• Yo Ek (7/5): Discontent - Location was great 👍 The shower was also geneores and plentiful. One set of towels for 4nights is insufficient! The echoes from other clients is bad especially when trying to sleep 😴 the actual room wasn't very clean as feathers and leaves from patio blow in dust in corners🥴 the patio also constantly filling up with leaves. The beds were ok but too soft for some guests. Expectations were higher but didn't reach. Also coffee maker in the public space is not in room a little inconvenient., expected better for price.

• Maria Catherin (9/5): Cómodo, limpio y súper práctico para viajeros - Está a 5 minutos de la estación del tren y prácticamente todo lo q teníamos programado lo hicimos caminando, zona segura, tiene una excelente te ubicación, y en la misma calle hay un establecimiento para lavar ropa que esto no lo vi en los comentarios y realmente es muy importante para un viaje de varias ciudades para no cargar tanto equipaje. Cómodo y súper limpio. Las ventanas las dejaron abiertas mientras llegamos y se entraron los zancudos y se sale mucho el agua de la ducha.

Aile odası 1+1 şeklinde ve mutfağı da var. Çok güzeldi. Tek sıkıntısı pencere apartman iç boşluğuna bakıyordu. Onun dışında herşey mükemmel. Son gün bagaj emanetini için de yardımcı oldular. • ter Beest (8/5): Ja topweek gehad. - Vooral de locatie was echt top, je stapt de deur uit en met 5 min loop je in hartje Florence. Ook het station was om de hoek dus dat was prettig voor aankomst vertrek vanaf het vliegveld en dagtripjes in de omgeving. Het was wel heel erg gehorig. Niet zozeer van de straat maar mensen in de naaste appartementen.

Not value for money - The location was excellent, close to the city center and train station, with good communication for check-in and a decent-sized room. Options to store your luggage when you check out. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but definitely needs improvement, especially the dirty walls. The Wi-Fi was not working properly, and the TV was outdated. Considering the price, it did not feel like good value for money. The room can also get quite noisy from the road, so it may not suit light sleepers. Additionally, the pictures do not fully reflect the actual condition of the room.

• Roberto Anibal (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Tiene pava eléctrica, tasas, cucharas y vasos. Una heladera pequeña. Tiene también un espacio común dónde dejan para prepararte café. La decoración y amplitud de la habitación. Si bien tiene ascensor, tener presente que al ingresar antes hay que subir 5 escalones. Deberían tener los soportes para poder abrir las valijas y no tener que dejarlas en el suelo abiertas. Estuvinos 5 días y no hay recambio de toallas y tampoco limpieza.

• Sabrina (7/5): Muito barulho...sem descanso - Da localização. Havia muito barulho. O quarto tinha uma porta que ficava trancada, mas dava acesso para o quarto ao lado. Não havia isolamento acústico. Quando o hóspede ao lado falava, parecia que estava dentro do nosso quarto. A porta para o patio também não era anti ruído. Todo barulho da rua entrava. Então, foi péssimo para dormir...todos o dias fomos acordados antes das 6 h da manhã pelo barulho do hóspede ao lado.

• Zhi (7/5): 对睡眠质量有要求的不要选 - 距离佛罗伦萨火车站很近，一百米，提着行李完全没问题。去河边和主要景点也可以走着。安全没问题，两道门锁 核心问题太恐怖了。有个小露台挨着街道，车来车往很吵。和旁边房间在顶部是相通的，旁边打呼噜都能听见。就算没人说话，感谢有机器一直在运转。对睡眠要求高不要选
• The Mexican Traveller (6/5): Bien a secas - Está cerca de la T2 del tranvía desde el aeropuerto lo que facilita la llegada y de igual manera está muy cerca la estación de trenes para ir a cualquier otra ciudad de Italia, está como a 12 minutos caminando del duomo. La cama se hundía un poco, la regadera estaba tapada con cabellos y no pudimos conectarnos al wifi

• Kristina (6/5): - The location was good( a short walk from the train station) . We liked that the hotel was on a quieter street. We loved the private terrace but there are no screens on the doors/windows. The AC was not working. We opened the door to cool the apartment to make it more comfortable for sleep. However this allowed for multiple mosquitoes to enter. I ended up with lots of bites. We had to choose between being hot or being bitten. This made us loose sleep and we were not comfortable due to this.
• Veronica L.M. (1/5): Non torneremo - Non male la posizione: vicino la stazione di santa maria novella e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Firenze. Ci sono diversi aspetti di questa struttura che non ci hanno convinto: - l'atteggiamento supponente dello staff via messaggi - la pulizia praticamente assente (capelli ovunque, polvere, mura macchiate, bagno molto discutibile e mal funzionante) - letti e cuscini davvero scomodi - nessuna pulizia durante il soggiorno, ne cambio asciugamani, ne ricambio di carta igienica per 4 giorni di soggiorno - al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani macchiati di marrone, ne avevo chiesti 2, ne è arrivato solo uno. - la cosa peggiore è stato il wc per disabili, con la tavoletta che non combaciava con il sanitario fisso, quel bagno è stato letteralmente un incubo Si può alloggiare in una struttura del genere? Probabilmente sì, riducendo comfort e pulizia e dotandosi di grande spirito di adattamento, ma decisamente non al prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Ci aspettavamo molto di più.

Banheiro pequeno, e aquecedor de toalhas não estava funcionando. Isolamento acústico entre as acomodações não era bom. A acomodação possuía uma porta trancada que dividia com outra acomodação, e dava pra escutar absolutamente tudo. A porta da acomodação também não tem isolamento acústico, dava pra escutar tudo o que acontecia no corredor e nos quartos próximos. A cama de casal eram dois colchões de solteiro e um dos colchões afundava no meio.

The location is excellent close to the train terminal, with several attractions within walking distance. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best place to stay. The rooms aren’t soundproof, and outside noise disturbed our sleep, sometimes until 3 a.m. The overall bathroom size is good, but the shower space is quite small. Even as someone of medium build and shorter height, I found it easy to bump into the walls showering.

One key point to be aware of is that the kitchen is not private—it’s shared, which was not what we expected. Unfortunately, the room was also quite dirty upon arrival. When we brought this up to the host, instead of addressing the issue, we were told that we had made the mess, which was both unfair and frustrating. We’ve traveled extensively and have never experienced such poor service. It was honestly one of our worst stays. Considering the price, the value is far from what you would expect. To make things worse, the only window in the room opened to a view of trash, which really added to the negative experience. Overall, we would not recommend this place. For the same price, you can easily find much better options in Florence that offer cleanliness, comfort, and proper hospitality.

Dista un km a piedi dalle principali attrazioni e pochi minuti dalla stazione di santa Maria Novella. La porta del bagno non si chiude bene e il portone d'ingresso si muove e fa rumore ogni volta che qualcuno entra o esce dagli altri appartamenti. L'acqua calda finisce abbastanza in fretta.

Super cómoda, super accesible tanto la ubicación cerca de la estación de tren, como la comodidad al ingresar completamente self service. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, camas cómodas, cafetera, y elevador en caso de llevar maletas bromosas. Ademas siempre contar con disponibilidad de soporte en caso de requerirlo. No ubo algo que me desagradara de mi estancia. La comunicación con la persona que nos atendió siempre fue rápida, respetuosa y servicial.

Le immagini della camera non corrispondevano a quelle visualizzate al momento della prenotazione. All'ingresso e' presente cattivo odore di scarico soprattutto la sera. Camere con pareti non insonorizzate. In generale il costo non giustifica il prezzo richiesto.

La stanza nel complesso era gradevole e il letto era piuttosto comodo, parecchi cuscini a disposizione. Innanzitutto le pareti davvero sottili, sentivo addirittura i discorsi degli ospiti delle altre camere, per non parlare dei rumori dai bagni. Poi l'insonorizzazione con l'esterno è tremenda, motorini, auto, bici e passanti per tutta la notte, tutte le notti, letteralmente in stanza. Le coperte erano piene di peli bianchi e capelli, stessi capelli trovati aggrovigliati in grande quantità nel bidet. Il bollitore dell'acqua è pieno di muffa verde, mentre sotto il letto e sui mobili c'è parecchia polvere, con numerose ragnatele che scendono dal soffitto

Secondly it's a nice central location to the things that you wanna see or eat nearby the cathedral. The check in was nice I didn't have any issue with it because I had communication through the day I did it on my way there because I was coming from Greece I didn't know about the time is 1 hour earlier than Greece!.Furthermore the set up of the apartment was primarily good pretty space for your luggage etc.They stay updated with you through all the process when you're arrive and at the check out they inform you where to leave the keys or if you have any problem. Ultimately a very how to say a boutique style Airbnb or apartment. With nice details the picture you see is the the ends meets your expectations at an satisfying level.. Now for the con's the cleaning of the apartment was good but it could improvise better cleaning it wasn't dirty it had a decent sense of cleanliness just a pinch of details would have been better nothing to worry about let's not forget it's a kind of style of accommodation not your home or house but I saw about other reviews about a problems with the rooms in mine I didn't have any damage or issue 24 hours warm water and it was a little noisy but you cannot complain about it I'm a deep sleeper but anyways also the flashing of the toilet didn't bother me after all it is only for sleeping etc..

Molto comodi i due bagni anche se veramente piccoli rispetto a come sembravano nelle foto. Non c'è un'insegna sul portone. Insonorizzazione praticamente assente, molti rumori di sottofondo anche di notte, infissi vecchi da rivedere, porta e serratura della camera vecchie, servizi puliti ma parecchia polvere in giro. • Tania (9/5): Cómodo y con excelente ubicación si llegas en tren - La ubicación es buena si llegas en Tren, a tan solo un par de calles, en pleno corazón de Florencia con solo caminar unos minutos. Entiendo que son departamentos, pero valdría la pena que su horario de atención fuera 24hrs, qué tal si los huéspedes tienen algún incidente durante la madrugada, tendrían que esperar hasta que sea el horario de atención.

Con sólo caminar unas calles te encuentras el corazón de Florencia. Como en toda ciudad, las zonas cercanas a las estaciones centrales de tren no son tan seguras, sin embargo el edificio guarda muy bien su seguridad y protocolos de acceso. El Wifi en la habitación no funcionó, a pesar de tener un routter, intenté varias veces y nada, se reportó pero contestaron hasta el día siguiente cuando había salido del cuarto, ojalá extiendan su horario de atención a sus huéspedes.

• Francesca (8/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Die Lage ist Mega. Nahe am Hauptbahnhof und man erreicht da Zentrum schnell zu Fuß. Ansonsten ist einen Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Da unser Fliege spät gelandet ist, war der Self-Checkin eine super einfache Lösung. Es war unfassbar laut durch die Geräusche von der Straße.
