Hotel cancelou estadia 1 dia antes recebi e-mail no spam Booking alegando reformar porém no booking ainda estava disponível para locação El hotel canceló la reserva un día antes, alegando reformas, pero la habitación seguía disponible para alquilar en Booking.com. The hotel cancelled the reservation one day prior, citing renovations, but the room was still available for rent on Booking.com.

- Hannah (6/5): Ok, aber auf Sauberkeit achten - Die Unterkunft ist schön zurecht gemacht und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Bereits in Voraus wurde mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und uns auch ein Flughafen Shuttle organisiert Die Lage ist ggü eines Einkaufszentrum. Ansonsten ist in der Gegend nicht viel geboten. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Wasserspender vor Ort Leider hatten wir Flecken auf des Bettwäsche und Fusseln und anderen dreck. Es war aber niemand mehr da, der es hätte tauschen können Der Klodeckel blieb leider nicht von alleine oben, weshalb man ihn halten musste. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist leider sehr klebrig und verdreckt gewesen.

Petit espace extérieur avec beaucoup de plantes Pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain. Robinetterie et autres un peu défraîchi. Hôte peu communicatif. Pas d'aide pour descendre les bagages. Hôtel très à l'écart et mal desservi par les transports en communs

- João (1/5): - Nem sequer entramos Um dia antes mandaram mensagem a perguntar a que horas íamos chegar, respondemos que íamos chegar perto da meia noite porque vínhamos diretos do avião. Não responderam à mensagem. No próprio dia, 1h antes da nossa escala no Canadá arrancar recebemos uma mensagem deles a dizer que a reserva estava cancelada porque houve um problema no nosso quarto, e o booking mandou a mensagem a dizer que eles cancelaram por terem tido outra reserva. Tivemos de em 1h antes do voo levantar arranjar outra opção, visto que íamos chegar bastante tarde foi super stressante arranjar outro lugar para dormir. Acho uma falta de respeito…

La ubicación es buena; si bien no está tan cerca del c - Nuestra experiencia en el Villa Sofía Boutique Hotel en Cancún fue muy buena. A pesar de que solo nos hospedamos una noche, desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bienvenidos, gracias a la atención amable y cercana.

- Natalie (10/5): Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Schönes Zimmer - mit allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeber Roberto & Frank waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Gegenüber befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Der Pool und Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung sowie ein Outlet Center. Gerne wieder!

You can hear even if someone is yawning in the building. And most of the people doesn't care about others.. Not cleaned well in my opinion.

- Eleftheria (9/5): - Είναι 20 λεπτά μακριά από το τουριστικό κέντρο, απέναντι έχει ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και ένα mall και ένα spot καφέ πιο κάτω , δε θα έλεγα ότι είναι κεντρικά. Το ξενοδοχείο νομίζω θέλει μια μικρή βελτίωση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό

Se si viaggia in auto si può parcheggiare in strada, basta chiedere ai proprietari quali sono i posti liberi. Roberto ci ha dato varie informazioni per muoversi meglio a Cancun e vosa vedere.

Tiene un outlet muy bueno cerca y un supermercado muy bien dotado donde pasamos varias horas antes de hacer nuestro check in. La zona es tranquila.
