Amenities were super new and even the appliances. Grocery store is 5min walk away. Great for a group of 5. It was great that the apartment has a washing machine. The bonus part, there is a wonderful Italian restaurant just round the corner. We went there twice in a row!

The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the host was very accommodating whenever we requested anything we needed. We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately on the first night it was difficult to sleep due to noise from children upstairs. After we brought the issue to the host’s attention, the noise seemed to improve the next day, which we appreciated. However, it appears that the building structure does not fully block noise between floors, so some sound may still be expected.

• Sabine (5/5): Mauvaise expérience - Surface de l’appartement. Très gros dégât des eaux avec moisissures noires dans la salle de bain, limite insalubre. Appartement très sombre et bas de plafond. Pas de WC accessible sans entrer dans une chambre, pas pratique…Très peu de vaisselle( 3 verres à pied, quelques petites cuillères…!), pas d’huile, vinaigre, condiments. Pas assez de prises dans la cuisine.

• CHARALAMPOUS (10/5): - Cosy διαμέρισμα με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο σταθμό των τρένων και μόλις 10 λεπτά από τη γέφυρα Rialto. Καθαρό, ζεστό και με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες. Η επικοινωνία και η ανταπόκριση του προσωπικού ήταν εξαιρετική και άμεση. Οι οδηγίες που μας έστειλαν ήταν απόλυτα κατατοπιστικές.
• MUYANG (8/5): 还是挺好的 - 房子很不错(虽然卧室门有点儿矮，出入不注意会磕头)，位置比较安静，房屋干净，还有洗碗机(虽然有时候不太会用)，抽油烟机也是不工作，打开窗户进蚊子。 客厅沙发是可以打开成🛏️的，可是没有稍微详细一点的说明与介绍，我是最后两个晚上才琢磨出来。 整体上还是比较舒服的 最严重的是洗浴花洒🚿，位置固定的有问题，出水无法固定向下，几乎横向喷出，淋浴间也没有门，直接喷到卫生间地面，最后流进客厅，大家赶紧起来往卫生间扫水，太狼狈了！
• Vesna (10/5): Excellent stay in Neon apartment. - The apartment is very close to the Piazzale Roma, bus station. Self check in. It is all new, and you can see it is very clean. The kitchen and the toalet were very modern and nice. It had even more amenities that we needed for 3 nights stay. You can book it for a longer stay as it has washing mashing, dish washer, microwave, great stove, refrigerator. We really loved our stay in the apartment. /
• Mary (9/5): Excellent apartment in San Croce Venice - Roomy and comfortable second floor apartment (Neon) in a quiet location, two minutes from a vaporetto stop and 10/15 minutes from train and bus stations. All appliances worked and were as described. Short walk to a few bars and restaurants, two grocery stores, and a shop selĺing wine (in bottles and on tap). A map of Venice was provided. A very pleasant place to stay. We had a problem with the toilet plumbing on our second day, which was dealt with speedily and satisfactorily. Nothing we did not like. However, if as we do you like to buy and prepare local food, the kitchenware was very basic but was sufficient to get by.

• Istvan Akos (10/5): - Jó az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak. Tiszta. Jól felszerelt. Modern. Külön díjat kért volna a szállásadó, ha este 8 után érkezünk. Bejutni kapukóddal lehet. A kapukódot mindegy, hogy délután 6-kor vagy este 9-kor ütöm be. Ez a szállásadónak nem költség. Továbbá nem jelezte, csak utólag, hogy idegenforgalmi adót kell fizetünk, azaz az nincs benne az árban. Már épp Velencéltől vagy 200 km-re voltunk hazafelé, amikor rámüzent, hogy fizessek.

Qualche cosa da rivedere - La posizione era perfetta, meno di venti minuti a piedi da piazza San marco Piccole cose come la mancanza di prese in cucina, di porta asciugamani nel bagno.I letti non comodissimi( troppo morbido.Ma soprattutto l’assenza di zanzarier e rende virtualmente impossibile aprire le finestre.
• Guy (8/5): Nice location. - Fantastic location, quiet area but easy access to all attractions. Local supermarket a short walk away. Apartment itself was a good size. Some maintenance issues that should be attended too, kitchen tap loose and fell over during our stay, kettle lid broken, latch to external shutter in bedroom broken. Finally, the elevator door would not open so unusable.

• Isabel (10/5): Perfecto para grupos - La amplitud y la ubicación. Si vas en grupo es un alojamiento perfecto. Tiene espacios de sobra entre las habs y el salón para poder estar a gusto durante tu estancia. Por poner una pega, el wifi no iba muy bien y costaba conectarse. También destacaría que la iluminación dentro no es la mejor (para maquillarse, por ejemplo).

Ho trovato un tampax ed un paio di scarpe sotto il letto (lasciate ovviamente sul posto). Un frigo vuoto. In genere qualche bottiglia d acqua si trova.

• RADODSŁAW (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja - blisko dworca, brak tłumów turystów co przekładało się na ciszę i spokój w okolicy apartamentu. Bliska odległość do sklepu gdzie można wszystko kupić. Większa odległość od głównych zabytków nie była problemem. Apartament zgodny z opisem. W potwierdzeniu rezerwacji otrzymałem adres, który okazał się błędny, a dodatkowo straciłem dużo czasu by go odnaleźć. Dopiero po kontakcie telefonicznym z gospodarzem skierowano mnie do właściwego miejsca. Niestety chodzenie i szukanie z walizkami nie należało do przyjemnych, a czas przeznaczony na zwiedzanie w tym dniu przepadł. Rozkładana sofa w salonie była popsuta, miałem problem z rozłożeniem. Złożenia się już nie podjąłem gdyż obawiałem się że całkowicie się rozleci.

• Murphy (9/5): Good location and nice modern feel to the place - Fresh clean and very spacious. The location is quite central with a 12 min walk to Rialto bridge. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. I used the link on the booking.com app and it brought me to another location. The operators quickly sent me the address and I found it. Let's just say anywhere in Venice is hard to find. It's just one big maze.

• Lawrence (9/5): Stylish, Modern, and Very Comfortable - The Residence Modern Art is a gem on a quiet street a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the major attractions in Venice. It is an easy walk from the train station, although if you have not been to Venice before be prepared to descend stairs exiting the train station and traverse stairs up/down at every bridge you encounter with your luggage (porters are available for hire). When we tired of walking the Riva de Biasio stop on the Grand Canal ferry (taxi) was conveniently close. Be aware that Google Maps (which generally works well in Venice) may have trouble locating the apartment. It is on Campiello del Orsetti however the north entrance to the street is through a narrow shoulder-width passageway. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is a modern lift for ease of transporting suitcases up/down. The interior of the apartment is indeed thoroughly modern with all appliances, air conditioning, and an instant hot water heater fully adequate for our party of six. There is a large bed in each of two bedrooms, and a smaller bed in a third bedroom. The two couches in the living area, while not sleeper sofas, were comfortable for an adult to sleep on for our two-night stay. There is a washing machine, but unless I missed something, no dryer or lines to hang wet clothes on. Towels and bedding were sufficient and comfortable. The internet and tv worked well. Taller folks may need to watch their heads on a few doorways. Say hi to the cat on the window ledge across the street for us when you visit! There had been a leak from the apartment above which the owner said happened the day before we checked in - part of the drywall bathroom ceiling was stained brown by the wood beams, and black spots that appeared to be mold had formed. One of our guests had a severe allergic reaction that we believe was caused by this. To the owners' credit, when I notified them they sent someone over that day to clean the ceiling. Hopefully they were able to make repairs to the ceiling after we left. The shower in that bathroom was a walk-in design with no door or curtain. While very stylish be aware that these types of showers invariably leak water out on the surrounding floors and a towel must be put down to catch the water and prevent slipping when you get out. Lastly, the door between the living/kitchen room and hallway to the bedrooms needs to be adjusted as it is scraping on the floor when closed.

• Tepavski (8/5): Good choice for big groups! - Very good location and perfect options for big groups. We rented two apartments which were in the same building. It was clean and quiet. There is a vaporetto stop very close to the building which is very useful for quick navigation and the train station is at walking distance too (buy the 72-hour card it is worth it). Overall we are happy with the choice of accommodation! I have only one comment about the communication with the managing staff - I received too many automated messages but when we needed a quick contact we had too call on the phone which led to a small misunderstanding with the check-in. The sofa in the small apartment needs some fixing and be careful how you shower because there aren’t any drains outside the shower box (there is a real risk of flooding the bathroom). I suggest a mop is a good option.
• Osvaldo (6/5): Pleasant - It was nice and clean. They have a bunch of rules in a booklet that they do not put in booking.com. For instance they expect you to clean the kitchen, leave the apartment “tidy” when you are paying for a cleaning fee. They also want you to take out the garbage, which is ridiculous. You are literally paying for that and they still expect you to do that.

• Lelde (9/5): Superb - Air conditioner was perfect, in summer it was very essential. Location perfect, quiet street, away from tourists. Bed comfortable. Few things were not in the best condition, but were functional. There were no blankets for 4 people, no covers.

The sofa on which 2 people slept on the day of arrival was broken, so we had to sleep on the floor for one night. Great location - this is the best point of this apartment. Next to it there are great restaurants and places for breakfast.

Supermarkets very nearby and plenty of restaurants etc. Easy access via self check in (contact via email from agency) and lift available. Clean and modern apartment with AC. Little things would have made this stay a little better (some essentials) e.g. no forks in the cutlery drawer, I think some light bulbs needed replacing, a small stash of washing machine products and a clothes airer would have been useful. There wasn't much of a supply of toilet paper and washing up liquid but that would be easily remedied. Overall it was a nice sized apartment in a good location.

I have especially enjoyed the white crunchy bed linen, that was awesome, like a 5-star hotel. The support team is only available during certain hours, and everything is automated, so if any questions outside those hours, no one is there to answer.
