- Christian (8/5): - More suitable for a single person, due to the smaller size. It worked ok for 2 of us, because we were resting for a bit and then going out to explore! That being said, the bed was comfy and kitchen and fridge worked for storing and preparing snacks. Also, there’s 3 Undeground stations nearby, one of them being the Elizabeth Line that takes you straight to Heathrow Airport. Area is quiet at night, so you can rest and do it all over again the next morning!

- Nathalie (10/5): - Perfect room for a business trip. Modern, clean, no carpet, recent bathroom; kitchen basic, nice window. The only negative is that there is no elevator; thus, if you have many luggages, it's not great in that regards
- Steven (8/5): - Very clean easy to find. Easy self check in amd out. Tesco express near by. Very cosy just a little noisy from other rooms as very close together. Great base for a night.
- Sophia Marie (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bietet auch alles, was es für einen Kurztrip nach London braucht. Leider war das Zimmer (trotz stetigem Lüften) sehr warm, sodass gerade die Nächte durch die andauernde Hitze sehr unangenehm waren. Zudem war das Apartment auch sehr hellhörig.
- Jasmin (6/5): - Das Bett war für 2 Personen mit 1.20m viel zu klein. Es fehlten hacken für die Jacken zum aufhängen. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet und nicht zum kochen geeignet. Die Wände waren extrem dünn. Die Türen klappern ständig von den Nachbarn war einen oft aufschrecken ließ. Lage war aber sehr gut, für 2 Nächte ok. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

- Alastair (6/5): - Great location, very secure and it was quiet. I was on the ground floor at the vack ofvthe property. Shower was good. Things to improve, bed was not a full double had a cheap wooden frame that creaked badly. The room was very warm, I opened the windows. and did find a fan in the wardrobe there is aircon. No floor length mirror. Was like a basic clean hotel room with the added kitchen.
- Oliver (8/5): Cracking location - Fantastic location literally 10 minute walk from the centre of Soho but quiet enough for a decent nights sleep, only downside was the bed creaked and squeaked every time you moved in bed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): I would have been great if the neighbors allowed - Pros: The place was clean, central, had the necessary supplies for a week stay Cons: I got no sleep half of my nights there due to incredibly loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Loud tv and sex noises night and day. When I complained to the management, a day or two before checking out I was told it was too late and there weren’t other complaints (yeah, ‘cause I was the one sharing a wall with that apartment). The only reason I chose this expensive place was to maximize rest in a week of full training. However, thanks to these complaints, I got very little rest and wasn’t compensated in any way. Maybe you’ll get luckier with your neighbors than me, but if you don’t, this management won’t help you anyway, anyhow.
- Addam (10/5): Decent central apartment - Great value for the price, in a really central and well-connected location. Rooms are on the small side, as most in London are for this price. A bit stuffy too, which didn't make for a great sleep. They do provide a fan, but it didn't quite help enough. All very clean and in great condition, would certainly consider using again.
- Tom (10/5): - Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again.

- Joy (2/5): - Terrible experience! There was black mold in the bathroom that was so severe we couldn’t sleep. The room was hot and humid, despite mild weather outside and there is little to no ventilation. We contacted customer service because we needed to get out of this terrible place and they did not help. Instead of immediately addressing the issue we were told to fill out a Google form and wait up to 10 days for a response. We’re still waiting to hear back about a refund. Avoid this place!
- Gavin (4/5): Unpleasant stay due to room temp - Great location and easy access with clear instructions. Room as described but the temperature was unbearable. Granted the temperature on our day of arrival was warm but even the next day once the weather had changed the room was still unbearable. There was in a fan in the room but unless you were in it’s direct range it was pointless. There had to have been some heating or something in the block of apartments causing this - it was not just the weather. It meant you not wanting to spend any time in the room unless sleeping and that wasn’t easy given the temperature. Everything else about the apartment was fine.

The property had most things we needed but was missing some basics - no mirror other than the one in the bathroom, no toaster or grill option in the microwave (we had to pan fry our breakfast bread), no toilet roll holder. We stayed during the heatwave and it was unbearably hot in there with no air circulating but that was an extreme of course. We had to contact the support number twice (once because we couldn’t work the hob, the other time we had no hot water) and both times found the lady we spoke to extremely helpful.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Propre mais trop petit. - Vous catalogué le logement comme appartement ou flat mais en réalité il s'agit juste d'une petite chambre avec une kitchenette. Chambre beaucoup plus petite qu'une une chambre d'hôtel. Hall d'entré commun avec la chambre d'en face vraiment minuscule, imposible de se tenir à deux personnes devant la porte de la chambre car pas d'espace. Wifi proposé mais presque inexistant. Perte de connexion wifi en permanence car pas de réseau (j'imagine que l'antenne se trouvait à l'étage inférieur).

- Mike (6/5): - WiFi dropped out at 20:30 on both nights I stayed not coming back on until the next afternoon, for this to happen both nights in a row was obviously not a coincidence. I raised the issue with them and got nothing other than an “we’ll pass the issue on”.

- Tamsin (6/5): No WiFi and poor soundproofing - Property was clean and comfortable. Directions and instructions for entry were clear. But there is no soundproofing between the rooms. I could hear everything that was happening in the neighbouring studios including late night showers, kettles being boiled, music. Take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The other major annoyance was lack of functioning WiFi. I would not have booked this place if it had been made clear I could not work in the evening due to lack of WiFi. It also meant I couldn’t watch TV, listen to music except via my phone or download a book to read. My room was at the back of the property so I struggled to get 4G as well. Certainly not enough reception to tether. Never mind I thought - I’ll have an early night. Back to point A - no soundproofing between rooms.
- Carlijn (10/5): - Surprised about how quiet the neighbourhood was. Very clean apartment. Only downside is that there isn't a lot of equipment to cook dinner but the kitchen was great for a simple lunch or breakfast.

L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs stations de métro, l’idéal pour se déplacer sans problème, à 15 min à pied de Soho, proche de la gare Saint Pancras… L’appartement était très propre, le lieu était bien entretenu. Petit bémol sur le bruit où nous entendions clairement les allés et venus des voisins de chambre. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des voisins relativement calmes.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Appartement pratique dans le centre de Londres - Jolie chambre bien aménagée et avec cuisine équipée. Dans un quartier proche des principales attractions de Londres. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant les deux premiers jours, il a été difficile d’avoir finalement accès à internet. Aussi, il n’y avait qu’un seul tabouret pour la table alors que c’est une chambre pour 2 personnes. Cela manquait. Pas de bagagerie sur place mais des magasins proche de l’appart peuvent garder les valises à la journée.

Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc.
- Dorin (6/5): - Other than the bed being a bit too firm for my liking (both mornings I woke up with a sore arm on the side I’m sleeping) and the road and the communal areas inside the property being way too loud, the place is lovely. Close by to Euston station, so was very easy to access.

The bed is really small for two people, we had difficulty sleeping. We stayed for eight days and not once did anyone come to clean, bring towels or ask if we needed anything. At least for longer stays, extra cleaning should have been done.

However noise is a big issue, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from other guests. Also the rooms are like ovens, we stayed during the coldest weather and we still had to have the windows open and fan on to cool down. I don't think I'd stay again.

- Thomas (4/5): - Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Man hörte wirklich alles, und damit meine ich wirklich alles, der Nachbarzimmer. An einen geruhsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wir sind sogar eine Nacht früher abgereist. Positiv: Zimmergröße und Sauberkeit.

Aber alles andere war wirklich äußerst zufriedenstellend! Gute Kommunikation, gute Lage, sehr sauber, alles was man braucht! Gerne wieder!

- Laura (10/5): - Appartamento davvero carino, con cucina accessoriata, armadio illuminato, bagno spazioso, riscaldamento a pavimento davvero efficiente. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa a meno di 15 minuti a piedi da Soho. Manca la presa di corrente in bagno, ma dalla presa del comodino sono riuscita ad arrivare fino al lavabo con il Phon, prese usb funzionanti se non avete gli adattatori, letto comodissimo e carina la finestra sul tetto per arieggiare e rendere più luminosa la stanza. Consiglio uno specchio grande da attaccare dietro la porta di entrata di quelli adesivi. Ci tornerò e lo consiglierò ad amici.
- Christopher (2/5): - Despite good location & cleanliness, it is important to pay attention to other reviews. Extremely noisy, paper-thin walls, conversation and activities in neighbouring rooms felt like they were taking place in my room. Hard wood floors in public areas led to be woken several times each night (beyond 2am). Biggest issue - no control over temperature/heat. The place was like an oven. The only way to cool it a little was to open windows onto a sub-basement light well (which most neighbours were also doing) However, you couldn't leave them open as it would make the room insecure. It was unbearably hot and difficult to sleep! The majority of rooms appear to be sub-basement, with a dark light well, which made the room feel like an internal space. Rain into that light well on the second night bounced off the hard tiled floor, against disturbing sleep. A real shame as some simple fixes could make all the difference to this property. I would not recommend it and would not stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fine værelser men meget lydt - Super rent værelse og rigtig god beliggenhed, men der var virkelig lydt mellem værelserne og fra opgangen, og hver gang nogle af de andre gæster åbnede deres døre, stod ens egen dør og klaprede ret højt. Det vækkede mig på min første nat, fordi det lød som om der var nogen, der prøvede at komme ind på værelset (og jeg sov endda med ørerpropper, så det synes jeg viser hvor højt døren klaprede). De næste nætter prøvede jeg alt fra at stille noget hen foran døren til at stikke papir ind i revnen i døren. Sidstenævnte hjalp lidt, så jeg rent faktisk kunne sove. Konceptet og faciliteterne på værelset var virkelig godt, men de skal virkelig gøre noget ved deres døre.
- Tehran (10/5): - Excellent location. Easy and convenient. Great space, clean. Great size, especially for London. Only concern was internet going out. Not sure if that was provider concern or property concern. Will definitely stay again.
- romain (2/5): Worst stay in London - Worst stay ever in London Noisy place with walls as thin as a paper toilet Couldn’t sleep the entire night with neighbour getting back from a party or a pub playing film on their Tv and making a lot of personal noise that you don’t expect at that time of day when you want to sleep and prepare a business day. I cannot believe this property is ranked above 8

- Gina (8/5): Spacious newly remodeled, well located studio flat - Wow! Gorgeously remodeled lower ground studio apartment. Spacious and convenient with kitchenette and refrigerator. It looks like they are "almost" finished outfitting it (maybe a space for a washer or dishwasher?), but it had all I needed for a week stay. Good location for transit links and access to restaurants, etc. I was nervous about all the check in details, but they over communicated and though I didn't use them, I was glad to have the security of knowing the videos were there if I had trouble with the instructions. Really hope to stay again.
- Belinda (8/5): - Great little (tiny!) apartment that was perfect for a solo trip. Convenient location- easy walk to the tube and various stores, restaurants, cafes etc. Used the kitchen to make a couple of meals (pots, pans and utensils provided but no oil). A bit noisy as you can hear people in the hallway and going in/out of their rooms but nothing too bad.
- Sharon (10/5): - Great place to stay. Communication was excellent. We had two problems the first day ( freezer frozen shut and tv not working) and they were fixed within hours. Good size room and kitchenette. For the size of the room the bed could have been bigger and the drawers at each side of the bed were so small. Very clean and mostly new. It was warm in the room but you could open a window and the Vlux skylights. Would need to hire the portable aircon on offer in summer. Overall a good apartment in a good location.
- Andrea Hermine (8/5): Lyd - Veldig fint og sentralt sted å bo da man bare må 2 stopp for å komme til Oxford circus. Kort vei til undergrunnen på Goodge street og Warren street så det var bra. Eneste som var litt sånn dumt var at det ikke var lydtette vegger så man hørte alt rundt seg. Hører når naboen begynner å spille musikk før klokken 9 om morningen og at de spiller musikk på kvelden, snakker og når man tapper vann. Alt unntatt dette var vi fornøyde
- Longhuan (10/5): - Very clean, quiet . Convenient location. Walking distance to the British Museum and hop-on hop-off stops

- Alexander (6/5): - The climate controls in the apartment were a disaster. The room was swelteringly hot (probably 25-30C) despite outside temperatures being in the 10-15C range. This was due to the lack of AC, the fact that the window could only be opened by a narrow gap of 5C and the fact that the heating could only be disabled by switching off a breaker. I would not want to stay there again anytime that isn't winter.

- Ceris (8/5): - Lovely property, very clean and perfect for a stay of one or two nights. Had a kitchen area which was also useful. Only negative was being woken up by one of the neighbours at 5:30am who continued to talk continuously and very loudly for about an hour! Otherwise, was a great stay.

- Jonathan (8/5): Good for a business trip - Apartment was very convenient for an overnight business trip. Room was very clean with double bed, kitchenette, table & chair and a bathroom with shower. Only complaint was there is no aircon and it was a very hot night. I had to open window, which of course means you are woken up early by various London noises. Place was spotlessly clean though.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Pænt, rent og dårlig wifi. - Dårlig wifi og ingen mobildatadækning gør det svært at få adgang til internettet og TV'et, som kun fungerer, når der er internet. Selv arbejdet med e-mails var nær umuligt. Pænt og rent og gode adgangsforhold med nøglebokskoder,som fungerede godt.
- Ulrika (8/5): Clean and fresh but loud and hot - Pros: Very tidy, newly renovated and non-moldy place (unlike other hotels in London..!) Cons: If it's just a bit warm you'll need to air out the room, and the sounds from other apartments were in our case extremely loud, you could hear a neigbor cough like they were in the room - and depending on what flat you got, you might have no privacy without the blinds fully down. We had flat 17. It's generally well-equipped, the instructions were very thorough and it felt safe really. The plase was spotless when we arrived, all hail the cleaning staff. If you're here for more than 4 nights I'd recommend a mid-week cleaning as you might want clean towels and the trash to be taken out, but that depends on how you live in the apt. Also the double beds are UK standard, so they're 135x190, which is clearly stated in the info, but can still be a surprise I'd say.
- Zoe (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Overall a great stay, easy to access. The room was comfortable, but I wish I bought my earplugs (although I feel this applies to any stay in London!). I feel there were also a lot of emails before the stay, pre-check-in, check-in, pre-check-out and check-out... it's filled my inbox and had to supply a lot of information.

- Andy (10/5): Avis - Logement propre, moderne et très bien équipés, proche du métro et de Soho, pratique pour ce déplacer dans Londres, seul reproche le bruits qu'on entends sur la rue et il y a pas de volet seulement un rideau occultant donc on voie le jour a 4 h du matin
- Ivelize (10/5): Great Location, would stay again - The Apartment was new and in very good condition. The location is ideal for a trip to London, really close to many restaurants and the centre of town. All within walking distance. Check in and Check out instructions were clear. It was a good place to stay overall.
- Simon (2/5): - Temperature in the property varied between 24 and 30 degrees celsius. Too hot. This is in May - imagine the temperature in the summer! In addition the fire alarm went off at midnight waking me up on the last night ruining my sleep. Evidently it had done it earlier in the week. What a joke they did not fix it.
