungen – insbesondere angesichts der Lage sollten dringend die Fenster erneuert und die Ausstattung verbessert werden.

- Pauline (1/5): - Paiement d’une taxe de séjour d’un montant huit fois supérieur à celui annoncé nous a été demandé. En passant par Booking, la taxe de sejour à régler sur place ne devait être que de 10,50 euros. Mais l’établissement qui n’est donc pas un hôtel, nous a demandé une taxe de 9,50 euros par jour et par personne soit 85,50 euros au total. Cette différence de montant a conduit à nous interroger sur l’honnêteté des gérants de l’établissement. En effet, si l’établissement a rejeté l’intégralité de la responsabilité sur Booking, nous indiquant qu’ils avaient prévenu la plate-forme de cette erreur, les gérants ne prennent pour autant aucune disposition pour en avertir les voyageurs : ni dans leur description, ni par mail. Nous nous demandons ainsi dans quelle mesure l’établissement indique volontairement une taxe de séjour inférieure à la réalité afin de se rendre davantage attractif. Autre élément qui nous a fait nous interroger est l’accessibilité du logement. En effet, si la réception est bien à l’adresse indiquée, le logement se situe quand à lui dans une rue perpendiculaire dans un autre immeuble où l’établissement dispose de plusieurs appartements qu’ils louent. La gestion de cet établissement nous laisse ainsi très perplexe, d’autant plus que l’appartement est bien moins charmant que sur les photos : isolation phonique entre les appartements très médiocre, une literie peu confortable, des murs et du mobilier sales. En résumé, nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience et c’est bien la première fois. Pour le même prix (avec cette taxe de 85,50 euros) nous aurions dû louer une chambre d’hôtel ! Nous avons bien évidemment ouvert un litige via Booking pour se voir rembourser la différence de prix.

Czajnik elektryczny w pokoju. Blisko stacja metra. Zbyt intensywny zapach pościeli i pokoju prawdopodobnie z proszku do prania ? W przypadku alergii może powodować problemy. Przydałyby się 2 talerzykii i kilka sztućców.

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr freundlich, obwohl er für uns extra kommen musste, weil es Verspätung bei uns gab. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

- Bjorn (9/5): Einfach prima! - Das Zimmer war prima. Wir waren zum Match ACM vs Genoa in Mailand und konnten vom Hotel in wenigen Minuten zur U-Bahn laufen und direkt zum San Siro Stadion (in nur 10 Minuten fahren). Neben dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt mit angeschlossenem Cafe (Bar), in dem man sich ein schnelles italienisches Frühstück gönnen kann (Cappuccino und Hörnchen). Mailand ist immer ne Reise wert und beim nächsten Mal werden wir sicher wieder hier buchen. Forza ACM.

The locks and 4 keys are a nightmare, especially when wanting to exit the outr door (fire hazard). There was a market twice in a week right outside window (noise from 5am) the heating is either on or off. Towels not regularly changed. Shower drain partially blocked , so tray overflows. Also not shown on booking.com is the tourist tax of 9 50€ each !!

V sobotu se zde koná místní trh, což bylo skvělé. Cca 15min volnou chůzí do čtvrti Chinatown, která se velmi pěkná. příště bych měla ráda pokoj s balkónem :-)

- Jakov (5/5): Odsjedao sam u puno boljim mjestima za manje iznose. Nije baš za preporuku, pogotovo ako se planirate odmoriti. S ovih k - Lokacija i blizina podzemne željeznice. Puno toga. Apartman je jako loše održavan. Najneudobniji kreveti na kojima sam u životu spavao. Doslovno mi je u vreći za spavanje na livadi bilo udobnije. Madrac je tvrđi od mramora. Apartman je poprilično prašnjav (što se može primjetiti na lusteru na samom ulazu), zidovi oštećeni, vrata sa staklom na kupaonici koja su bila poprilično prozirna, zidovi u kuhinji oko indukcijska ploče masni i prljavi, kao i zavjesa u kuhinji. Iako je pisalo da postoje 3 kreveta, bila su dva kamena i jedan kauč na razvlačenje u blagovaonskom dijelu. Noćni ormarići u spavaćoj sobi bili su standard još u vremenu prije prvog svjetskog rata, a u apartmanu ih nije bilo stoga su mobiteli, pametni satovi i stvari morale biti na podu dok su bili priključeni na punjač. Kroz rub prozora u kupaonici je puhao hladan zrak, jer je stolarija iz početka prošlog stoljeća. Inače, postoji silikon koji se s vremena na vrijeme promijeni u tuš kabinama kako se ne bi razmnožavala sva moguća flora i fauna u istoj ili se jednostavnije… bolje čisti kupaonica. A i prašina s rasvjetnih tijela i ogledala se može ponekad obrisati u kupaonici, barem tamo! Preporučio bi da ubuduće vlasnici/domaćini obiđu druge smještaje i u drugim državama… čisto da vide kako bi to trebalo izgledati. Recimo, dođite u Hrvatsku. Malo se educirajte. Nije riješene u stari prostor staviti noviji namještaj iz IKEA. Za ovu cijenu, barem sol i papar, ulje i boca vode bi bili OK… za dobrodošlicu i bolju recenziju. Najpoželjnije bi bilo i da gostima nakon boravka kod vas ponudite i bon za masažu, za svaki dan… čisto za oporavak nakon spavanja na mramornim pločama (čitaj krevetima).
- Agnieszka (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wygodny dojazd metrem w najważniejsze miejsca, tuż obok ogromny supermarket. Czysta pościel i wygodne łóżka. Doceniam zapewnienie dwóch poduszek. Pracownicy szybko reagowali na zgłaszane problemy. Mieszkanie było tylko powierzchownie przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. W lodówce ślady po innych gościach (okruszki, drobinki jedzenia), kawiarka zupełnie nieumyta po wcześniejszych lokatorach, nie do użytku. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia (brak deski do krojenia czy korkociągu). W mieszkaniu było bardzo gorąco, kaloryfery był w stanie dopiero zakręcić wezwany następnego dnia pracownik ponieważ pokrętła były zepsute. Zdjęcia w ofercie są mylące bo po wybraniu konkretnej opcji zakwaterowanie niekoniecznie dotyczą rzeczywiście apartamentu, który wybraliśmy.

- romane (5/5): Moyen - La chambre est spacieuse, jolie et très bien équipée. Impossible de les joindre au téléphone, on ne nous explique rien jusqu’à ce que l’on s’énerve et la nous avons eu nos réponses, personne ne parle français, je n’ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel… Seulement italien et un peu anglais… La chambre était à moitié propre : beaucoup de poussières, des mégots sur les fenêtres.

- Karolina (8/5): - Ubytování kousek od centra města, v okolí plno kaváren a restaurací, v úterý a v sobotu po celé ulici probíhá tržnice, moc krásné domácí prostředí a skvělá komunikace s hostitelem - lze domluvit check in i v pozdních hodinách v noci Na ubytování bylo docela chladno, ovladač od klimatizace byl téměř vybitý tak jsme měli strach zapínat teplejší chod, aby se nám nevybil ve chvíli kdy nám už bude moc teplo, v záchodě se nám vracela špinavá voda, umyvadlo špatně odtékalo a zůstávala v něm pasta na zuby
