- Claudia (10/5): Nice hotel in great location - Nice staff. Big comfortable room and bed. Didn't know that there were a flight of stairs to the top floor where the rooms stuff the patio are. That could be annoying if you have lots of luggage as we did, the staff made it much easier as they were helpful in carrying them up and down. We didn't need to take a taxi for eating out mostly since there's lots of food and restaurants in the lively neighborhood.

- Zeenat (10/5): - We had a great 2 night stay at Valente Suites. The location is perfect especially if you want to visit Dolmabahçe Palace and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable and specious. The WiFi was excellent so I was able to easily work online. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and they also arranged airport transfers for us. I will definitely book again the next time I visit Istanbul!

- 849alisonv (10/5): A great retreat from busy Istanbul! - A wonderful place to stay on your trip to Istanbul. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is great to have that little extra on a hotel room with a sitting area and kitchenette to make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the room is quiet. A real bonus is the block of outstanding breakfast spots within 200 m of the hotel - wish we had more days to try them all out. Taxis are easily available to take you to all the tourist attractions. Highly recommend this place.
- NINA (6/5): - The rooms are pretty nice and spacous. However our phone was broken plus a bed side lamp in the premium suite which they never fixed. Which meant we couldn't communicate with the front desk unless physically walked down. Our experience in overall was great until the last minute. The front desk never brought down our luggages to the lobby eventhough we had checked out 3 hours prior. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator only went up to the 5th floor. The whole building is very narrow and they had new guests at the time we needed our luggages. We had to walk up 6 floors and bring them down or we'd missed our taxi to the airport. It was a very disappointing situation. Will not go back to this property again. I'm very upset with how the front desk person managed this because i genuinely believe he intentionally didn't help.

- 942hanaa (10/5): Awesome wonderful excellent I love it - It was a very nice and wonderful experience in this hotel staff is so friendly and very helpful Emrah and Sevilay very cute and nice girl and engine very hard worker and alert to his work all of them they are so nice . The location of the hotel nice near the Caffee and restaurant and shopping and the bus stop everything was awesome we stayed 15 days in the hotel and really like it very much and off course we will repeat the experience again and again . The price was acceptable and nice for the quality of the hotel. Thank u for every thing Al Hakeem

Close to the main sights but removed enough from the touristy-ness of it all. Staff is excellent - very accomodating and kind. Room is comfy and well appointed. Highlight recommend staying at this property!

- littlesolotraveler (10/5): Excellent Stay - This boutique hotel has exceeded my expectations. Stayed at their Deluxe Suite for 5 days. Very clean and modern. Customer service is fantastic. Location is perfect as it's close to cafes and restaurants. I even walked to Nisantasi from this hotel! Only small issue I had was that the shower is quite small for my liking but this is not a dealbreaker for me. The water heater and pressure are great so no complains there. Quiet and peaceful sleep in the evening as well! Thanks to Onur and Elgin and another guy at the desk (I forgot his name) for always accommodating my inquires.

The staff were so nice i think they were 4 ( a young lady , old man hasan , younger man, and a middle aged man) lol We stayed only for two nights but i was happy i choose this place my brother and sisters were satisfied also. The location is so good everything is near you! The shops , food, walking everything! The hotel gives you a warm environment. I highly recommend this place for your last days in the trip!

I have always stayed at the Fourseason Bosphorous or Shangri-La Bosporus for extended periods of time. I was seeking something different and stumbled upon Valente Suites Hotel and boy, I wasn’t disappointed. It’s absolutely stunning, clean and welcoming. The price is unbeatable and the staff is amazing. An entire apartment to myself with all of Istanbul at my disposal. I love it! 10/10. I’ve traveled the entire world and stayed in some of the best hotels, this is one of them.
