- Priscilla (8/5): - Super mooi en modern hotel. Vooraf aangegeven of er rekening gehouden kon worden met sterk geurende schoonmaakmiddelen ivm astma en daar hebben ze zich heel netjes aan gehouden. Ook heel fijn dat er airco in de kamer is! De kamer en de badkamer waren best ruim. Klein nadeel is dat we vonden dat ook al waren de ramen dicht, we het geluid op straat nog goed konden horen (terwijl we op de 8e verdieping zaten). Ook het geluid van mensen op de gang hoor je best goed, dus oordopjes meenemen is wel handig als je hier gevoelig voor bent. En vaak als we terugkwamen rook de kamer er naar riool, maar dat trok gelukkig wel weg als we de ramen openzetten en de afzuiging in de badkamer aan. Wat we wel super luxe vonden was het prachtige uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren, vooral voor deze prijscategorie. We waren hier blij verrast om en hebben hier echt van genoten! Boulevard Edgar Quinet is home to several good restaurants and the entrance to the Montparnasse cemetery where Jean Paul Sartre and other notables are buried. Highly recommend.

Others not as much or made us feel like we were a bother. The rooms were impeccable. The fixtures in the bathroom were great. The sound proofing of the room was so so. It was good enough for being on a busy Paris street. Location was amazing. Would stay here again.

- Lawrence (10/5): Hotel Les Artiste is Bon! For sure :) - This is a lovely new hotel in a great area. It is close to all major transportation hubs, train and metro and the staff at the hotel is eager to help us find the best ways to travel. The room was lovely, beds firm, pillows soft and fluffly as always. Nice towels and a strong shower. Housekeeping is attentive without being over bearing and the daily water and coffee pods in the room are an extra bonus. But the main reason I will always stay at the is hotel is the hospitality from the front desk. Sasha and Eve were particularly helpful before and during our stay. Hotel Les Artiste is Bon! For sure :)

- Daniel (10/5): Wirklich toll - super grosse, ruhige Zimmer - Es war wirklich toll. Schalldicht, sowohl zu den Nachbarzimmern als auch nach draussen. Dazu gibt es sogar einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Nächstes mal gehe ich dort hin, egal wo ich in Paris bin.

- Neil (10/5): - Having a hotel near the Gare Montparnasse was very important to me. As it turned out, there were numerous restaurants nearby; it was a convenient location.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - The property itself does its best with what it has to work with, and the rooms are modern and clean. The shower and water pressure are great. The staff was also great. The issue is with its location. It is right across the street from Tour Montparnass and on a busy street, meaning it is noisy at all times and there are street people in plenty, as it is 1 block away from the train station. If you are looking to be close to the station, the hotel is an excellent choice, but I would not book it as a destination property,

This is a wonderful concept with modern, clean, nice and cosy rooms. Great bed and wonderful bathroom. Location is really good near metro and trainstation. Highy recommended.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was - 30€ so getting close to 5* prices. Service attitude was perfunctory. I would recommend spending a bit more money to stay at a high caliber hotel. I picked this to be close to Montparnasse, and didn’t stay at my usual Le Grand Intercon. Bad move. False economy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Fuyez! - Loin d’un 4 étoiles, petit hôtel qui mérite à peine un 3 étoiles. Nous avons fait des 3 étoiles à Paris qui étaient bien supérieurs à celui là. Travaux avec bruits de foreuse dès le matin, quel hôtel ne prévient pas ses clients que des travaux vont être effectués ? On nous jette dans une chambre presque au rez-de-chaussée alors que nous pouvions être placées jusqu’au 4eme étage et que nous en avions émis la demande. Pire hôtel où j’ai séjourné depuis longtemps.

Mine even worst to have 2 big rubbish bins and a public toilet, very bad shell. The noise insulation between room to room is bad. I woke up in the early morning by people taking bath next room.

The bathroom was fabulous: enormous shower with 2 options (handheld and large rain shower head), slate floor, beautiful teal tiles, nice sized sink (no place to put the soap though), toiletries, toilet seat that closed quietly. The mattress was very comfortable, and the best part of all was the outlet wall since my adapter did not accommodate my new hair styling tool. There were 3 outlets so I was able to use the tool. Fabulous place; would return no doubt!

The TV didn't work upon arrival, but after telling the receptionist, they sorted it out whilst we were out exploring the city so we were not bothered. I wouldn't recommend getting any of the room packages they offer. My wife and I went there for our anniversary, so for 35 euros and they put up 6 balloons, and gave us 3 chocolates. They refunded me when I complained which was nice, but it seems like the extras are not very well thought out. The breakfast was ok for 15 euros per person per night. It's a great location. Easy 45 min walk to all of the main tourist attractions. The metro is a minute walk away too which is handy getting to and from the airport. Great Japanese restaurant nearby called Kampai (7 mins walk away from the hotel). Great Korean restaurant nearby called Jjin (6 mins walk away from the hotel).

- SUN KI (10/5): 몽파르나스에 비지니스로 머문다면 좋은 선택 - 8박의 출장 기간 중 처음 5박만 예약하고 이동할 생각으로 투숙했지만 추가 3박을 연장했습니다. 물롬 몽파르나스에 호텔이 많지만 어느정도 검증된 프렌차이즈 호텔이나 확실히 4성급을 넘는 비싼 호텔이 아니면 아니면 퀄리티가 걱정되는 것이 사실입니다. 파리 호텔 기준으로는 넓은 방, 바닥은 카펫이 어니라 마루바닥이며 창문이 열려 환기도 가능합니다. 개인적으로는 침대 맞으면 TV 아래의 코치가 마음에 들었습니다. 높은 층에 묵었지만 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 나지 않고 수압이 높으며 뜨거운 물을 틀자마자 잘 나왔습니다. 냉난방도 잘 나오며, 투숙 기간 중 날씨가 바뀌어 에어컨디션이 중단되었는데 리셉션에 이야기하니 바로 작동시켜 주었습니다. 냉난방에 문제가 있으면 방에 있는 조절기를 붙잡고 씨름하기보다 리셉션에 이야기하는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 아쉬운 점은 화장실에 전원이 없어 헤어드라이어를 사용할 때 밖의 콘센트를 이용해야 합니다. 비치되어 있는 헤어드라이어의 전원 코드가 짧아 사용이 조금 어렵습니다. 콘센트 위치 변경이 불가능하다면 얖에 거울이 있었으면 어떨까 합니다. 비지니스 출장인 터라 객실에서 업무를 보아야 하는 상황이 있었는데 커피 테이블이 일하기에는 좀 작습니다. 조명도 파리에서 드물게 천장 조명이 있습니다만 테이블 쪽 조명이 약합니다. 조식과 지하 1층의 피트니스는 체험해보지 않아 평가하기 어렵습니다. 로비 옆의 식당은 작고 아늑한 분위기입니다만 다양한 메뉴를 기대해서는 안 될 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 파리의 4성급 호텔에사 제공하는 매뉴가 코로나19 이후 엄청 축소된 점을 감안하면 15유로라는 가격에는 나쁘지 않을 것 같습니다.

Bed and bathroom are two things I care about and both were excellent. Train station very close if you want a hub for broader regional exploration. I have traveled the globe from 1 star to 5 stars and this hotel exceeded all expectations.

- Christine (10/5): - I came from southern France on the TGV and this hotel was across the street from Mount Parnasse station so very convenient. It's fun and inexpensive and very convenient. People quite nice. Would definitely use it again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor customer service - Poor experience and terrible customer service. Was contacted by the hotel via hotels.com in advance advising the air conditioning had broken but that they would give 20% off the room rate. I still had time to cancel and change hotels at that point but I kept it due to the discount offered. On arrival I was told that although the acknowledged they had promised a discount, that was a lie and they would not provide it. No concern whatsoever from the desk staff, no effort made to fix it, no apology, just generally poor service. Room and view were dingy and dark and do not match their photos online. Eiffel Tower view was actually only seen by sticking your neck out of the window. The hotel actually faces an ugly tower building.

Paid for Eiffel Prestige and got a main view of an unattractive Montparnasse Tower though the hotel said that our room offers a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower

- Sibyl (10/5): Hidden gem, newly remodeled - This hotel is the best, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Clean, spacious, everything is new and well-decorated & distributed. Walkable, close to stores, restaurants, cafes, and the St Malo station. Parisians hate tourists and I am glad to inform that all employees are from somewhere else, so they are there to make sure your stay is amazing. Don't miss the fitness room in the basement, if only to enjoy how they thought of everything when remodeling this old building. Comfy beds, we slept like babies.
