- Vasile -Toni (10/5): - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă, iar atmosfera foarte liniștită. Ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost personalul de la recepție — în special cele două domnișoare care au fost extrem de amabile, profesioniste și mereu gata să ajute cu orice aveam nevoie. Au avut o atitudine pozitivă și m-au făcut să mă simt binevenit pe tot parcursul șederii. Se vede că își fac meseria cu plăcere. Recomand cu drag acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni!

- Petya (10/5): - Great hotel in a perfect location. There is a tram stop just two minutes away, which makes getting to all the main spots really easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone working there was amazing! Polite, friendly and always ready to help. Thank you, Eresin Hotels Express, for the warm welcome and great hospitality. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

- theodoros (9/5): - Είναι δίπλα στο τραμ, έχει σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά ,είναι καθαρό , ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό,καλή ποιότητα-τιμής,έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, Τα δωμάτια δεν είναι τόσο ευρύχωρα, στο μπάνιο δεν έχει ράφια να βάλεις τα πράγματα σου .

- Lilic (9/5): - Soba i kupatilo čisti i dovoljne veličine. Grejanje odlično. Lokacija dobra, u blizini stanice javnog prevoza, tramvaj/autobus, nekoliko glavnih linija. Besplatan parking sa rampom. Recepcija radi 24h, osoblje na usluzi. Izolacija soba veoma loša. Čuju se govor u hodniku i telefonski razgovori u susednim sobama. I posle ponoći je bilo bučnog razgovora i kucanja u vrata. Voznja liftom do nekoliko sati iza ponoći, a lift se javlja zvukom kad staje. Možda je ovog puta bio takav sastav gostiju.

- Raluca (10/5): Perfect - Ne place foarte mult locatia, nu este o zona aglomerata. Foarte aproape de statia de tramvai. Cel mai mare plus pentru noi este parcarea privata. Tot personalul foarte amabil si de ajutor. Curatenia este cea mai buna din cate am vazut. Singurul minus pe care il putem spune este dezavantajul peretilor foarte subtiri dintre camere. Se aude tot ce face alta persoana, dus, vorbit, inclusiv ceea ce se intampla pe hol si sunetul liftului.

- Agatha (8/5): - There is some road work being done around the hotel area. So the area is a bit dusty and muddy at times. The property is safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 1 month for work. The bed is not the most comfortable, but the place is clean. Housekeeping services daily. The Eresin is next door and I went frequently to use the gym and spa services. The gym was 1000 TL per day. The Eresin hotel also have a decent restaurant that I ate from at times. The Eresin hotel is right in front of a tram stop. This made it easy to get to the Grand Bazaar ect. The Express is very basic, they provide hot water and a vending machine in the lobby. But no, coffee or tea and no bottle waters to the room. No room service. I did use the Eresin ( next door hotel) laundry services. But I guess for the price of the Express you can’t expect much more. Overall it’s a nice clean safe hotel. With a fairly modern and simplistic design. It is just for express lodging. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Otelin tek sıkıntısı kahvaltı hizmeti sunmamasi. Onun dışında gayet rahat bir konaklama imkanı sunuyor. Oda biraz küçük fakat kullanışlı idi. İçinde standart bir otele dair her imkan vardi ve sorunsuz calisiyordu.
