• Jerzy (8/5): Świetny hotel, choć przesiąknięty dymem papierosów. - Pokoje hotelowe były całkiem wygodne, przestronne, choć wystrój trochę wysłużony. W pokojach jest klimatyzacja. Wyjątkowo sympatyczna była obsługa, która - choć nie zawsze radziła sobie z angielskim - była bardzo chętna do pomocy. Za największy plus uznaję jednak lokalizację, w bardzo przyjemnej dzielnicy wypełnionej drobnymi, lokalnymi sklepikami i knajpkami, a także nieopodal stacji kolejki. Zapach papierosów był głównym, dość dużym problemem. Po wejściu do pokoju od razu uderzał w nos - jeśli komuś przeszkadza taki zapach (mi przeszkadzał), ocena natychmiast spada. Niestety, z rozmowy z pracownikiem hotelu wynikało, że zapach ten jest typowy dla całego hotelu. Żadne próby wietrzenia pokoju nie pomagały. Drugi minus wynika z pierwszego - na kanapie czy zasłonach widać było dziury wypalone papierosami. Tym bardziej należy podkreślić, jak dobre były pozostałe elementy, jeśli, przy mojej niechęci do zapachu papierosów, oceniłem to miejsce tak wysoko.

• Igor (6/5): Good location, but the room condition and maintenance were disappointing. - Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The location is good: there are shops, restaurants, and the waterfront nearby. It is unclear why this hotel has such a high rating - the property feels very worn out. The shower head points outside the cabin and cannot be adjusted, so water sprays onto the bathroom floor. Several things in the room were broken (light above the sink, bedside lamp switches, hangers), the towels were old and torn, and the Wi-Fi barely worked - I could not even open Google Docs. Parking around the hotel during working hours was very difficult, and although the hotel seems to have its own parking, no one mentioned it at check-in.

Dodgy vibes , customers coming with prostitutes , very noisy , the rooms does not look as good as the photos.

• Verified traveler (4/5): I do not recommend this hotel. - When we arrived at the hotel on the first night,we were very tired,but there I understood that no room had been prepared for us.Although I had booked there about a month ago. They gave us a bad room with a bed and a mattress on the floor. The air conditioner did not work well and the room did not have air conditioning. The next day, they said we have to wait three days for a better room. I was really angry. When they saw my anger and sadness, they changed our room. It was on the first floor and there was a lot of noise. Another thing that was very disappointing was that none of them could speak English. On the other hand, in my opinion, it is not a hotel. It doesn't have a lobby, safe box. Also it doesn't have a daily linen change service.
