It wasn’t clean and the washing machine was broken dueing our stay. It’s next to the main streat and you hear literally everything. It wasn’t cleaned well.

La ubicación es perfecta: tiene metro directo para ir a Nara y la estación de Namba está a solo una parada o incluso se puede ir caminando sin problema. El apartamento es amplio, muy limpio y bien equipado, con lavadora y secador, lo cual se agradece mucho durante el viaje. Aunque el personal no está físicamente presente, siempre fueron muy amables y atentos, respondiendo rápidamente a todos los mensajes a través de Booking, lo que hizo la estancia muy cómoda. • Sarthak (1/5): Disappointing, avoid unless only the location matters to you. - The location is good, close to Dotonbori. - The hot water DID NOT work except on the first day. The hotel has a policy of sending the support staff between 10:30-4:30 only, and you cannot pre select the time. This means that someone has to stay at the apartment and wait for the repairman - wasting an entire day of a trip. It was easier to just bear with the cold. - The entire house REEKED of fish and dust when we first entered. - The TV is placed above the cupboards, which means no practical viewing. I don’t know why it was even there. - Extremely dusty cupboards.

• Leb (10/5): - The location is good. It is close to the Kuromon Fish Market and Osaka Metro. There is a convenient store near by. In the room, the facilities is provided for your convenince.
• Susan (5/5): Great location but that’s it. - Great location. There was a small balcony but the heavy beds were pushed up against the door so this made access to the balcony very difficult. There is noise from the street all night and a light from across the road at night which lights up the whole unit.

It is bang in the middle of kurumon market. Which is also known as the Kitchen of Osaka . shopping District of Dotonbori ShinSaibashi and Denden town are in walking distance. 24 x 7 grocery stores are easily accessible. It’s a small apartment and with the family of 4, 2 adults and two children, the place felt slightly crammed specially since we stayed for five days. Two or three days you can pass easily, but then it starts feeling a little cramped.

Be mindful that if you have mobility issues going up and down the stairs may be hard. We didn’t have any issues but the stairs were steep.

• Alka (1/5): Was so bad, that I left the place after 1 hour of check in and paid for another place to stay. - The room was so filthy and stinky. I ended up not even staying there. Next to it is Kuromon Crystal Hotel whoch was great, affordable (when i say affordable it will be 60% less). Dirty, stinky, aircon didnt work. Manager doesnt answer calls. Very rude over messages.

Scarpiera comoda Avrei preferito un paio di cuscini in più e diversi, così da poter scegliere i più comodi per me.
• Elisaveta (10/5): A perfect stay in the true Japanese flat - The best place we stayed during our trip and it is not even the hotel. For this price you get a spacious clean room with two beds, a lot of closets and places to store your stuff, a kitchen with the dining zone and even a small bathtub! But the best thing is the washing machine. And also you can dry your clothes in the bathroom with a Japanese cool technology. You just press the button in the bathroom, hang the clothes inside, close the door and wait until the air conditioner does its job. The check-in process is completely contactless and very fast. The location is top-notch. You are 30 seconds away from Kuromon market, 5-6 minutes away from Namba station which is a great hub. So it’s a perfect place to stay in Osaka and I wish I had found it sooner. Also there is a guidebook in the facility which is extremely helpful to figure out all the electronics inside if you don’t know Japanese. Be aware you’ll have to sort the trash, but with the manual it’s very easy to do. Thank you so much for the hospitality and our stay! Wish to return here if we are in Osaka again. None

• Stephanie (8/5): - Das Ein Checken gieng sehr einfach und hatt supper funktioniert. Wir hatten keine zwischenfälle und alles lief reibungslos. Direkt nebenan hatt es einen Raucherbereich. Es war eher klein und die Betten haben keine abgrebzungen. Jedoch ist dies auf den Bildern ersichtlich und wir habe damit gerechnet. Die Balkontür ist etwas schwer erreichbar da das bett knapp davor steht, jedoch möglich. Das ganze Haus ist Rauchfrei somit auch der Balkon.

• Jodie (10/5): Great location, great facilities, loved our stay! - Perfect location, spacious by Japan standards and clean. Had everything we needed, and did I mention perfect location?! It didn’t bother us but of note the stairs are very steep, they were fine for our family if 8 & 10 year old kids but very young kids would not be suitable for this apartment.

• Danielle Nicole (9/5): - It's so near the nipponbashi station and kuromon market. Very easy to transfer to different station. I also like the big room very comfortable to move around for 3 people. Will definitely come back for it's price It's quite far to dotonbori and to walk around 15 minutes. The bidet was also broken, but the staff is kind. They were able to accommodate our issue and able to fix it within the day.

• Julian Pertierra (8/5): Buen departamento, cerca de todo. - El departamento es amplio para Japón y está muy bien ubicado, se puede acceder a pie a los barrios turisticos y tiene el metro a pocos pasos. Muy recomendable. Le faltan utensillos de cocina y son demasiado estrictos con el horario de entrada ya que aún estando vacio tuvimos que dejar las valijas y regresar 2 horas después.

• rica (10/5): - 房間空間很大，2大1小住起來非常的舒適 冰箱、鍋子、餐具都很齊全乾淨，完全可以在這裡自煮。 餐廳空間環境很舒適，房間空間配置也很不錯！ 地理位置很棒！位於在黑門市場旁邊，近鐵日本橋走路只要3分鐘，走路到難波也是12分鐘左右而已！ 附近有黑門市場裡面24小時的超市可以逛 對面有7-11，走路3分鐘內距離還有全家跟業務超市！ 出入都是密碼鎖，不用鑰匙也讓人覺得方便且安心！ 晚上容易聽見消防車出動的聲音，比較淺眠的家人因此睡的不是很好，如果比較淺眠的話要比較注意一下。

• Jia Hao (3/5): Avoid if you can, would not recommend given our experience despite the good location. - The location is great, right near the Kuromon Market and in vicinity to convenience stores and a bunch of restaurants (some of which offer takeout as well). Had washing machine and separated bathroom from shower. Customer service was very responsive. The facility wasn't as spacious as described, it was more lengthy than anything else so it still felt very cramped. The beds/bedsheets were filthy; we found multiple stains and lots of hairs everywhere. Only one of the beds was usable so we had to sleep in one bed. When brought up to CS, they offered to have their cleaning service come by and change the sheets and clean, but we had already partially unpacked so we had stuff out, so it wouldn't have been feasible to clean freely. As a compromise, I requested new bedsheets to change myself, which they were able to provide the next morning. However, when we started changing the sheets, we found more reasons why the place was so poorly maintained. Most of the new sheets still had stains and lots of hairs, but the worst part was upon changing the unused bed, we found what appeared to be a very sizeable blood stain in the mattress topper. That made it clear for us that it was entirely unusable. Outside the issue with the beds, the place was not in great condition in general. There was a ton of accumulated dust on top of the AC and stove vents. The toilet's bidet stopped working for us halfway through the trip (although this didn't affect us too much). All of these things were brought up to CS who were responsive, but ultimately the solutions suggested were just not enough to make up or resolve most of the issues we had.

It’s in walk distance to food, convenience store and 2 min walk from Yamato Luggage transfer so I barely had to lug my baggage anywhere. The shower pressure is a bit weak and the temperature fluctuates a lot.. the rubbish bin is stacked with unsorted garbage from other tenants. (Not the hosts fault at all!)

• ZHENZHEN (9/5): 很好，如果下一次再去大阪旅游，我会考虑再来～ - 位置很好，处在黑门市场门口，走两步就到了。离日本桥地铁站也很近！公寓里边有电梯提供，搬运物品也很OK！周边几步路就到711了，声音晚上也不会很吵。提供了毛巾和一次性牙膏牙刷，这点很棒～而且阳台能晾晒衣服，虽然衣架个数对于我们三个人来说比较少。能提前在办入住前把行李放进房间也很赞！ 进门好几次都打不开大门，这点还是有点让人烦躁，后面才被别的住客教会怎么开门。这点有点尴尬，不过它不是很重要。如果电视能看点网络内容就好了哈哈，我们听不懂日文电视台的放送内容～

• Faan Sing (4/5): 設施須好但服務不及預期 - 房間空間較大，且空調、煮食爐具、洗手間配備乾衣功能都十分完善和滿意 房間私人安全不足，因為在第二天晚上回到房間後發現洗手間被使用的痕跡，且並非來自租用人或同行者。 如果房間密碼鎖能改為自由設定或需要使用房間卡更好。甚且若改為自由設定，而房東或相關人士能使用房間卡進入從而進行清潔等等會更好。 另外check-in/check-out時間如果更加彈性，方便入住者，絕對可以給予更高評價。

Very minimum noise can hear from outside main road or the market. 2 double beds, 1 single bed, more than enough to fit 5 adults. All access is using pin code, from the main entrance till the studio duplex room. Typical room size, any big luggage 28inc might have some problem to open inside unit. For me, I leave my big luggage inside kitchen/dining room since top floor (bedroom) no space to keep or open it. Anyway, not an issue for me/family.

• Toni (7/5): - Nice property, staff were quick to respond with our trouble with the wifi access - got it sorted. Beds were comfortable as to be expected the bedroom is small. Just lugging the bags up the narrow stairs to get to the bedroom was the only problem. Ended up taking them back down stairs as there was more room down there
• LI (4/5): 2顆星，沒辦法再高了... - 優點就只有地理位置，近黑門市場，走路3分鐘到日本橋站8號出口，巷口有711 房間隔音很差，水龍頭都要調很久才有熱水...(住8晚每天都調到很生氣)，枕頭也軟到一個不行； 每天逛街回來，就只想好好洗澡，然後舒舒服服躺著休息，結果...唉！不會再有下次了

• ng (8/5): Our stay was great and definitely was return. - There is no breakfast provided since its an apartment. The location was great. Just behind the morning market and food stalls are easily available. About 25 min walk to the famous Glico man sign at Dotonbori. The apartment provide stove, cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer, etc. quite well equip. The flooring is a bit cold during our winter stay. We booked two unit Maisonette apartment and the staircase in the apartment is very narrow and steep so its quite challenging to bring big luggage bag up to the bedroom. There is only one unit Maisonette at each floor so you cant have both apartment side by side.

• Emma (6/5): Great but noisy location - The property is close to Kuromon Market and Dontonbori. It was also a short walk to the train. It is a good location to fill your stay with activities. The property was surface level clean at best. Given the close proximity to Kuromon Market you can hear a lot of noise from people passing by in the street. You can also hear the people in the unit next door talking. This is not a property for light sleepers.
• Prasetya Brahmantara (9/5): - Great and clean facility. Great location. Very easy to get anywhere. Staffs are very responsive during the stay, which is very helpful. Room also very spacious.

• Ethan (9/5): - The room we got was on the ninth floor and was even larger than we expected. The beds were upstairs and the bathroom and kitchen were downstairs. There is not too much room for bags, but enough for a couple suitcases and a few duffel bags. The bathroom was spacious, the WiFi was fast, and the beds were large and comfortable. There is also a laundry machine, but no dryer. The only thing is that the previous people who’ve stayed at the property must not have left the laundry machine open to dry, as there is a funky smell that comes out of it.

• Thess (10/5): It was amazing. We will definitely stay again when we come back. - the room is spacious. If you are going to stay longer i will definitely recommend the place. Arrival and access to the hotel is easy. The best is its near the market, few steps to 7 eleven and restaurants and 11 mins to dotonbori. I will definitely recommend the hotel. far from kansai airport but we did manage.
