• Anonymous (8/5): Nice location, good space, no Wi-Fi and few basic supplies. - Location, code for entry not key, condo was great, lots of room, perfect for our needs, beds were comfortable. 1. There was no Wi-Fi. If there was it was not communicated what it was or how to get the password. It was not easy to reach anyone with questions. That was a huge drawback. 2. The stinginess with basic supplies. There was no tissues, no hand soap, only 2 things of toilet paper for a 3 BR condo for 5 days and tiny combo shampoo conditioner.
• Robert (9/5): Clean and comfortable, excellent location, great communication - Good, timely communication - provided what we needed to know just before we needed it. Excellent location for our needs (between Universal and Disney). Kitchen was well enough stocked for us to cook several meals without a problem. Clean and comfortable, good mattresses, thick towels. Super easy check-out procedure. Quick responses to all communication. Nice to be so close to a grocery store and to have a washer/dryer. 2 dishwasher tabs for a 6 day stay was not enough - made me wonder if others before us had washed the dishes without cleaner. Also needed more than one tiny soap and shampoo per bathroom for the week. We had a medical emergency (seizure) on the plane on the way to Florida, and needed to check in early. Disappointed to have to pay $80 for this service when the property was already clean and empty and we had an emergency

• Joseph (8/5): A nice place convenient to Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. - Spaciousness, nice furniture, well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher did not do a good job of cleaning dishes. I would have preferred more packets of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent in the unit.
