Cuando preguntamos que si podíamos dejar las maletas al hacer el check-out nos dijeron que sí, pensando que tendrían alguna habitación para ello. Pero lo que hacen es dejártela en el mismo pasillo sin vigilancia, ellos te dicen que están ahí siempre, pero cuando volvimos a recogerlas, entramos y no había nadie. Estuvimos manipulándolas un buen rato metiendo compras y demás y ya cuando nos íbamos, fue cuando apareció el recepcionista. Con lo cual, cualquiera podría habernos quitado algo de las maletas
- Ester (3/5): . - . Este hotel no es alojamiento: es arqueología experiencial. Uno no entra en una habitación, sino en una cápsula temporal. La experiencia es totalmente inmersiva en la caída del Imperio Otomano: vistas espectaculares dignas de una crisis diplomática balcánica, una mampara de baño que es capaz de contener el mismo agua que los sultanes revueltas y un secador que estaba allí por tradición histórica. Mención aparte al nivel de ruido nocturno, que hacía pensar que los jenízaros seguían conquistando Constantinopla planta por planta. Ideal para quienes siempre quisieron experimentar el lento desmoronamiento de un imperio.
- Ekrem (3/5): Ging so - Die Lage Die Toilette. Das Lavabo war kurz vor dem herunterfallen, die Dusche am grossflächig Rosten, Wc Papiere musste man immer einzeln abholen und bekam nur einen und die Drähte vom Haarföhn waren so alt und spröde das die Drähte rausgeschaut haben.

Pulizia in generale buona e stanza insonorizzata. La vista mare dal balconcino consisteva in un panorama un po' lontano del bosforo e della costa asiatica, comunque piacevole, e per come è fatta Istanbul non credo sia comune La stanza avrebbe bisogno di vari lavori di sistemazione: la doccia mancava di un'anta e la mensola aveva ruggine, il mobiletto del lavandino è arrangiato e poco stabile, il tavolino instabile e rovinato. We had to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs because the elevator did not go that high. The dryer did not work. The electrical plug had exposed wires they were supposed to give me a refund but they didn't. Not a refund but a discount because everything that was wrong with their services

- Fatma Nur (10/5): - Wir hatten 24/7 jemanden bei dem wir uns melden konnten wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Es war sauber und die Lage war super sehr zentral und schön. Wir hatten einen kleinen Markt/ Kiosk um die Ecke. Die Inhaber waren super lieb. Einen späteren Check-In durften wir auch machen. Sauber war es für den Preis und falls man wollte konnte man den Schlüssel abgeben damit die Wohnung geputzt wird. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es ein super zentrales Hotel.

Ne postoji, za 5 dana boravka soba nijednom nije ociscenja, peskiri nisu promijenjeni niti je dopunjen toaletni pribor. Takodje ne postoji veliko ogledalo, samo jedno u kupatilu obicno manje.
- Álvaro (3/5): Buena ubicación pero malas instalaciones y limpieza. - La ubicación estaba muy bien, al lado del centro y muy bien comunicada. Muy malas instalaciones. El marco de la puerta se cayó según entramos. A la ducha le faltaba una puerta y se quedaba todo el baño mojado después de cada ducha. La mesita de noche tenia todo el cristal roto. El grifo del lavabo no funcionaba bien. El soporte del jabon de manos estaba roto y se cayó, provocando que todo el suelo se llenase de jabón. El cubo de basura estaba roto y no se podia abrir. Habia manchas de humedad en la ducha. Al encender/apagar luces había momentos en los que cortocircuitaba, por lo que teniamos que tenerlas apagadas. Ademas, nos habian comentado que el servicio de lavanderia era un precio, y al llegar nos querían cobrar el doble hasta que insistimos. Cuando nos la devolvieron, la ropa estaba todavia mojada. Tras la limpieza de la habitación, habia demasiado olor a lejía, por lo que tuvimos que dejar la habitación ventilando varias horas.

- Melinda (10/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, pratique et bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Le personnel a été très gentil, accueillant et toujours serviable tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci en particulier à Burak, qui a été très à l’écoute, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

The room was fully equipped when we arrived but toiletries were not enough for 3 days stay, i kept asking for toilet paper every day. Also for a big apartment would be useful having a bigger bin. Remote control of the tv was not working and remote for the ac was missing. Everything was fixed right away when addressed.

Zacieki na suficie i plamy. Pleśń pod prysznicem i ciemno. Drzwi się nie domykały i popękana rozpadająca się futryna. Ciemno. Ręczniki szare, a w jednym dziury. Głośno. Wszystko słychać z sasiednich pokoi nawet smarkanie w chusteczkę. W drzwiach wejściowych szpary. Dramat. Pokój nr 14.
- Mari (1/5): Una esperienza deludente - Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione Ho scelto questa struttura perché le recensioni erano molto positive, sia per la posizione che per la qualità generale della struttura. Ho prenotato per tre notti con aspettative abbastanza alte. Devo dire che la posizione è effettivamente ottima, comoda e ben collegata, ma purtroppo la struttura non si presenta nelle condizioni descritte e mostrate nelle foto. All’arrivo ci viene assegnata una stanza diversa da quella prenotata; fin qui, tutto sommato, poteva anche andare bene. Il vero problema si presenta quando apriamo la porta del bagno: una pessima sorpresa. Il bagno era in condizioni davvero inaccettabili, con muffa evidente, buchi nel muro, segni di forte umidità e degrado generale (allego foto per rendere meglio l’idea). Ho chiesto immediatamente il cambio stanza, facendo presente anche che quella non corrispondeva a quella prenotata. Mi è stato risposto che il problema era dovuto a una perdita avvenuta il giorno prima al piano superiore e che, essendo festivo, non erano riusciti a intervenire. Tuttavia, le condizioni del bagno fanno pensare chiaramente a un problema presente da molto più tempo. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza mi è stato detto che non era possibile e che avremmo potuto avere una sistemazione migliore solo per l’ultima notte. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a trascorrere due notti in una stanza in condizioni davvero pessime. Solo l’ultimo giorno ci è stata assegnata una stanza con vista mare, sicuramente migliore, anche se presentava comunque alcuni problemi a livello strutturale. Almeno, però, siamo riusciti a utilizzare il bagno e fare una doccia in condizioni accettabili. In conclusione: posizione eccellente, ma struttura e gestione decisamente deludenti rispetto a quanto promesso.
- Alhassun (3/5): - the person who met us at the beginning was friendly, and he tried to accommodate us with a better room when we told him this room was disappointing and not clean, however the room he suggested was on the third of fifth floor and couldn't be reached via elevator and u have to go by stairs, and my 60 yrs old mother was with me so this was totally not possible. I booked a room with a garden, when we arrived I was surprised the room is in the basement, there was no garden whatsoever! IT was a terrace that is shared with the manger's room that he can enter anytime.. mind u the terrace's door is in the bedroom! so it didn't feel safe AT ALL! and of course not a single tree was there! additionally, in the website they mentioned it is a soundproof room!! We Could hear every little move in the whole building we couldn't sleep at all! and the room's window was located just on the street, a drunk person could ** very easily through it! that was very unsafe for us we barely hanged the first night! Also, we asked for an early check out but they only accepted a check out via booking, and after I sent a message to customer services on booking for early checkout the hotel cancelled my reservation for (NO show up reason) I have a video that proves I was there.

- Chanelle (2/5): Nothing like the photos and extremely difficult to access - The location is quite good overall if you just think about what is local, though it’s worth noting that it’s set on a steep hill (please see the rest of my revie below for further thoughts on the location). The room includes a fridge, which is a useful addition. At the bottom of the hill (5 minute walk), there’s a tram stop with services running every 5 - 10 minutes, costing around £1, and you can easily tap in using your card or Apple Pay. The area is also very easy to navigate using Google Maps, making it simple to find your way around. The staff are friendly, with Emre in particular standing out for his friendly attitude. The beds are comfortable, although I’ve outlined a few downsides below. Location: Very difficult to access. The hotel is on a very steep hill. If you are coming from Taksim Square, you first have to go down an extremely steep hill, then walk a short distance before going down another steep hill where the hotel is located. It was exhausting even as fit travellers, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, children or luggage. Google Maps says 23 minutes from Taksim Square where the Havabus from Sahiba Gökçen Airport stops but it took 40+ minutes downhill and about an hour uphill. Some hills feel unbelievably steep. There is no sign outside, so it is very hard to find, especially as nearby buildings also have no signage. Stairs in the hotel are uneven and unsafe, causing you to lose balance and step down funny, and the lift did not feel trustworthy. Room: Nothing like the photos. We stayed in Room 20 on the top floor. Bedding was in poor condition, with holes in the duvet, stained pillowcases and hairs under the duvet. I slept on top of the covers as I couldn't bring myself to sleep in someone else's hair - we only stayed for one night luckily. Thick dust everywhere triggered my allergies. Glass bedside tables were filthy, and one was broken with a chunk of glass missing. There were ants coming into the room through gaps in the walls. TV was locked in a glass box. Bathroom: Very dirty, with thick black and yellow greasy residue around the shower, floor and corners. A plug socket was hanging off the wall with tape. Shower pressure was extremely poor, making it very difficult to wash properly.

- Isabelle (5/5): établissement pas fiable mais le quartier génial, les terrasses de la chambre familiale très belles - l'emplacement était parfait et une fois que nous avons eu la chambre réservée à l'origine : nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue et les deux terrasses la chambre familiale réservée à l'origine n'était pas libre quand nous sommes arrivées. Il a fallu négocier tous les jours pour être payé de la différence et il a fallu déménager le deuxième jour pour avoir la chambre réservée. Cet établissement n’est pas fiable, voilà pourquoi : 1/ nous avons réservé pour trois nuits dans une chambre avec deux terrasses et une vue sur la mer : à l’arrivée, le premier soir, cette chambre est déjà loué et on nous propose une petite chambre sans aucune vue très vétuste, le Papier se décolle. Pas de lampe de chevet. La douche ne s’accroche pas au mur 2/ on nous promet de nous rembourser la différence entre la chambre familiale, initialement payé avec vue sur mer et la chambre que l’on nous a loué pour une nuit Car, car la chambre familial est promise pour le lendemain La location comprend une cuisine, mais il n’y a pas d’éponge, pas assez d’assiettes ni de fourchette pour éventuellement manger du Takeaway. Il y a juste une bouilloire qui dans la première chambre a un couvercle troué et dans la deuxième chambre : un couvercle qui ne tient pas. 3/ Les voisins sont très bruyants à partir de 6h du matin La TV ne marche pas Le chauffage ne marche pas Pas de savon dans la cuisine Pas de savon au lavabo de salle de bain. Uniquement du gel douche et shampooing

Successivamente ci hanno assegnato la camera corretta, ma una delle stanze comunicanti aveva un grave problema idraulico, con acqua che colava da muro e soffitto, costringendoci nuovamente a spostarci. Nel complesso molti disservizi e scarsa pulizia. Struttura con potenziale, ma gestione decisamente insufficiente.

- Aleyna (10/5): Super zentrale Unterkunft nahe Galata-Turm, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer sowie äußerst hilfsbereites Pers - Die Unterkunft ist super zentral, sehr naheliegend zum Galata Kulesi, Restaurants, Bahnverkehr und etc. Unser Zimmer ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und super ausgestattet gewesen. Wir sind paar Stunden früher als das Check-In da gewesen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit gewesen, sodass die trotzdem innerhalb von nicht einmal 10 min alles organisiert bekommen haben und wir direkt auf ein Zimmer konnten. Das ist jetzt das 2. Mal das ich hier gebucht habe und werde es auch in Zukunft noch öfter tun. Empfehlenswert!

He wanted us to have the best stay we could at his hotel and was very accommodating. The room also had a beautiful sea view as it was mentioned in our booking.

There was always someone available at the reception or by phone. The tram stop was not far away, and the city center was just as close. I would definitely stay here again.

- Ahmad (1/5): A very disappointing stay with poor service, no elevator, and ongoing water issues — I wouldn’t recommend it. - Location First of all, the elevator was not working throughout our 7-day stay. Every day we were told it would be fixed “tomorrow,” but it never happened. Secondly, the water supply was cut off for a period of time, and the staff kept blaming the municipality. It later turned out they hadn’t paid their bills. Even when the water was restored, there was no hot water. The customer service was extremely poor no accountability and no real efforts to resolve these issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

- Eren Furkan (8/5): Voor paar dagen is het prima, vriendelijke personelen en behulpzaam. - Goede locatie, was comfortabel alleen de badkamer mag wel wat aandacht hebben en meubels. Voor de rest waren wij tevreden erover. Zoals ik had vermeld de badkamers vooral, die hebben wel aandacht nodig, en meubels zoals bank. Maar voor de rest was het goed.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located near Galata Tower. A special thanks to Maria, who was incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

- Amar (1/5): My booking was cancelled without any notice, leaving me with no assistance when I arrived. - There was nothing to like about this place. The location was quite difficult to find, as there were no clear signs outside the hotel and the entrance was poorly lit and rather uninviting. I actually walked past it several times because it wasn’t properly marked on Google Maps. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist was the only staff member available and could not communicate in English, which made checking in extremely difficult. Despite booking well in advance, I was told on arrival that my reservation had been cancelled — yet I received no email or notification from either the hotel or Booking.com. I was left without accommodation and no explanation. This level of communication and service is unacceptable. I hope Booking.com reviews this listing, as travellers rely on accurate information and reliable customer care.

Рядом есть любой способ передвижения по городу (автобус, трамвай, паром, такси) Персонал отеля очень чуткий, выполняет свою работу на все 100%. Отдельно хочу выделить менеджера отеля Бурака, по всем вопросам обращалась к нему, пытался найти решение любого вопроса, закончилось успешно. Номер с прекрасным видом на Стамбул😍 спасибо 🙏🏼

Dirty room, mold in the shower, one of the glass tables was slightly shattered so I got a cut. No pillow covers or a blanket when I arrived. There was no room cleaning. Moreover I was placed in a room that I didn't book and when I asked about that I was told that they can change my room only on the next day. I never got it changed
