- Kerry L (4/5): Don’t recommend - This is not a hotel but more a vrbo type of apartment. There is no one to check you in and if you don’t have a phone with cell data you cannot get the information you need. They don’t send it out until the end. Check in was a nightmare and so was check out as we had late check out and were locked out when went for breakfast and it took more than 30 minutes to get a what’s app response while a block away at a cafe that kindly let us use their wifi. The room was tired, the bathroom especially the tub was in very bad shape with peeling paint in the tub and soft around the drain due to rot. Paper thin walls, you could hear every word from beside, above and below. A dog barked constantly in the adjacent property. The instructions on the wall for wifi were incorrect with a QR code that you cannot use without wifi or data. When getting out of the elevator the light for the hall was on the opposite wall. Total darkness until we found out the switch was there after using the flashlight on our phone.

Percebemos que o som vaza do apartamento vizinho. Tivemos duas questões: um vazamento da tubulação de ar condicionado que gerou pingueira e o ruído da TV qdo ligada, que não conseguimos assistir. Avisei, mas esse segundo problema não foi resolvido. Sugiro dois travesseiros extras.

- Emily (6/5): - Ivana was so communicative and friendly! She made it very easy to check in and offered us an adapter when we didn't have one. The property itself is pretty outdated and seemed dirty in some places. There was dog poop outside the main door that didn't get cleaned for 24 hours. This place needs a face lift, or just be comfortable being in a semi-dirty space.

The manager, Camila, met me at the building and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She gave me valuable tips on where to dine and how to get around in Buenos Aires. She even lent me an outlet charger for my phone which was invaluable. I will return. Thank you!!
- John (10/5): - Stayed here for 2 weeks in February 2024 with my partner and we loved it! The rooms are a little spartan, but they're comfortable and have everything you need: comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a very workable kitchenette (2 burner cooktop, mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, flatwear, pots and pans, even serving stuff). The knife was a little dull so I just went to one of the local markets and bought an inexpensive one. Wifi and AC both worked well. The neighborhood is excellent: near a host of shopping and dining (República del fuego has amazing steaks AND sides), very close to a couple of subte stops, near tons of buses, and has a much more local feel than spots like Soho. Staff was great, excellent communication. Would absolutely stay here again!

- Simon (10/5): - The Apartment was great and the staff (especially Camila). Although I didn't really need anything Camila was always available if I did or just for advice etc. The location of the Apartment was great with everything you need close by; bars/restaurants, a supermarket plus many smaller 'kioskos' plus coffee shops, patisserie and butchers too.
- Alejandro (8/5): - Bens apartments offers large size studio apartments with small kitchenette and good size bathroom. The apartments offer maid service and are cleaned up twice a week. Also, bedding and towels get replaced after each cleaning. The service personnel are polite and responsive to your needs. If there are any issues, they try to solve them right away. They do care. However, the property shows some maintenance related issues that should be addressed by the owners of the property or the management company. These problems are as follow: intercom doesn't work, spotty internet (fixed during my stay), lack of hot water (fixed during my stay) and broken shower head (replaced during my stay)
- Maria (10/5): Great studio in a nice area of Buenos aires - a studio apartment on a quiet neighborhood street in Recoleta. Close to cafes, food outlets, avenida st de fe.....good internet, air conditioning with a balcony. close to public transport. and reasonably priced. would stay here again if I were to stay for an extended period of time.
