The room was small and quite noisy (I could hear the staff elevators and airco units from the buildings around). I only had a single bed and was never asked if I would be ok with it.

- Jane (8/5): Aspera Golden Horn Hotel - Very helpful staff on arrival and in t he breakfast room, particularly Atil. The location gave a great view from the front down over the Golden Horn harbour and it was easy to get to places of interest. Unfortunately there was very loud music on our first and second nights there, firstly until midnight, then until 3pm on the second night, so sleep was disrupted.

Staff fantastico,in particolare asli e akin.. la colazione dovrebbe essere un po' più varia... Unica pecca, è che essendo in un punto trafficato, la notte è un po' rumoroso...

- Thomas (3/5): - Propreté et emplacement Le lit simple ne correspondait pas au lit double indiqué. Il ne faut pas espérer dormir après 8h, la sonnerie de l'ascenseur résonne dans tout l'étage a chaque utilisation. Et puis si vous dormez quand même , le personnel commence le ménage à 8h30. Vue sur un mur si vous ne payez pas la vue. Et le vrombissement des clims extérieurs en cadeau.

- Julyan John (9/5): - Locatia: Hotelul este pozitionat la 2 minute de mers pe jos de turnul Galata. Statia de metrou imediat cum iesi din hotel. Curatenia si fetele de la HSK foarte amabile. Desi au fost 4 perne, au fost foarte inalte, imposibil de folosit. Am dormit pe cele decorative. Cafeaua la filtru, foarte slaba. Fiind un hotel de 4 stele obligatoriu necesita espresor.

- Despoina (8/5): Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα, ευγενικό προσωπικό, βελτίωση σε πρωινό - Η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική, το προσωπικό ευγενικό, η καθαριότητα υπέροχη Το πρωινό θέλει βελτίωση, είναι καθημερινά επαναλαμβανόμενο, ο καφές πολύ μέτριος , πολύ φτωχό πρωινό σε κέικ (στις 5 ημέρες μόνο μία φορά κέικ) καθόλου βουτήματα, αρκετή ποικιλία σε σαλατικά.

Вышел из метро, два шага и в отеле. Главное право но выйти. Отель чистый, приятный. Все современное, нареканий нет. Завтрак тоже очень хороший. Не отель в Анталии, но для для данного уровня отела лучше, чем ожидали. На ресепшен нам распечатали посадочные. Если придираться к мелочам: … … была сломана кнопка смыва унитаза, починили только со строго раза … шум вентиляции, в определенные часы

- Simon (9/5): Ideal for sightseeing stay. - The Hotel is at the metro (underground) station, in front of it you see Golden Horn and within 1/2 hour of walk you have all major spots (Taksim, Top Kapi, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, itn). Nearby are small stores and restaurants (kebab, burek). In my room the shower was spacious and easy to use. No complaints.
- Guelay (7/5): Zentral und gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Der Nachteil am 6. Stock ist, dass in der Rooftop Bar am Wochenende gefeiert wird. Auch wenn die Feier vor 24:00 Uhr aufhört, werden danach Stühle und Tische geräumt, was sehr laut ist. Darüber hinaus stinkt der Abfluss wirklich schlimm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer wurden immer sehr gut geputzt.

The room was very clean, perfect cleaning every day. Good breakfast. Tragic window sealing. The hotel is located next to a very busy road and everything could be heard as if the windows were open, even when they were closed. It was also cold in the room because the windows were quite drafty.

The room was cleaned promptly and impeccably. Mrs. Elif was always kind, discreet, and attentive, and she brightened our stay with some lovely creations made from the towels we found in the room. - Marina (10/5): Отель красивый, красивый номер , у нас был люкс. Но шумно. Тесно. - Месторасположение одновременно и плюс и минус. На берегу Босфора, рядом метро, Галатская башня за углом, фуникулер на соседней улице. Красный трамвай тоже совсем рядом. На 7 этаже терраса. Очень красивый вид. Номер уютный. Завтраки очень хорошие. Очень шумно даже при закрытых окнах. У нас был боковой вид на Босфор, под окнами была парковка мотоциклистов. От куда-то играла музыка, до поздней ночи слышали басы. Номер очень маленький, нам было тесно. Много лишней мебели. Окна выходили на стену соседнего здания, совсем рядом.

The breakfast is a little poor and with few choices/alternatives, especially for people with food allergies. For a 4-star hotel, there should be some more options, while everyday we've found the same food.

- Chenna (3/5): 体验不佳 - 酒店位置很好很方便，可以步行到达大多数景点 入住的时候前台确认是海景房 结果上楼发现是朝内的 能勉强看到一点海。 我跟我的女性朋友一共住四晚，第三天晚上吃完晚饭回酒店的时候，前台拦住我们问我们三天没要求客房清理，我们回答说因为房间挺整洁加上我们第二天又要退房了 所以不需要清洁 结果前台要求上楼检查房间 我们没什么意见 但是最后他们没上楼（感觉他们在怀疑我们在房间干什么 并不是因为担心房间里缺什么需要的东西）。 最后退房的早上，我们特地在booking查询了订房时候的信息 确认了退房是12：30， 在不到12点的时候前台打电话催促退房 并且态度不好

The entire staff genuinely tried to help at every step — they were accommodating, attentive, and very kind, even offering small compliments that made the stay especially pleasant. The room itself was very neat and thoughtfully furnished, with high-quality furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I was absolutely delighted by the city view, and despite that, the room was very quiet. The bathroom was spacious, with excellent water pressure and very good ventilation. The temperature comfort deserves a special mention: I am sure it will be neither too hot nor too cold in summer, and during winter I never felt cold at all. I would especially like to highlight the staff, the location, and the room amenities. These are the main reasons why I can confidently recommend this hotel. I may be mistaken, but it seems I wasn’t able to connect the TV to watch my own content. It might simply require an update. Nowadays there are many convenient solutions that allow one-click access to services like Netflix or YouTube, instead of a limited set of average-quality TV channels.

Variety of breakfast could be improved. Cosmetics in the room could be more practical. But overall these are minor issues.

- Julia (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig. Der Ausblick auf den Bosporus war ein absoluter Traum – allein deshalb würde ich jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren. Das Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Insgesamt wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis TOP! Im Saunabereich fehlte leider ein angemessener Ruheraum. Zudem gab es weder eine direkte Dusche noch die Möglichkeit, sich mit Eis abzukühlen.

Jeden Abend Party Musik von angrenzender Disko. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Meine Apple Watch zeigt über 50 Dezibel Musik trotz geschlossener Fenster. Und das ununterbrochen bis weit in die Nacht. Bei booking gemeldet. Keine Reaktion. Ich bin extrem schwerhörig mit Hörgeräten und somit echt nicht empfindlich aber wenn mich das schon vom schlafen abhält dann ist das unglaublich laut. Der ständige Bass geht durch den ganzen Körper. Schlimmste Hotelerfahrung ever. Werde leider nicht wiederkommen und das Hotel sicher nicht empfehlen. Sorry. Zusätzlich sehr kleine Betten. Bin 183cm gross und das Bett war maximal 185cm lang.

- Alanood (1/5): I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel - Nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that they need serious retraining on how to treat guests with basic respect. Instead of being helpful, they were argumentative and unfriendly, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The room was very small, much smaller than expected, and did not match what was advertised. On top of that, the cleanliness was poor. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene standards were far below acceptable levels. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management really needs to focus on improving staff behavior, room cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

- Sara (9/5): جميله وانصح بالفندق - المكان مره حلو قريب من برج غلطه دقيقين مشي وانتي بالحي انصح فيه قريب من كل الأماكن تقسيم كاركوي غلاطه بورت تقريبا ١٥ دقيقه مشي الاطلاله كانت جميله مره أخذنا بالدور ٤ غرفه رقم ٤٠٣ انصح فيها نظيفه والعاملات عسل يساعدو لو طلبتم منهم شي اللي مو حلو فيه ان بالليل يصير في ازعاج من السيارات بواري وتسمعو ديسكو العزل مو مره قوي مع ان نومي ثقيل بعض الأحيان كنت اصحى بسبب الصوت اللي نومه خفيف ياخذ باله من هالنقطه الباقي كله جميل

- Sini (10/5): Super hyvä sijainti ja palvelevat työntekijät. - Super hyvä sijainti, metroasema ihan hotellin kulmalla, monelle nähtävyydelle hyvä matka kävellä, paljon ravintoloita ja palveluita lähellä. Jos joku miinus pitää antaa niin viereisen baarin musiikki kuului sisälle mutta sille ei voi mitään.
- Ibrahim (6/5): “Konum iyiydi ama ince camlar, cadde gürültüsü ve oteldeki ötme sesi yüzünden uyuyamadım.” - Personel oldukça ilgiliydi. Check-in işlemi hızlı ve sorunsuz bir şekilde gerçekleşti. Kahvaltı yeterince iyiydi ve memnun kaldım. Konumu çok iyiydi; metroya, tramvaya ve İstiklal Caddesi’ne yürüyerek kolayca ulaşılabiliyordu. Caddeye bakan odada geç saatlere kadar yoğun gürültü vardı ve bu nedenle doğru dürüst uyuyamadım. Camlar çok ince olduğu için dışarıdaki sesler tamamen içeri geliyordu. Otelin içinde sürekli bir ötme sesi vardı ve bu da oldukça rahatsız ediciydi.

- Andreia M M Simões (8/5): Good accommodation in the lively area of Istanbul and near to the main attractions - Great location in a lively area of Istanbul. Good walking and public transportation accessibility to the main attractions in the city. The room was comfortable and had enough amenities. The breakfast was very good and the staff super nice. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. . Friday and Saturday evenings are lively and if you are sensitive to noise this might not be a good area for you to stay in. For us it was ok.
