The wifi was very weak in our room, the bathroom door was not sliding smoothly, and the shower door was leaking. Breakfast was included, and we got discount when we shop at Line friends cafe and stores. The hotel is clean, and staff is very nice and professional.

- Anisha (8/5): Just for 1 night experience with Line friends, not ideal to spent more than 1 night!! - -Line friends interior was beautiful. -Also the floor was made with line friends bear. -Breakfast buffet at stanley's cafe was tasty! -Bed was comfy -Due to very big crowd, we had to line up for 30-45 mins for reakfast buffet and when we finally went inside almost all items were finished so we had to wait for food again!! -The corners of shower floor was little dirty -It looked like the hotel was understaffed, so had to line up for check-in also. -We had to wait for 30-35 mins for taxi too. -Food court closes by 8 pm and no in-house dining option. So had to buy dinner from nearest hotel's casino which was 24hrs open. -Calling housekeeping & concierge was not prompt, had to try calling 3-4 time before they pick up our call.

- Diana (10/5): - My kids had a great time at this Line Friends themed hotel! They adored every little detail in the hotel lobby and our room! Everything seemed to be carefully laid out and kept very clean. We would come back to this hotel again during our next visit!

- Chung Yin (2/5): 期待盡快改善 - 酒店沒有交通配套，從碼頭到酒店需要自己乘車，酒店穿梭巴士只會到上葡京酒店，下車需要步行過去，但穿梭巴士班次很少，等了30分鐘也沒有。酒店check-in需時，明明就只有幾個人，但我等了45分鐘有多。晚上肚餓的時候想到自助販賣機購買杯麵，販賣機都是壞的
